Pretty six-year-old dark bay tb mare. Last raced in August 2025, so fully RoR eligible. She does have some cosmetic marks from her past life, but is sound and I'm happy to discuss with interested buyers.

Ciara is lightweight, elegant, friendly and curious. She has lived out in a small herd over winter, and is definitely a lower ranking horse. She is barefoot; still transitioning but doing well. She had a growth spurt over winter and we recently measured her at 15.2 although as she’s a tb she’s got good withers, and rides a little smaller.

She has done lots of ground work, including lunging, long reining and natural horsemanship exercises. She has started jumping small jumps on the lunge. I have led her out in hand on the lanes and she has been very sensible about traffic. She has been to TAP clinics (thoroughbred aftercare program) where she has done some work on the flat and over trotting poles. I have taken her to a local show.

She is now being reschooled professionally.

She loads and travels OK – she didn’t when I got her. I’ve also introduced her to clippers & trimmers – a work in progress…

Seen by chiropractor, equine dentist, physio, vaccinated, recent clear worm count.

I’m a mature lady rider and have had to admit that Ciara’s got far more energy than I want these days, and she needs a younger bolder rider. Also, I don’t have an arena to bring her on consistently which is not helpful.

Dave is a super talented 10yo 15’2/3 bay gelding with a can do attitude and endless potential.

He has done showjumping, dressage tests and cross country though not competed in all of these areas as owner wanted to show jump. He could easily make an incredible event horse with the right rider. Has also been hunting.

Competed up to 90cm clear showjumping and has the scope to go much further, has easily jumped over 1m at home. Dave is careful with his legs and powerful when jumping. He does everything in a snaffle and is eligible for RoR.

Dave is a super horse to have on the yard, easy to do, friendly, willing, and very loving.

Please note he is not a novice ride and is therefore in need of a competent, experienced, capable rider. However when in regular work he will try his hardest and perform well. Dave is very trainable and wants to be ridden, so looking for a rider who will give him routine.

On the flat he has 3 balanced paces and works in a soft outline listening well to his rider.

Belle is the sweetest horse on the yard, the most chilled Ror ever!

Isabelle is a gorgeous person inside and out, a true pleasure to do and own.

Amazing hack, alone/in company. Good to load, travel, clip, catch, farrier, vet. She is always perfectly behaved.

Has done RC clinics, fun rides (with xc jumps), beach, winner at local shows, moor rides, crosses water, a true mother/daughter/aunt/sister in law share. All with perfect manners. She is proving to have a trainable attitude in the arena and has lovely movement. Always snaffle mouthed.

Isabelle is very dear to me and this is a heartbreaking sale. I have known Isabelle most of her ridden life as I worked in the yard she was trained and fell in love with her. Only for sale as she is wasted with me. Isabelle should be out competing in ROR classes (HOYS racehorse to riding horse), dressage, or even eventing. But unfortunately I’ve no ambition or enthusiasm to compete again. A true project for red rosettes in 2027 and for someone to have a lot of fun with!

Three things you should know before calling.

Isabelle had a kissing spine op during her racing career. Since her op, she has never had a problem with her back and ran for a season post op over fences.

She has a small scar on the heel of her near fore. She arrived as a 4 year old with this and it has never been a problem.

And finally she has a wingall on her hind leg that goes down with bandaging. It has only surfaced this summer in the heat.

None of these things causes any issues to Isabelle, she is a happy and healthy horse.

She has clean legs, and is open to vetting.

Looking for a quick hassle free sale due to moving abroad

I have owned Laz for the last six years when he came out of racing. He retired due to a tendon injury, but that has never stopped him from doing anything. He also has two sarcoids on the inside of his hind leg but they have never bothered him.

We have been on many adventures together such as going to the beach, forest hacks and local shows. He schools nicely on the flat. He hacks alone or in company and is excellent in all kinds of traffic. He is good to clip, load, shoe and incredibly easy to handle

Very sad sale of Loki. 15.3hh 8yo gelding by Passing Glance.

Loki is a lovely horse to ride and handle in all aspects. Very smart gelding, compact and well put together. 3 balanced paces and rhythmical canter. Works well on the flat being light and responsive; snaffle mouthed in all phases. Basic lateral work, counter canter etc is all in place. He loves his jumping, very genuine to a fence and is schooling 90/1M at home.

Loki has attended plenty of RC lessons, arena eventing, and show jumping as well as eventing. Began his eventing career at the start of the season, flying round clear XC each time and at his most recent, finishing 3rd on a DR score of 30.8! Has established his confidence nicely and he is ready to step up to 90 level but we have not been back out as I'm not prepared to run on the hard ground currently. 

Does not need riding every day to stay sane and sensible. Regularly take him out on my own, including eventing. Lives with my mare without bother. Loves his hacking, goes alone or in company, used to heavy traffic as well as open spaces, does not fuss about cows, kids, dogs, bikes etc. Genuinely nice person with a huge character, forever making us laugh.

Loki has proven to be polite and genuine with a smaller jockey on board, perfect step onto horses for a capable little jockey or fun for a small adult. He is well-schooled and light off the aids, so although he is not sharp or fizzy, he wants someone who rides correctly with an independent hand and light in their seat to get the best tune from him.

We bought Trusty for our riding school unfortunately he’s too excitable and forward going for our clients so he is looking for an experienced rider who wants a lovely little horse that’s desperate to go and have fun.

My daughter has been riding him and working on his flat work and jumping. He learns fast and really enjoys his work. He likes to hack, we don’t hack on our own (for safety) so can’t tell you how he would be on his own.

He’s been out to some arena hires and he’s not worried about any fillers or the environment. We feel he’s ready to go out to some unaffiliated events now.

He’s a lamb to handle and not a nasty bone in his body. He’s out in a mixed herd.

Easy on the ground and responsive under saddle.

Great in traffic (will ride over M23 bridges, across busy roundabouts etc). Happy to hack alone, loves love, great jumper, all rounder, has loads of life left in her despite age, forward mare. Fully vax, up to date dentist 🦷 clean legs - gets hayfever in summer months so needs Piriton which settles it, no issues with this outside summer

Shod but also good feet so barefoot also fine with no issues. Good to shoe and teeth and patient ie no need for sedation. Has Passport.

I have brought her on. Has gained weight and muscle as bought in poor condition- no colic/vices all round a TB don’t have the time she needs unfortunately due to breakdown of long-term relationship.

10 year old bay gelding, suitable for a confident rider, looking to have some fun with jumping, hacking, dressage or showing.

He has been primarily trained for dressage, with good paces and oozes quality. He has fantastic conformation, so I am sure he would excel in showing due to his striking looks and could be a real contender in ROR classes due to his 'look at me' presence. He walks for a 10, has a good springy collectable trot and a good canter. He has all lateral established, changes and basic working canter pirouettes and some piaffe and passage, where he shows lots of talent.

He is super to hack, alone and in company. He is very well behaved with trains (back onto a train line], tractors , lorries, loud children, quad bikes ect. He is very sensible, jumping out hacking, will jump anything he is pointed at, which is fantastic as my daughter isn’t very brave and doesn't like jumping. He is incredibly brave and I’m sure with the right rider could go far.

In 2024, he competed BD regularly in dressage at novice and represented England at BD Youth Home Nations, finishing just outside the top 10 with scores of 68.5% and 66.% He also placed 4th in the elementary at the NSEA finals.

In 2025, my daughter completed her GCSE’s so was not really campaigned to the best of his ability and he concentrated on training instead. He did some shows and showed tension, which reflected in his scores. Therefore he is not for a novice rider, he would suit a confident, calm rider who can thrive off of his confident, very brave nature and use his hotness to an advantage. He is sharp, he can have moments- always from excitement- he just wants to get on and do the job.Took him to the Beach last week and he loved it.

He is good to handle, well mannered in the stable, shoe, dentist etc He is up to date with all jabs.

Sadly for sale due to rider concentrating on her A'Levels so please no time wasters or joy riders . Rugs and Tack available by separate negotiation, he has a dressage and gp saddle.
