Must be good with small ponies as have had a couple of nightmare experiences with horses & pony when turned out together!

So would live out with old pony gelding & two pet sheep! Happy if needs some maintenance & if an older equine.

Ideally loan or very small budget as only a dinner lady!

Marley is a lovely, kind but sensitive young sportshorse imported from Europe in the summer of 2024. He has exceptional uphill movement and a great jump, yet a very kind and loving temperament. He adores attention and thrives from regular and sympathetic handling.

Marley is very well bred, combining numerous world-class stallions in his pedigree, including Chin Chin and Indoctro.

Marley has had a correct and empathetic introduction to education, he has done groundwork and has been to a professional to be lightly backed before the winter. He travels well in a 3.5t, I haven't had him in a trailer.

It is important to note though that he is a sensitive horse thus needs an understanding and experienced home that will take the time to get to know him. He is very much still growing, currently approx 16 - 16.1hh.

Marley will only be going to a new home due to lack of time to give him the 1-on-1 he requires - I grossly underestimated my abilities to juggle a tiny human and a baby horse.

He is open to any vetting (had a clean vet cert when imported) and viewings. He has had a winter break after being lightly backed so is sold from the field. We are based in Shropshire.

This horse has been based with us for the last 18 months while his owner has been studying at university. He travelled over from Spain with her and has been her heart horse for the last 4 years. He simply is the kindest horse with the most lovely attitude.

Sadly her studies have taken over and she has no time to have a horse right now.

He is good to hack , travel and is the most low maintenance and easiest horse to look after.

He’s competed as a young horse in Spain up to 1m30 and he’s been to a couple of training show in the UK where he popped straight around 1m and 1m10. Can be seen training around 1m20 at home where he finds it very easy! He is a very scopey, honest, snaffle mouthed horse that goes in a lovely rhyme.

Please don’t be put of by his size, he rides like a dream and is a gentle giant.

He does have mild shivers behind which only affect him when being shod and for this reason he does need sedative to shoe or could be managed with no hind shoes on and then is fine to trim without sedative.

Foaly has been brought on slowly and carefully with his education always been steady and Correct. He was bought from the breeder at 9months old and run on in the same home, he was carefully started as a late 3yr old and had slowly been introduced to different settings and disciplines.

Foaly hacks out confidently in company and on his own, is never strong or silly in open spaces and can easily be left days or weeks and hopped back on without an issue. He is good in traffic of all sizes on a busier road or country lanes.

He has done light schooling having 3 uphill bold straight paces along with a natural head carriage and a look at me presence. Been over poles in the school but not asked many questions of over fences.

First time foaly saw hounds he went up front, at the back of the and in the middle of the field. He stood up well at the meet and moved of patiently. Foaly as said early had not been put to a great deal of fences but out hunting he was brave and bold jumping timber hedges and dukes with and without a lead proving safe caring and surefooted. He has the footings for a fantastic event prospect.

Foaly is ready to move on with all the makings for any discipline for someone to put their own stamp on whether it be showing, hunting eventing or a general alrounder hes a very eye catching animal.

He is clean legged and blemish free. Good to do in all manners he is clipped shod, up to date with vaccinations farrier dentist. Hes had his back checked also with no issues.
