We are looking for any breed for LWVTB as they will need to be trialled in our RDA environment before purchasing to see if they're suited to this lifestyle before a participant can ride them. This is as much for the ponies as the suitability for riders.

Must already be ridden and has to be over 5 yrs old (RDA rules). Can accept some quirks but must be safe for our disabled riders. They will also have to pass a stage 2 vetting which can be arranged whilst on loan.

We can offer a high standard of care, a light work load so older ages are acceptable if sound.

Willow has been with us for three years and led a very active pony club life. Her strength is dressage- myself and my daughter have won nearly every competition we enter. Willow has been to JCB Pony Club champs last year- winning her arena on 74%, and is available after champs 17-19 August ( can be viewed at Offchurch on these dates). Also attended regional champs and BRC national champs. 

She is easy to take out on your own. Willow has not had the confidence to jump competitively so my daughter has made the very tough decision to stop asking her. We've had Henry for over 2 years, he was my daughters first owned pony. He is 13.2h and she has now outgrown him so this will be a very difficult sale as he really is a fantastic pony. They've developed each other and have both gained so much confidence. Henry is a quick learner and is very good in the school, on hacks and absolutely loves jumping. He has lovely paces, slow and quick! He can be very forward (loves a gallop) so is an ideal second pony, not a novice ride. He does occassionally spook and get excitable, but in general he is a little superstar. He's very well behaved in the stable, happy to be groomed, good to tack up and very good with farrier (black hoofs, barefoot), dentist and jabs etc which are all up-to-date. He happily lives in a herd with other ponies, cobs and thoroughbreds.

Henry is 6 years old, with so much potential, perfect for someone who wants to do show jumping, cross country and pony club etc. We have limited transport but we have taken him to local shows. 12hh Registered Dartmoor Gelding | 17 Years | Exceptional First Ridden / Lead Rein

Max is a beautiful, talented 12hh registered Dartmoor gelding with lovely paces and an equally lovely personality.

We have owned Max since April, but he is sadly too much pony for my very small 5-year-old, who is now wanting to come off the lead rein. I had hoped he would be a FYFR and to an extent he absolutely is, but he would be better suited to a slightly bigger child or stronger child. My daughter is simply too small and finds his paces too big she is very petite.

My 9-year-old daughter and her friends absolutely adore riding him, but she already has her own pony, which is the only reason he is available.

Max is an absolute saint on the lead rein. He happily works in this role, is kind and genuine, and has been ridden by my youngest with complete confidence. However, as we already have a dedicated lead rein pony, we simply can't justify keeping two.

Off the lead, Max has been ridden by my eldest daughter and her friends in all three paces, and they all thoroughly enjoy him. He is willing, straightforward and has beautiful movement.

We've had Henry for over 2 years, he was my daughters first owned pony. He is 13.2h and she has now outgrown him so this will be a very difficult sale as he really is a fantastic pony. He's very well behaved in the stable, happy to be groomed, good to tack up and very good with farrier (black hoofs, barefoot), dentist and jabs etc which are all up-to-date. 12hh Registered Dartmoor Gelding | 17 Years | Exceptional First Ridden / Lead Rein

Max is a beautiful, talented 12hh registered Dartmoor gelding with lovely paces and an equally lovely personality.

We have owned Max since April, but he is sadly too much pony for my very small 5-year-old, who is now wanting to come off the lead rein. I had hoped he would be a FYFR and to an extent he absolutely is, but he would be better suited to a slightly bigger child or stronger child. My daughter is simply too small and finds his paces too big she is very petite.

My 9-year-old daughter and her friends absolutely adore riding him, but she already has her own pony, which is the only reason he is available.

Max is an absolute saint on the lead rein. He happily works in this role, is kind and genuine, and has been ridden by my youngest with complete confidence. However, as we already have a dedicated lead rein pony, we simply can't justify keeping two.

Off the lead, Max has been ridden by my eldest daughter and her friends in all three paces, and they all thoroughly enjoy him. He is willing, straightforward and has beautiful movement.

Change of focus is forcing a very sad sale of this much loved pony, as she is just not getting the ridden attention she deserves and is totally bored. She needs to go and enjoy life with a new best friend. Lots of videos and photos available.

We bought her to hunt and she has been amazing - we are not selling her as a competition pony because we haven’t done anything like that with her as we are not a competition home - please don’t ask for videos of her competing in SJ, dressage, Eventing or at PC or videos of her in a competition environment, as we do not have these. This doesn’t mean she won’t do this very easily and would love it, but we don’t have any evidence.

Billy (Bebraveforglory) is a twice-winning chaser who retired from racing two years ago and remains with his racing owner, making him fully ROR eligible.

He has three correct paces, a bold and careful jump, and an exceptionally trainable attitude. Produced with eventing in mind, Billy has all the ingredients to progress confidently up the levels with the right rider.

He has competed at several one-day events, with his dressage scores improving each time. He is consistently neat and careful show jumping and is very bold cross-country. Most recently he finished 3rd out of 45 in the BE80 at Dauntsey on 28th June and 4th at Howick stepping up to BE90 in July with no effort.

To further his education, Billy has also enjoyed inter-team chasing and is currently jumping 90cm showjumping tracks with scope to affiliate British Showjumping. He would also make a very competitive ROR all-rounder.

Billy hacks happily alone or in company, is sensible in open spaces and absolutely loves a trip to the beach.

Billy is looking for a knowledgeable, sympathetic rider who wants to build a genuine partnership and enjoy producing him further. He is a sensitive soul who thrives on consistency and routine and gives his best when he has a trusting relationship with his person.

Because of his sensitivity and potential, Billy is not suitable for a novice or beginner rider. He would be best suited to a competent, confident rider who will enjoy bringing out the very best in him.
