Fred is a loving, willing and forward horse who thrives on having a job. He has plenty of previous hunting experience, which he thoroughly enjoys, and is a real pleasure to hack. He is a fun ride with a great jump and has also previously successfully competed in Pony Club showjumping, dressage and eventing.

Fred is best suited to a confident rider and would make a lovely horse for someone looking to hack frequently or hunt. Fred always looks after his rider, my daughter has never fallen off him in the four years we have owned him.

He has no vices and is good to shoe, clip, travel, have his teeth done etc. He can occasionally be a little bolshy on the ground, but is generally straightforward and easy to handle.

Fred does have a known veterinary history and may require some ongoing management. Whilst some low-level Pony Club work could be considered for the right rider, we feel hunting and hacking would be the best fit for him moving forward.

Sadly we can no longer give Fred the time he deserves, so are looking for a full loan home where he will be well cared for. He is a special horse to us, so we would like to remain involved in his life. Perfect Lead-Rein / Second Pony

Perfect lead-rein pony or 2nd pony for a more capable/stronger little rider. He can be a little lazy to small legs, so is best suited to a child who enjoys getting him going! This is not the case on the lead rein. I have videos of him being ridden by older riders and he is absolutely amazing.

This special boy has taken my little girl from a very wobbly rider to having so much fun and confidence, including her first pony camp this summer. 💙

During the time we’ve owned him, she has done absolutely everything with him. He gave her the confidence to do her first jumps, happily trotting over anything, and they have enjoyed Pony Club rallies, her first camp, games, show jumping and XC. At camp she even dressed him up as Barbie, and he was completely unfazed by it all!

He has also been on beach rides and will happily swim in the sea, and he has taken her to her first jumping show, including first ridden classes.

These behaviours were previously managed when he was kept in professional livery with ongoing behavioural support, but have since recurred and he shows a clear reluctance towards jumping and pole work.

For this reason, he is considered best suited to a flatwork / dressage focused home.

He is currently in professional training and working very well on the flat and continuing to demonstrate a genuine aptitude for dressage. Consistent, rideable and trainable in flatwork, he is presenting well both in the arena and in open spaces, demonstrating a calm attitude and good way of going.

Cassie (Belle Cassis) is a lovely 16.2hh, 9yo bay Thoroughbred mare looking for a competitive, knowledgeable home where she can continue doing what she loves.

She has 6 BE events under her belt, competing at BE90, alongside experience at unaffiliated ODEs, hunter trials and showjumping. I have taken her to my pony club camp for 4 years and she has consistently won the 90 each year. She has competed successfully up to 1m SJ and is schooling around 1.10m.

Her biggest strength is definitely her XC. She is bold, confident and incredibly forgiving, and has never had an XC fault with me. She takes on new fences and questions confidently and is a really enjoyable horse to take out competing as she loves her job and thrives with new challenges.

Cassie is also very easy to ride—responsive, on the leg and straightforward, whilst still being sensible and level-headed. She has lovely paces and has achieved dressage scores around 24 and low 30s at BE, a genuine all-rounder.

Away from competition, she is equally enjoyable. She hacks happily alone or in company and is very sensible and calm around other horses, including at competitions.

Hasn’t hunted but I know she would absolutely love it, I’ve just never had the chance to take her!

Buddy is a very attractive, eye-catching 7yo by Cornets Diamond VDL, who is the sort of horse that always turns heads.
