Zeus

The ultimate allrounder who can truly turn his hoof to anything. Zeus is a classy, genuine horse with a wealth of experience and a lovely temperament to match. He offers three exceptionally comfortable paces, a beautifully balanced way of going, and the most wonderful rocking horse canter that makes him a pleasure to ride. Adores his flat work and rides like a show horse, he’s the type you could sit on for hours. The definition of an armchair ride.

He has done it all, dressage, showjumping, Xc, hunting, forest rides, sponsored rides, fun rides, and plenty of hacking. He absolutely loves water and throughly enjoying a swim in the river.

To a fence, Zeus is a true point and steer type, incredibly genuine, committed, and happy to go from any stride. He gives his rider enormous confidence, always wanting to help rather than question.

In the hunting field, Zeus is an absolute machine. He adores working with the hounds, stands beautifully at the meet, and is the ultimate ditch jumper. He is equally happy to thrust into action on a big county day or to sit back and enjoy a quieter, smaller day. He’ll happily sit anywhere in the field and behaves impeccably throughout.

Although Zeus is straightforward, kind, and easy to ride, he would be wasted in a novice home simply because he has so much to offer. He is a responsive ride and therefore wouldn’t suit an unbalanced novice who kicks rather than squeezes.

He hacks happily alone or in company and is a real gentleman in every way. Outside of the arena, he has always been ridden in a rubber pelham, which he enjoys and goes beautifully in, staying light and responsive in the hand across all disciplines. He will, of course, go in a snaffle, but is simply a nicer ride in his preferred setup.

On the ground, Zeus is every bit as kind as he is ridden, he loves people, children, and other animals, and is a true gentleman to handle. A genuine, honest horse who takes care of his rider and will offer someone a lifetime of fun, confidence, and enjoyment.

Zeus has had sarcoids removed in the past. They have not affected his performance, comfort, or ability to enjoy a varied and active life. This is an honest disclosure for knowledgeable buyers, but certainly does not take away from what an exceptional all-round horse he is. A minor consideration in what is otherwise a golden opportunity to have a horse like Zeus in your life.

Lematan Riversides Bravo

Known as Bravo, Bravo is a 16.3hh 5yr old gelding out of the showjumping stallion Pop Idol.

Bravo has competed up to 90cm in showjumping proving brave and developing a nice technique, he has done lots of XC schooling jumping everything asked and is developing very nicely on the flat exploring lateral work, having fluent changes and good clean transitions.

Bravo has been to stay aways, hunts and fun rides and has took everything into his stride enjoying and wanting to please. He would excel in any discipline from eventing/ hunting to confidence building and pony club he has THE best attitude you could ask for and has had a go at everything you could want a 5yr old to do.

Bravo is amazing to hack alone or in company, load, clip he stands perfectly for the dentist and farrier, he just loves attention and would stand to be groomed all day.

Bravo does have a personality and will keep you entertained he is best described as safe but fun and not a horse to easily get bored from, he is ridden regularly by a 13 year old boy and many other novices have either learnt to ride or sat on him.

Bravo has been with us since he was 6months old and this is a very hard decision to make so only the best home will be accepted, he is a part of the family and has been broken and trained solely by a teenage girl from a field, he is a very handsome horse and just wants to please he is perfect for a first horse, mother daughter share, eventer, hunter and many more. Bravo is clean and correct with no vices, never been shod or needed shoes and is currently turned out with mares.

15.1hh Cob Gelding

15 years young and an Absolute bargain due to pregnancy and being sadly too much horse for my total novice husband - currently totally wasted and he is a true workman that needs a job.

He has previously successfully done all riding club activities, pony club activities, showjumping, Hunter trials , hunted and whipped in . Jumps over 1m comfortably with ease and is bold and brave. He is ridden in traffic / open spaces, I’d like to think he would thrive with a home that has time to work him and keep him busy or is slightly more experienced than ourselves!

Since being with us my novice husband has hacked him out in heavey traffic and open spaces successfully, our friends have schooled him and jumped him beautifully , my 7 year old daughter has groomed him, however I have recently found out I am expecting and been unable to help keep him ticking over or afford to pay for someone else to school him and over the past couple with the lack of work and handling he has become far to sensitive and weary of us and we don’t want him to be ruined or wasted.


This is heavily reflected in his price , to see him find a more suitable home quickly .

Really sweet boy, just requires work and patience.
