• Excellent and easy temperament to handle on the ground
• Safe and sensible to be hacked alone and in open spaces

Looking for a kind and safe horse for a mother daughter share 15'1hh - 16'1hh. Must be excellent on the ground and easy to handle in all ways. Experienced home awaits for a genuine and kind horse to enjoy.

Would be for looking to compete at BD, stay away clinics and general all round fun.

Happy with something that needs bringing on if it is sensible but must be ridden away and have some experience hacking and flat work.

Ages 4 - 10, mare preferred but happy to look at geldings. No warmbloods or heavy cobs.

Due to sudden loss of previous mare budget only allows for mid to high fours.

• Got all her British Novice DCS for 2027
• Forward going, athletic and wants to win
• XC schools bold and brave, would easily event

If you like them small, fast and ultra scopey then this one’s for you!

Due to her current owner, who I sold her to, working as a groom for a 5* event rider which involves a lot of hours and regular travel, she just simply does not have the time for her. Before that she had been with her breeder her whole life so full history known.

Oceana has jumped up to 1.10m in France with an amateur girl before coming over to England and immediately starting to win out BS. BS name OCEANA L.A.B.

Oceana has been slowly and correctly produced. Backed as a 5yo and lightly produced before starting her competition career as a 6yo. Her longevity in the sport has always been a top priority. X-rayed clean as a 3yo and now again as a 7yo, full set available to see along with a clean 5 stage vetting.

She has scope for 1.20m as a pure showjumper but also would seriously excel as an eventer, she moves beautifully on the flat and is bold & brave XC doing ditches, water, skinnies etc. Forward, blood, buzzy ride so she’s not for a nervy rider but she would suit a gutsy teen, competent amateur or small adult.

Oceana has textbook technique and is naturally careful and brave at a fence. She wants to jump clear but will always help her rider out on a miss and is extremely forgiving. She likes a soft quiet rider who will let her travel to a fence, she is not suited to a novice or nervous rider.

Good to hack out, load, travel, and do on the ground in all ways. A real yard favourite and loves to be fussed over. The right home and rider is top priority for this talented mare.

Newmarket Britannie ( Brian )

16.3hh, 6-year-old by Newmarket Venture, out of a Jaguar Mail mare and from the direct dam line of multiple 5* winner Headley Britannia.

Lovely mover with plenty of scope. Has jumped a handful of Newcomers double clears and is now ready to step up to 1.20m.

He has all the attributes to make a very good showjumper, but would equally thrive as an event horse — exceptionally brave across country.

This horse has huge amounts of talent and would be an asset to any professional’s string.

Having hunted full seasons as both a 4- and 5-year-old, he would equally really enjoy a hunting home and could suit a Master looking for a smart, capable horse or a keen teenager wanting to get out and have fun.

Paddy is a fun, forward - thinking pony, a responsive ride, and always gives 100% to everything asked of him. This is a very hard sale as he has taught our daughter so much over the 3 years we have owned him, and, more importantly, has been part of our family, and we trust him to look after our daughter in everything she has accomplished. We see Paddy teaching another young rider and enjoying many wins that we are so lucky to have experienced.

Paddy has an extremely trainable personality. He is kind and gentle to handle on the ground, yet flashy and super smart when ridden. In his previous home, he was very successfully shown as a working hunter and qualified for HOYS.

Excellent to load, clip, shoe, pull mane, turn out/catch, and happy at stays away. Up to date with vaccinations, dentist and physio.

Excellent to hack alone and in company, completely safe and confidence-giving in all traffic, good to canter in open fields. Travels well on his own and with others in both a 3.5 lorry and trailer.

Super well-bred, ( chin chin ) kind and willing mare with plenty of scope for more.

Kelly is a fantastic amateur’s horse who has taken her current owner from zero to consistently jumping 1.10m and beyond. She has a wonderfully easy, gentle and willing temperament and is the type of horse that gives her rider confidence.

At 16.3hh, Kelly is exceptionally easy to keep and a pleasure to ride. She is completely unphased by a less experienced rider and is always eager to please, making her an ideal club-level horse with the ability to progress further.

Kelly has jumped up to 1.30m in the UK and has been successfully ridden by amateurs. Recent work with a professional rider has shown that she has the potential to step back up the levels.

Kelly has:

* Excellent, balanced paces

* Easy changes

* Plenty of scope

* A genuine willingness to work

* Striking looks

* A kind, uncomplicated temperament

She could also be well suited to club-level dressage or eventing and would make a fantastic all-round competition horse for the right rider.

A very genuine opportunity to purchase a talented, experienced and kind mare who is equally happy helping an amateur gain confidence or showing her potential with a professional..

ALL OFFERS CONSIDERED TO SEE BESS IN A GOOD HOME ASAP

Bess is a 13 year old, 12.3hh, welsh cross.

I actually bought bess myself from the brecon sales just over a year ago where she’d previously been used for shepherding (i spoke at length with her previous owners) then due to a change in circumstances sold her on to a great home soon after. Since being sold Bess has been loved by 2 young children, mostly hacking but starting some arena work too on and off the leadrein. Shes been based on a busy livery/racing yard living in and out and had no issues. She’s only available due to a change in there circumstances.

Out hacking Bess is the perfect hack, forward but never strong or silly. Awesome in open spaces will step up a gear if asked but happy to mooch along, never spooky, great in all traffic including farm machinery, incredibly sure footed on all terrains and will hack alone or in company in front or behind with no issue.

She’s started her school work and is fluent in all transitions and holds a lovely forward thinking rhythm but again is never strong. She’s also started jumping and is proving bold and brave over all types of fences, never over jumping anything which is great for a young rider but equally not touching poles.

She’s recently attended a showjumping clinic and an all day show both videos can be found on my page (Amelie Gibbs on facebook including full sales video) She excelled at the mounted games not giving the equipment a second thought.

She’s completely sane with dogs and other horses would be awesome fun out hunting.

Never bucked, bolted or reared. Gentle in all ways on the ground could be handled by anyone.

Her only vices are she is reluctant with picking up her back feet, my experienced farrier can trim her and we are working on this daily as seen in video she is now picking them up but reluctant to hold them up. She can be a bit shy to be caught since arriving she’s not taken me more than 10 minutes to catch and she’s in a huge field without a headcollar left on and i haven’t been using treats, again this is improving daily. She hasn’t done an awful lot of loading on collection it took us 5 minutes and a lunge line clipped to the side so she couldn’t veer off but as you can see in the video she’s now walking in no issue and is great to travel. Her passport is estimated at 12 (now 13) however upon purchase i had two vets inspect her teeth (and she had them rasped) and they both agreed this was the correct age. This is all reflected in her price without these “vices” she’d be worth alot more so an excellent opportunity to get a cracking all round pony on a budget.

She’s up to date with everything back, teeth, feet, vaccinations etc.

For an ambitious rider: a top-class 6-year-old BWP gelding. Utouch van de Claevervallei is a son of the BWP Ambassador Bamako de Muze and comes directly from the breeder. Utouch vdC has been trained with great care and has not yet gained full experience, as we are taking a gradual approach to his training in the horse’s best interests. Utouch vdC has been ridden by a young amateur to competition level 110 but has the potential for more. Utouch vdC has a golden temperament and a cool head. He jumps easily and does not hesitate. He is very easy to ride and is therefore also suitable for a less experienced rider. Utouch vdC will carry the rider to the other side of the course. Utouch vdC also comes from exceptional breeding. As already mentioned, his sire, Bamako de Muze, needs no introduction. Calypso d’Herbiers, his dam’s dam, was a promising prospect in France and French Champion of Young Horses (6-year-olds), but unfortunately failed to reach her full potential due to injury. He also carries the renowned bloodline of FEINSCHNITT I VAN DE RICHTER; what makes him even more special is that he descends from the direct dam line of our world-famous Darco. His great-great-grandmother is the full sister of Darco’s own grandmother; this means he is also inbred to Darco, as Bamako is a son of Darco.

His dam never competed in sport due to an injury at a young age. Her full sister jumped up to 145 level. His granddam competed at Z level in all disciplines: show jumping,

Utouch vdC was assessed at the RX at the age of 2.5 years with no comments.

We are certain that the new rider will get a great deal of enjoyment out of this horse.

Beautiful 12.2hh Liver Chestnut Mare – 5 Years Old

A lovely 5-year-old, 12.2hh liver chestnut mare looking for her next little rider to enjoy and love.

She is a quiet, laid-back pony who is very quick to learn and takes everything in her stride. She has a genuine willing attitude and really wants to please, making her a pleasure to work with.

She is handled daily by children and has been ridden solely by a 9-year-old, proving herself to be kind, sensible, and reliable. She hacks both alone and in company, and is great in open spaces with no fizz — my daughter regularly hacks her out on her own with confidence.

She loads and travels well and has been out to a couple of shows where she has behaved foot perfect every time. She has also attended BD training camp, where she settled in straight away and behaved impeccably throughout.

She has no vices, is easy to bath and plait, and will happily pop a fence, although this is not something we have pushed as my daughter’s interest is not in jumping.

She is happy to turn out alone or in a mixed herd and is equally content to live in or out.

Fully vaccinated and wormed. Up to date with farrier and physio.

Tack included.

This is a very sad sale, only due to my daughter prematurely moving on to a bigger pony. Hopelessly outgrown.

A genuine, much-loved pony looking for the perfect next home.

She is sweet natured and willing to please. Good to box ( trailer or lorry) clip, shoe etc. Vaccinated.

Would make a superb hunter. Has been on hound exercise and is fit and ready to start the season.

She has done her first dressage competition, and loves her jumping. She pops a 90cm oxer like it is a trotting pole.

Has been xc schooling and has proved to be bold, happily doing water, ditches and steps.

Loves a pub ride. Sensible to hack infront or behind on very busy roads and in open spaces. She will lead happily going both over and under the A34!!

A fantastic opportunity to own a lovely girl who want a new bast friend to get out and have fun with. She will be very much missed here when she finds her person.

She has also been ridden by young teenage girls & adapted excellently. She is honest, bold & just wants a job to do and a person who will love her for the kind and talented girl she is.

She has begun basic lateral work, auto changes around a course of fences & is happily jumping 80/90cm courses. She maintains an excellent rhythm & has a soft but careful jump. She does have a large, powerful canter & although beautifully schooled, is obviously still green and sensitive in areas - So will not be sold to a novice home. Great in traffic & very easy to do. Belle is broken and riding with 3 lovely paces. She has been brought on over the summer by a teenager after being professionally broken last winter and is riding well.

Qualified for the Cotswold Cup Cirencester Park Championships for the past two years. Beaufort Pony Club ODE 70cm - Individual 1st. Attended pony club camps, rallies and BE Youth training days with Cameron Beer. Numerous placings in unaffiliated dressage, s/j and ODE.

Excellent trial facilities.

£16,500ono including bridle and rugs

Bates Advanta saddle by separate negotiation.

Small manageable medical issue, very happy to discuss.

Kelly has:

* Excellent, balanced paces

* Easy changes

* Plenty of scope

* A genuine willingness to work

* Striking looks

* A kind, uncomplicated temperament

Viewings and Vettings welcomed, no loans, LWVTB, or trials.

Full pedigree available on Horsetelex under his name, Utouch van de Claevervallei.

Loads more photos and videos available on request.

Substantial 6YO mare. A quality young horse with plenty of ability. She is a super model. She has the potential to make a great alrounder, and is ready for someone to continue producing and put their own stamp on.

“Bea” is a beautifully put together 6yo 16hh Irish Draft X out of Class 1 ID stallion “Irish Mist” & award winning show cob “Prismatic Spring”. 3 naturally uphill & elastic paces, with plenty of bone whilst still being sporty enough & having a big enough “engine” to have a future in any sphere.

Having been given time to mature, Bea has been to a number of arena hires, fun rides, clinics & cross country schooled, showing a positive outlook to life & new experiences.

Will be very sad to see her go! Please see video below

Catalpa (Belle) is a homebred Class 1, very pretty 13.2hh grey 4yo Connemara filly by Newtown Moll's Pride. She is a half-sister to a homebred and produced European bronze medallist eventing pony that competed internationally to 2* Level and won multiple Working Hunter championships and competed at Horse of the Year Show. She is closely related to another homebred Connemara Champion at Dublin Horse Show who is eventing to 110. She is N/N for HWSD.

Belle is broken and riding with 3 lovely paces. She has been brought on over the summer by a teenager after being professionally broken last winter and is riding well. She has had various outings including competing at hunter trials, training shows and pony club rallies. She loves jumping and is jumping 80cm at home and has cross country schooled over 80cm tracks. She has an excellent temperament and is very willing and keen to learn. She has no issues with water, coffins and hedges. She is quiet in traffic, has been to the beach, and is quiet in company.

Catalpa will tick many boxes including being an allrounder pony, minimus, show jumper or eventer. She has exceptional potential and a 10* home is a must.

He is working nicely on the flat, showing three correct, uphill paces and is developing well in his schooling.

Jonty is very straightforward to a fence, showing great potential, scope and ability. He has also been XC schooling and has taken to it well, giving every indication that he has the ability to progress and be competitive across all three phases.

He is equally happy hacking alone or in company and is also experienced doing ride-and-leads, making him a very useful and versatile horse.
