Polsue manor Top hat &tails- Also known as Topsy is striking blue and white mare who has recently been backed and broken.

15hh registered with Chaps, out of an Irish Draught mare. She is 4 years old.

She is currently hacking out in company and alone. Has been good in traffic, cantered in open fields, seen farm traffic and is good to load/travel in a trailer and a lorry.

She is a very sweet and willing mare, however would not be suitable for a novice, due to her age.

She would have real potential to be a WHP, riding club or hunter.

Jack has taken my daughter back out eventing again, helping her find her confidence and to reach the Pony Club Eventing Area Qualifiers and National Championships this year.

He has been doing a lot of flat work, show jumping, cross country schooling this year, also visits to the gallops to get them both fit and ready to compete.

Jack is lovely on the flat, producing a super test, with balanced and rhythmical paces, normally scoring low-mid 30’s. He does not look or spook at SJ fillers. He is very bold and quick XC - water, ditches, skinnies, drops and steps no problem!

Competing successfully at 90cm, regularly jumping 100+cm in training, and more than ready to move up. Jack would suit a competitive rider that wants to sail around BE/PC/RC/CC events.

He has raced and is RoR eligible too. He would thrive in a Tetrathlon home, working hunter, hunter trialling or team chasing, as XC is his favourite thing to do!

He is a mother / daughter share, he hacks alone or in company very well. Although now he is fitter he can hot up, therefore not always a novice ride, but he would never buck, rear or nap, he is just forward and wants to get going.

Jack is such a kind horse in the stable. He is also good with other horses, not one to ever bite or kick. He has lived out all year, but he does love to come in for his food or for some shade/dry too.

We have looked after him very well, and is up to date with farrier, dentist, vaccinations, physio and worming.

He has no vices, clean limbs, no medical issues or veterinary visits, he has had a hobday operation back in his racing days. Very easy to catch, clip, shoe, load, and solid in heavy traffic etc.

I would love this gorgeous horse to find a perfect home, as sadly my daughter must focus on her A-Levels.

Molly – 16.3hh, 10-year-old Irish Draught Mare

Molly is a quality Irish Draught mare with basic flatwork established. She has competed in clear rounds and hunter trials up to 80cm, proving herself to be a bold and straightforward jumper who always makes a good shape over a fence. She has also been cross-country schooled and will confidently pop anything asked of her — including timber, ditches, water, and hedges.

Over the summer, Molly has taken part in numerous fun rides and hunt rides. She is very happy in a large group, sensible in open spaces, and enjoys her work in company.

This season, Molly has been out on several Hound Exercises. She is mannerly with hounds, stands quietly at the meet, and is happy to tuck in behind or take her turn at the gates. She will also peel off and hack home alone sensibly.

At home she is very straightforward, with no stable vices. She is easy to catch, clip, and load, stands quietly for the farrier, and is currently shod all round.

Out hacking, Molly can be a little looky when first setting off alone or in front, but with a squeeze of the leg and a reassuring ride she settles quickly and gets on with her job. She is good in open spaces, traffic, under motorway bridges, on busy bridleways, and is unfazed by umbrellas, dog walkers, pushbikes, livestock, and farm machinery.

Molly would suit someone looking for a genuine hunter to bring on further, or equally as a smart all-rounder.

Red is a lovely natured, friendly horse who loves a fuss and a cuddle. I have owned him since he turned 3 and have done all sorts of things with him including fun rides and camps.

He excels in cross country and has team chased and hunted. He is turning into a super dressage prospect too with basic lateral work and has started flying changes.

He loves hacking out and I go for miles either by myself or in company. Red is sane and sensible, and a laid back type, not whizzy or fizzy! He would be ideal for a teen or small adult to do Grassroots level competitions, camps and clinics.

He lives out in a herd of geldings and is stabled at night in winter. He is good in all ways, currently barefoot but has been / can be shod as needed.

His only fault is that he will weave in occasion such as when he’s left behind.

Coco would suit a variety of riders, Happily hacks out in the busiest of traffic, can sometimes be a little nappy if hacking by herself but this shouldn’t be an issue for a confident rider.

Retired from racing sound, she was too slow- lovely clean legs, with a good amount of bone and body.

She has attended showjumping competitions, cross country and dressage clinics as well as farm rides. I think she would be the most ideal mare to take hunting this season. Coco loves to go for a canter in the fields and doesn’t get hot or fizzy.

She would make an idea horse for all the ROR competitions and some lucky person will have a lot of fun with her.

We would like her to go somewhere she can further her education and progress.

Would be ideal for knowledgable adult but equally would suit a teenager provided they had the support network available to bring each other on.

Belle is a lovely, easy horse to handle. She is regularly handled alone by one lady owner for everything and is now looking for her next best friend.

She schools beautifully including some basic lateral moves (walk to canter, leg yield etc.) However, she does not enjoy being drilled in the school, and is more woah than go.

She enjoys a varied life including jumping, hacking (far and wide), horse back archery, ground work, in hand classical dressage, beach rides. You name it and she will have a go for you.

She loves jumping but will happily stay in a rhythm and jump a course of 60cm with scope to go to 80/90cm. She has seen fillers without issue.

She has regularly schooled cross country, including the farm ride (water, ditches etc) which she enjoys.

She loves the beach, drag hunting and fun rides, and while she picks it up a gear for group events she is impeccably behaved. Always snaffle mouthed and looks after her rider, normally happy to go first or last and has never bucked or reared.

She will happily live in or out, but has always had daily turnout if stabled.

Belles full history is known, she came over from Ireland as a 2 year old and has been allowed to grow, sympathetically backed and slowly ridden on, with no time or expense spared on her upbringing.

I do not compete regularly, but she has attended local shows and I feel she would happily compete or do pony club sessions. She would also potentially measure in for classes.

She will hack alone or in company, 100% in heavy traffic (trains, wagons, tractors) and has been used as a nanny horse for others.

Belle had a stifle arthroscopy when she was 5 following a field accident, no medical issue was diagnosed, but as a result she has a steroid injection in her SI / stifles every 12 - 18 months and is completely sound carrying an adult rider at the above level of regular work. I am happy to discuss this further at viewings and disclose vet records.

She has no lumps or bumps, moves well and is up to date with everything, inc jabs and teeth. She would be a perfect second pony, light weight lady allrounder or mother daughter share. Anybody looking for a beautiful, well turned out, but safe best friend would be her perfect partner.

She comes with a full wardrobe which includes numerous rugs and a professionally fitted bit & bridle.
