Tom does most of the riding at Hanlon Sport Horses. We have an excellent reputation for dealing with youngsters that are difficult. Their kind and quiet approach to horses helps the most stressed individuals excel at a good pace, without putting to much pressure on. 

Tom regularly works with the top competition riders that are away at International competition, who do not have time to school their sharp horses or indeed during the run up to top level events, cannot risk injury. 

Tom also specialise in producing horses for the British Equestrian Federation Futurity. Tom has gained top marks for youngsters, including leading showjumping/eventing foals at Hartpury 2013/2015 respectively, to name but a few.

Straightforward to ride with three uphill paces and a bold careful jump. Has had a very educational year this year just getting mileage on her.

Has been around a few BE90’s. I think with a winters training this mare will come out a super competitive horse that will progress nicely through the levels.

Athletic mare with three nice paces. This super mare has evented and placed successfully up to Novice level and showjumped up to Newcomers. Very easy to deal with away at shows. Hacks alone and in company. Snaffle mouth.

Having not been regulary eventing over the past few years due to other commitments this mare has looked after me and given me a great first full season back eventing. I will happily keep her for next year and try progress.

Ruby is a beautiful stamp and model; she is a smaller horse who would be ideal for a variety of riders including teens.

By TJ Talent out of a mare by Fleurop, Ruby is well bred and well related in both dressage and showjumping. Her Sire TJ Talent is an internationally recognised showjumper who was ridden by Chelsea Skelton. Her Dam’s lineage is predominantly relevant to the dressage world, with some of the most influential dressage stallions within her breeding. With that, Ruby has a very versatile mixture of showjumping and dressage blood.

Ruby is currently in a dressage home and is well schooled for her age. She has competed regularly unaffiliated and BD up to and including Elementary with an amateur rider. She has been produced up the levels slowly and correctly with her future in mind.

She has been actively competing and would suit someone wanting to continue this career path.

Ruby will happily pop a few fences to mix it up a bit, but has not showjumped competitively.

Ruby is good to hack alone and in company, and has seen farm and village traffic. She is good in open spaces and does really enjoy her rides out.

Ruby is good to do on the ground, good to load, catch, shoe. She does prefer to live out, and will happily live out in all weathers. She will happily come in to the stable, but does get stressed if there for days on end.

Ruby is for sale on behalf of the owner. It is a sad sale with a genuine reason. Home is very important.
