He hacks out happily goes first or last and Nannie’s the breakers and is easy to handle in every respect, making him a pleasure both in and out of the stable. He loves cuddles and attention.

* Happily jumping 85–90cm unaffiliated and training higher at home.

* Qualified for and attended numerous championships during his time with us (PC & RC).

He takes up the leg well and I (5’7”) can happily ride him, making him a potential mother/child share, or suitable for a parent to keep ticking over if needed.

He really enjoys hacking and is happiest in company.

His ideal home:

He absolutely must have all-year turnout (even if only for a few hours each day). He needs to get out of his stable and be a pony. When he had restricted turnout he became a little sour in the stable and could be fresh in the school. Since moving to a yard where he’s turned out regularly, he has been an absolute angel and is a much happier pony. Finding him the right home is far more important to us than anything else.

14.1 stunning show quality Connemara gelding. All class 1 breeding and very typey. Marty is a traditional type with plenty of bone and substance.

I bought him as a 3yo last summer, backed him and have since bought him on quietly, he has not been at all over done. He has attended his first in hand showing show (which he won) and first arena hire. I think he is super pony for flat classes or WH. He is the friendliest and sweetest pony you could wish to deal with on the ground and he doesn’t need riding everyday.

He is working sweetly in the school, soft snaffle mouth and popping little fences, unphased by fillers etc. Goes through water out hacking.

He has done plenty of hacking which he enjoys. Off road he is very confident and happy to hack on his own or in front. He is still a little green and unsure in traffic so on the roads I hack him in company, this is improving all the time.

He is totally clean and correct and open to any vetting.

Super sweet 4yo 16hh Irish gelding we have owned since December 2025, and he has been an absolute pleasure to have around

He was straight forward to back and has since been out cross-country schooling and to clear round events, taking everything in his stride

He has been ridden by several different riders of all ages from 9yo to 60+ he is always polite (snaffle mouthed) mannerly, and willing to please. He hacks out happily goes first or last and Nannie’s the breakers and is easy to handle in every respect, making him a pleasure both in and out of the stable. He loves cuddles and attention.

He is a genuine all-rounder who loves having a job and thrives on routine. He’s been there, done it and got the T-shirt – Pony Club rallies, camps, stay-aways and competitions.

Currently:

* Competing at Novice Dressage with a recent score of 69% at BD County level (Prelim Inter-County Team).

* Happily jumping 85–90cm unaffiliated and training higher at home.

* Qualified for and attended numerous championships during his time with us (PC & RC).

He takes up the leg well and I (5’7”) can happily ride him, making him a potential mother/child share, or suitable for a parent to keep ticking over if needed.

He really enjoys hacking and is happiest in company.

His ideal home:

He absolutely must have all-year turnout (even if only for a few hours each day). He needs to get out of his stable and be a pony. When he had restricted turnout he became a little sour in the stable and could be fresh in the school. Since moving to a yard where he’s turned out regularly, he has been an absolute angel and is a much happier pony. Finding him the right home is far more important to us than anything else.

* Travel (can take 5–10 minutes to load but has never been an issue)

In the three years we’ve owned him he has never been sick or sorry, and at 15 he’s certainly not ready to slow down. He’s fit, happy and ready to have lots of fun with his next person.

14.1 stunning show quality Connemara gelding. All class 1 breeding and very typey. Marty is a traditional type with plenty of bone and substance.

I bought him as a 3yo last summer, backed him and have since bought him on quietly, he has not been at all over done. He has attended his first in hand showing show (which he won) and first arena hire. I think he is super pony for flat classes or WH. He is the friendliest and sweetest pony you could wish to deal with on the ground and he doesn’t need riding everyday.

He is working sweetly in the school, soft snaffle mouth and popping little fences, unphased by fillers etc. Goes through water out hacking.

He has done plenty of hacking which he enjoys. Off road he is very confident and happy to hack on his own or in front. He is still a little green and unsure in traffic so on the roads I hack him in company, this is improving all the time.

He is totally clean and correct and open to any vetting.
