Serious Hanoverian dressage mare of the future. We are excited to offer ‘Sybil’, our wonderful 6yo 16.2 mare to the market.

Sybil has been deliberately produced slowly and carefully over the past couple of years, to ensure a solid foundation for her future career as a top dressage horse. She is now ready to be taken under someone’s wing and go all the way.

Sybils pedigree on both sides is pure dressage royalty; her sire ‘SO UNIQUE’ achieving numerous championships with dream scores, he was premium stallion in Hanover and Denmark and left the Verden licensing at the top price of the stallion market. He was practically unbeatable as a youngster and is now with Isabel Werth. He brings power, extravagant movement and rideability to his offspring. SO UNIQUE is by the triple World Champion SEZUAN who needs no introduction.
Her dam ‘Scarlett O’Hara’ by SIR DONNERHALL is from the female line of ARGENTAN; her mother is full sister to the mother of ROTSPON, 2017 Hanoverian Stallion of the Year, well known for ‘rideability’. She really was an up and coming superstar after winning the reserve show champion for mares ELITE performance test held at Addington Manor as a 3yo and was top mare out of only 2 mares to achieve the required score to be stamped ELITE. Sadly her career was cut short due to no fault of her own as has been used as a breeding mare since.

Sybil has inherited the absolute best traits from her impressive pedigree, with her length of neck, great knee action, and powerful active hind end. She has a great brain and work ethic, soft mouth, and rides beautifully in an outline responding to the aids as required. She is elegance at its finest, she has the most wonderful step, she lifts in front and sits down behind so naturally it most definitely makes our job as riders an easier one! Her natural extension is to die for and her long open walk is sure to impress the judges.

We feel she is destined for the higher levels of dressage and needs someone to take her there.

She works well in the school, hacks out alone or in company, loves a canter round the headlands and is good in traffic. She will travel on a lorry or trailer, turns out with mares and geldings and is a super easy mare to look after at home.

We are extremely excited to watch this mare in the future as we know she is the real deal.
