New Hope I

16h

8yo

Cicero Z van paemel x Unitair (Voltaire)

Hope is looking for a new home through no fault of her own.

She has jumped multiple 1.15 clears and a handful of 1.20s. She would be a super bronze/ silver league horse for someone and is also still in newcomers.

Hope works beautifully on the flat with 3 rhythmical paces. She has auto changes when jumping and is starting to get the hang of changes on the flat.

Would be perfect for pure dressage.

She is forward but not strong.

She is polite and easy to deal with on the ground, goes out in the field, on the walker etc.

Ridden by a petite female.

She has a huge character and great personality.

Would make a super first horse for a competent teenager.

Good to hack on busy roads and open spaces, clip, shoe, load, travel etc.

Jenny has took part in Showing Shows and Horse and Country Shows in Ireland with her breeders , She has been very well started.

We have taken Jenny to loads of different venues, She has done X country / show jumping / hacking in the forest , she is bold and brave to jump and steady - jumps on and off banks/ditches in water etc..

always snaffle mouthed , doesn’t get sharp or silly.

Jenny loads and travels like a dream with another’s and on her own .

Jenny rides well in the school , she has a lot of potential and she has a balanced canter.

She is such a fun cob to ride!

She is fantastic with my children riding her and grooming etc..

we take her out on the leadrein and she is perfect with my boys laughing and making loads of noise. She is really a lovely family cob that enjoys having the children around her.

• Goose is very brave and bold ride, loves to jump
• Goose is never fizzy or stressy
• Has a wonderful pedigree, certainly an asset to any breeding program

Goose is a lovely stamp of a competition horse, she is kind affectionate and really thrives on a one to one situation

Goose’s flatwork is coming along, with 3 nice paces, she can be a little unsettled in the bridle occasionally

When jumping Goose is rhythmical and gives her rider confidence, she enjoys jumping, but still ridden in a snaffle and never rushes

Sadly goose has a small blemish to her left fetlock, this doesn’t cause issue and I am confident she would pass a vetting

When goose meets new people or is in a new environment she takes a while to trust, never nasty or difficult, just holds a lot of tension

For this reason I tack up slowly and use a sheepskin girth and saddlepad

I would describe her as cold backed, however just hunches doesn’t buck

Once goose is happy and trusts you she is normal to tack up etc, for this reason she is not for a novice or loud abrupt handler

She really would suit a kind experienced horse person who understands she has ability but takes time to trust

For this reason I am selling goose without trial, she needs to find a home with ability themselves or as a broodmare

Goose hacks alone or in company, snaffle mouthed, in open fields or through the village

Goose is lovely to handle, she is shod in front, good with farrier and I also take a carrot to catch her

Goose is good to load and travel in a 7.5to. Lorry

She is currently in gentle work, but for sale as I am about to begin IVF treatment and unable to keep her

OTTO — 16.2hh Grey Irish Sport Horse Gelding

Royal Welsh Show Working Hunter Champion 2025

* A versatile horse with quality, presence and scope.

* Previously competed in BS up to Newcomers (1.10m).

* Beautiful flatwork, automatic changes and a lovely temperament.

Introducing Otto, a beautifully built Irish Sport Horse gelding by the renowned Cornet Obolensky, with Cruising on his dam’s side.

For the past four years, Otto has been a much-loved family horse, predominantly competing in working hunter classes, where he has excelled. His achievements include being crowned Working Hunter Champion at the Royal Welsh Show in 2025.

Schooling and jumping

Otto moves beautifully on the flat, is light in the mouth and works with automatic changes. He is a substantial, well-built horse, yet remains mannerly and rideable. His owner is a petite lady, and he is regularly ridden here by petite riders around 5ft tall. He has also been ridden on the flat by a teenage girl.

With his current owner, he has competed in British Showjumping up to Discovery (1m), as working hunter has been her main focus. In his previous home, he competed up to Newcomers (1.10m).

At home and during arena hire with us, Otto has shown himself to be bold, brave and careful, schooling around tracks of approximately 1.30m. We believe he has the scope and ability to progress further, with plenty still to offer. We plan to take him to shows and develop his competition record while he is with us; his price will reflect this as he progresses.

Hacking and everyday life

Away from the competition ring, Otto enjoys the simple things. He loves the beach and going into the water, and happily hacks alone or in company, at the front or behind. He has been comfortable around cars, heavy machinery and in open fields.

Temperament and handling

Otto is an affectionate horse who loves attention, cuddles and a good groom. He is a gentleman to handle and is good to:

* Catch and turn out.

* Tack up and untack.

* Clip and have his feet done.

* Load and travel, alone or in company.

He is up to date with vaccinations, dentistry and farrier care.

This is a very difficult sale of a much-loved family member, so finding the right home is a priority. Genuine enquiries only, please.

BS registered name: Kilbrackan Cornet

BS number: 438246

Location: Orpington, Kent

Rio

Our girl is looking for her next best friend 💖

7 year old 15.3 Mare

Passported with Leisure Horse Ireland.

Up to date with Farrier, Vet, Physio, Dentist.

Rio is a super clever, trainable mare that once you get to know her, and she trusts you she will give you her all.

Schooling

Works beautifully in arena. Recently started flying changes, leg yielding etc.

Jumping

She is brave to a fence and we have taken her over 90 at home.

Hacking

Currently hacking out 2/3 times a week on her own. We have started small and local but she is super brave for her age. Passes cars, bikes, horse box with no issues.

Can be nervous but not silly she just requires some reassurance.

Is fine with farrier, dentist, vet etc

She is the biggest character of horse I have ever known and she makes us laugh daily.

Prior to buying her, Rio was not in regular work for quite some time. We haven't owned her long and all of the above is what we have achieved in such a short space of time. With time, she really will be a super star.

She is not a first horse.

Never lame or sorry.

She has one small sarcoid that does not impact anything and the vet has advised no treatment required. It is between her front legs so nothing would rub here. She is insured with full cover.

This is reflected heavily in her price.

I am yet to start with loading her, however she was born in Ireland and travelled to Scotland and now here in the north east. This is something I am planning on starting in the next few weeks.

This is a sad sale for me and if money allowed I'd keep her forever. My daughter has a few years left to be able to compete ponies and therefore we are looking for a pony.

The more work I do with her the more her price will increase.

She will come with full tack, including a new Equiline bridal, martingale and universal bit.

I'm in no hurry to move her on and a 10* home is required.

Please do call if you are serious about a quality horse for lemonade money

* Catch and turn out.

* Tack up and untack.

* Clip and have his feet done.

* Load and travel, alone or in company.

He is up to date with vaccinations, dentistry and farrier care.

This is a very difficult sale of a much-loved family member, so finding the right home is a priority. Genuine enquiries only, please.
