A seriously exciting young horse with all the attributes to develop into a top-class competition horse.

By HOS D’O (by the influential Dollar Dela Pierre) and out of an ESI Georgia mare carrying Clover Echo bloodlines, Sam has the pedigree you’d hope to find in a modern performance horse, combining proven French jumping lines with renowned Irish breeding.

Still only five years old, Sam is exactly where you’d expect him to be in his education. He has already been out to a couple of British Eventing outings, gaining valuable experience, and has shown all the raw talent needed to progress through the levels.

His biggest strength is undoubtedly his jump. Exceptionally careful, naturally athletic and blessed with huge scope, he has a real engine behind him and an exciting amount of ability. He gives his rider enormous confidence over a fence and always feels like there’s plenty more in the tank.

On the flat, he is straightforward, willing and gives a lovely feel. He enjoys his work and is proving to be an exciting young horse to produce.

This isn’t a ready-made schoolmaster, and we won’t pretend he is. He’s a genuine young competition horse with all the ingredients to make a serious horse in the future. We see him being ideally suited to a professional rider, or an ambitious amateur working alongside an experienced coach, looking to produce a quality horse through the levels in either British Showjumping or British Eventing.

Sam is only available because his current owners simply don’t have the time to continue producing him as he deserves.

He is based with us at Highwoodhall Equestrian, where he can be viewed by appointment.

We genuinely believe Sam has the ability to make a very exciting competition horse. Horses with this combination of pedigree, athleticism and natural talent are becoming increasingly difficult to find, and we look forward to seeing what he can achieve in the right hands.

A seriously exciting young horse with all the attributes to develop into a top-class competition horse.

By HOS D’O (by the influential Dollar Dela Pierre) and out of an ESI Georgia mare carrying Clover Echo bloodlines, Sam has the pedigree you’d hope to find in a modern performance horse, combining proven French jumping lines with renowned Irish breeding.

Still only five years old, Sam is exactly where you’d expect him to be in his education. He has already been out to a couple of British Eventing outings, gaining valuable experience, and has shown all the raw talent needed to progress through the levels.

His biggest strength is undoubtedly his jump. Exceptionally careful, naturally athletic and blessed with huge scope, he has a real engine behind him and an exciting amount of ability. He gives his rider enormous confidence over a fence and always feels like there’s plenty more in the tank.

On the flat, he is straightforward, willing and gives a lovely feel. He enjoys his work and is proving to be an exciting young horse to produce.

This isn’t a ready-made schoolmaster, and we won’t pretend he is. He’s a genuine young competition horse with all the ingredients to make a serious horse in the future. We see him being ideally suited to a professional rider, or an ambitious amateur working alongside an experienced coach, looking to produce a quality horse through the levels in either British Showjumping or British Eventing.

Sam is only available because his current owners simply don’t have the time to continue producing him as he deserves.

He is based with us at Highwoodhall Equestrian, where he can be viewed by appointment.

We genuinely believe Sam has the ability to make a very exciting competition horse. Horses with this combination of pedigree, athleticism and natural talent are becoming increasingly difficult to find, and we look forward to seeing what he can achieve in the right hands.
