Im a confident rider with many many years of experience with different breed of horses. However, as I am nearing 40, i am now looking for my last horse of a life time, so looking for a nice allrounder to have fun and bring me back home safe and in one piece.

I own a small holding which consists of stables, arena and 10 acres of land.

Currently have 5 horses at home which consist of a pony for my daughter, 2 retired that have been with me for years and 2 youngsters I bred myself.

Things I am looking for in my next horse - they must be easy to do in all ways, I often will go to shows by myself or with my young daughter.

Confidence giver and forgiving in the jumping department, someone to help me out when I get it wrong - nice steady approach when jumping, don’t want something that locks on a shoots forward.

Hack out alone and in company.

Must work in a nice soft outline as I do like the odd dressage test.

Must be able to go on a fun ride without going mental.

No bucking, rearing - I understand it is impossible to ask for a bomb proof horse but something not spooky.

I am actively looking and have a healthy budget for the right horse.

Height - 15.2hh to 16.2hh don’t want anything smaller. May consider something bigger but I am only 5ft2 so don’t want to be over horsed.

Age - 7 years to 11years may go slightly older depending on how old. But don’t want to go any younger as I do what the horse to have experience.

This is an extremely difficult decision so one that will not be taken lightly.

Im looking to possibly find Belle a new home, purely because she is being wasted at the minute.

Belle is a 10yr old, 16.2h Irish sports horse, I’ve had her since she was 5 and we have learnt together to compete at discovery and new comers level.

She is good as gold under saddle and always try’s to please, however she is a forward ride and can be sharp and strong at times, especially at shows so she does need a confident and competent rider! Not a novice ride.

She can be a typical moody mare and does have her moments, therefore she would need an experienced, confident home ONLY.

She loves being outside, so would much prefer a home where she can be turned out as much as possible! As she can get stressy in her stable at times.
She is turned out 24/7 in summer and taken straight out the field to shows and turned straight back out when she’s back, this works for her and she is much more happier and nicer for being out!

She has been in very little to barely any work for the past couple years, just been mainly hacking, I would love to say I’m getting back into it but unfortunately my priorities are elsewhere.

Therefore, she will need time spent bringing her back into full work.

Houston, a rising 6 year old gelding, is the most kind and gentle hearted horse you could possibly meet with not a single nasty bone in his body. At home he has been training novice/elementary movements with scope to go so much further with his expressive and elegant paces.

He has competed at prelim with scores of 70%+, where judges constantly commented on his future potential and talent for dressage. Despite being tall he is fairly short in the body so doesn’t ride like a big horse so don’t let that put you off from this wonderful horse.

He also has potential for eventing, as although he hasn’t done too much jumping due to not being much of a jumper myself, he will pop a jump when asked and shows great talent and exceptional breeding for that too.

She is so sadly for sale as my daughter is focusing more on her dressage and unfortunately she is not getting the time and riding that she deserves

Since we have owned her, she has seen the dentist and has good teeth, Up to date on jabs and has seen the physio. She is a good doer for a ex-race horse and has no vices in the stable.

We ride her in a snaffle and she is not strong and does not jog or get silly. She just likes to nod her head and keep moving!

She does have a couple of sarcoids under her belly which do not effect her and this is reflected in her price. But most important to us is to find her the very best of homes! We would like to stay in touch as we adore her!

Kana has 3 lovely paces, lovely flowing trot. She has been out of work for a while due to injury, she has had treatment but has been off work for a while, hence being sold as a project/broodmare. Also finding it hard having 2 horses so don't have the time to do them both justice.

If she was to come back into work I feel she would excel in the dressage arena as she has 3 lovely paces and has a willing attitude.

She can be a bit spooky and would only be sold to an experienced, knowledgeable home ONLY as she needs s . No joyriders welcome as she needs someone with experience to bring her back into work.

She is currently barefoot as she has been out of work.

I feel she would make a fabulous mother and would be an asset to any stud with her brilliant breeding. She is a big beautiful mare with the kindest of temperament.

She is good with the farrier, vet, dentist, up to date with her injections. Kana is in no way mareish , she has the most lovely and sweet personality and does love a cuddle.
