Stunning Competition Pony

14.2hh (150cm with shoes) 7yo Bay sports pony gelding.

Beau is a stunning pony with all the potential to make a top class Eventer / PT pony. But equally is a stunning model who could show, dressage or SJ.
He was bred by the previous owner and although professional broken as a 3yo, was then turned away to mature until he was 6 and due to lack of time.

He has been to many dressage competitions scoring at prelim with scores of 70% plus and now working at Novice level.
Competed at 70 and 80cm SJ and happily jumping 90/1m at home and scopey for 1.10m

He loves his XC and has been schooled around many BE venues and was placed 7th in his first 70cm Cotswold Cup this year, was entered at 80cm but the hard ground didn’t allow this season.

His dam “Beauty on the bay” was a successful show pony winning at RIHS and HOYS. And his sire “Tiger Attack” was as a superstar SJ and Event horse.

Good to hack in company but can be spooky on his own, no problem with a confident rider.

He has been in his current home 7/8 months but unfortunately the owner over horsed herself and Beau would prefer a busier competition type home/yard with more going on and someone competitive who wants to go out competing. He enjoys lots more going on and wants to show off to the world.

He is currently turned out at night and in in the day but would also happily live out 24/7. He is a busy brained /anxious type when stabled - was previously seen to chew wood / stable doors or just fidget in his stable - bob his head or weave just a couple of sways side to side. He doesn’t stand there weaving or chewing but he is just so much happier living out, in the field he is a quiet as a lamb, happy in company or on his own.

For sale on behalf of his owner. Passed 5 stage vetting 23.12.25 but advertised due to buyers change in circumstances.

An eye catching, quality young horse very correct well put together with lots of presence. Super uphill ride with 3 lovely paces, a light and comfortable ride that will excel in the dressage arena.

Neat and careful over show jumps showing a huge amount of scope and ability, clever with his feet and very adjustable for his age.

XC schooled proving brave and bold, good with water, ditches, drops, he’s been to multiple venues and jumped around after events.

Competed in some unaffiliated shows, easy in and out of the stable. Will be a super horse to produce up the levels, he is a well bred young horse but can be a bit cheeky and when he lacks confidence can spin to the right and therefore needs a kind, confident and experienced home to bring the best of him so no novices!

A very sweet horse to deal with on the ground, easy to manage, turn outs alone or with others. Good to hack in company, has never been alone

A seriously class horse at a fraction of his value as being sold as a project to produce! Any sensible offer considered before Christmas due to lack of space!!!

He has 3 super paces and is naturally active but very balanced, very soft and supple in the mouth. He has competed in a couple of unaffiliated dressage and improves every time out, he has the ability to produce a serious dressage test.

Jumping he is a complete machine. He has a huge scopey jump, he is forward going and takes you to and fence and happily goes on any stride but he remains very careful and always helps his rider out.

He has been out to arena hires, clear rounds, SJ, Combined training and XC at 80/90cm and shows a huge amount of scope to go up the levels.

He is a jumping machine, would make a superstar BS or BE horse and I believe could be good enough to qualify for Badminton grassroots and aim for 100/Novices if new owners wanted. A real superstar, beautiful to look at, kind and loves his job. He has a big future in any chosen discipline.

15.1hh Purebred Connemara 8yo Grey gelding.

Duncan has 3 super smart paces and holds himself in a lovely shape. He has competed at prelim dressage with scores up to 70% and working towards Novice with huge ability to go up the levels with the right rider

He has a neat and careful jump and helps his rider out on incorrect strides. He has competed at 90/1m SJ and combined training shows, jumping up to 1.10m courses at home.

In 2024 - he has competed at 90cm ODEs Cotswold Cups and Horse events with double clears and placings, he has competed at 90cm Arena eventing. He has been XC schooling around BE90-BE100 courses and is a forward going ride who loves to jump. I sold him a year ago to an older lady and who has had an amazing year and his results are;

1st and 6th New Forest RC - Prelim dressage
2nd SMS Wilton SJ 80cm. 2nd
4th, 5th and 5th Tidworth SJ
Bourne Valley RC dressage 1st & 3rd
Sparsholt dressage 5th
Larkhill 80cm ODE Double clear 10 th.
GB Endurance 15 miles. Grade 1
3rd and 3rd Winchester RC SJ
4th BVRC area qualifier combined training 70cm and 80cm

He has hacked out on the roads and in the fields and has been on farm rides and through the woods, he can be spooky on his own, he will go but isnt a relaxing ride, in company he is super and will lead or follow.

He is a competitive competition horse in any sphere and good enough for someone aiming for Badminton grassroots, but equally is happy doing clinics and RC.

A very sad sale sale on behalf of his owner due to illness, no novices, wise wasters or joy riders
