Heartbreaking sale of the gorgeous Maeve, who is sadly for sale through absolutely no fault of her own. She is a total hunting machine and absolutely loves to jump! A real point and go type who will lock on, happily jumping hedges, ditches and big timber.

She was a late starter in life with very low mileage up until she was 10yrs old. In the last 4 years she has completed 4 seasons with the Kent Hounds, Coakham Bloodhounds and the Mid-Surrey Farmer’s Drag. As well as rides with the South-East Rural Charitable Trust, up to level 4, and field mastered Boxing Day 2025. She has never been sick or sorry, will happily do gate duties, stand to be mounted and even ‘stay’ if you tell her to!

Maeve has also been on beach rides, competed in low level eventing, show jumping, riding club camps and came 3rd in her first ever Trec competition last September, qualifying for the Nationals. Maeve works sweetly on the flat, with three balanced paces and with more schooling could produce a lovely test. Although, I feel her true passion is jumping and hunting.

She is bred to do dressage and has all the ability to go and do that, but having been at an eventer's yard she has also shown her potential over a fence. Proving to be brave, athletic and careful, she has all the ingredients to make a lovely Juniors/ Young rider event horse.

Hera has come on a lot in a short space of time, she comes out better every time you get on and is a fast learner making her a very exciting horse for someone to produce.

Hera is very much a blank canvas ready for somebody to put their stamp on. Due to her age and stage of education she would be best suited to a competent rider who has an understanding of how to produce young horses.

Heartbreaking sale of the gorgeous Maeve, who is sadly for sale through absolutely no fault of her own. She is a total hunting machine and absolutely loves to jump! A real point and go type who will lock on, happily jumping hedges, ditches and big timber.

She was a late starter in life with very low mileage up until she was 10yrs old. In the last 4 years she has completed 4 seasons with the Kent Hounds, Coakham Bloodhounds and the Mid-Surrey Farmer’s Drag. As well as rides with the South-East Rural Charitable Trust, up to level 4, and field mastered Boxing Day 2025. She has never been sick or sorry, will happily do gate duties, stand to be mounted and even ‘stay’ if you tell her to!

Maeve has also been on beach rides, competed in low level eventing, show jumping, riding club camps and came 3rd in her first ever Trec competition last September, qualifying for the Nationals. Maeve works sweetly on the flat, with three balanced paces and with more schooling could produce a lovely test. Although, I feel her true passion is jumping and hunting.

She is very easy to do; good to box, clip, shoe, and will happily hack both alone and in company. Maeve is not at all mare-ish and has the best ‘can do’ attitude on life however, she would not be suitable for a novice; she loves a job and has the brain/ scope to do one!

This is a very hard and unexpected sale. Therefore, homes will be vetted, as it is paramount that Maeve finds her perfect person. Maeve comes with a full wardrobe including 2 bridles and a fitted Bates saddle.

This mare took my daughter from jumping 1.10m juniors to 1.30m Seniors within a year, Qualifying BlueChips 2026, winning National COH classes at large pony premiers, placed 4th in the COH Grand Prix at Poys 2026. Placed everyday at Bolesworth International in the 1.30m

My daughter was then selected for Team GB in COH for Italy and Hagen Nations Cups followed by Europeans 2026, resulting in a Team Bronze and Gold medal

My daughter is now 14 and out of COH.

Aswell as being a fantastic competition mare jumping consistent in any ring at any show, indoors or outdoors. She is an amazing family horse. Safe to hack alone or in company, Travel alone or in company and easy to do in everyway.

Ted is one of the nicest ponies you would ever meet; he has a lovely temperament and always just wants to please. Being 4 is obviously not the finished article; however, he has the most wonderful trainable attitude to his work and is very kind and easy to deal with. Ted has obviously been started and given great foundations in Ireland, as he is a confident, sensible, and easy boy to deal with.

He really could do anything; he would make a wonderful mother/daughter share but is equally quality enough to make a top-class working hunter. He has done a small amount of showing in Ireland, where he finished in the ribbons to get him out and see the world, where he was reported to have behaved perfectly.

Ted has also done a small amount of sponsored rides, and we have found him good to hack. We took him x-country and showjump schooling for some experience, and to see how he behaved in new environments, and he was a total diamond.

We have found him good to hack and very sensible in wide open spaces in the heaviest traffic.

Everything we have asked him to do, he has done, no questions asked; he really is 1 in a million.

Sally is a sweet little mare who is more kick than pull. Shes the type that can be left for weeks with no work and then you get back on and shes the same as where you left off. 

Ive taken her out hacking in open fields, and heavy traffic including lorries etc (videos to prove). This mare was sweet and quiet with her ears pricked and enjoying her work. 

Would suit a first horse type or would also suit elder person looking for a nice sensible quiet hack. In my opinion first to view will buy.

She is a full up solid 14.2, happily carries an adult yet is well behaved for children too.

She really does ‘have the T shirt’ have been in her current family home for the last 3 years. She has introduced a novice teenager to hunting, low level shows including showing, showjumping etc.

She has also been driven in her younger years by her elderly farmer owner, and in fact did have a little refresher 3 years ago and had not forgotten a thing! She is a pleasure to drive to, light in the rein, and very easy and straightforward.

Whilst she’s not a sporty athletic cob, she does enjoy being ridden and always has a smile on her face and happy ears! She jumps small courses, but if you’re looking to jump more than 60cm and race against the clock she’s probably not for you.

She is reasonably forward going, but still steady if that makes sense?! She doesn’t rush off but she has active paces whilst always being comfortable. You can do sitting trot and enjoy cantering without her pulling, bunking you around or generally needing too much ‘riding’

She is happy to go in an arena and works politely in all three paces BUT please remember she has been the horse that has taught people and given them confidence, so she’s no dressage diva! She would do an accurate prelim test if that was your thing, but if you want to be on Team GB by Christmas, again, she’s probably not your match.

She’s ace on beach rides and fun rides, patiently waits if you need to scoop up kids, canters in front of behind, or walks, very nicely if you’ve had enough, have a stitch and quite frankly just want to see the lorry park again.

She’s got character, loves her hoomans and really is a type of special friend that is very difficult to find.

She’s good with all the usual things traffic, farrier, travelling etc etc

She’s up to date with vaccinations, worming, shoeing, and is open to vet.
