Flicker is a genuine, kind, and talented schoolmaster all-rounder who is very much still in his prime. He has a wealth of experience across multiple disciplines and is the sort that gives his rider confidence while still being fun and capable.

He has competed successfully in unaffiliated dressage, consistently scoring 68%+ at Novice, showjumped up to 1m, and competed in hunter and working hunter classes, often taking championships. He has attended numerous training clinics and attended stay away dressage camps. Previously qualified for Blue Chip Winter Championships, competing BSJA at large venues including Hickstead and Hartpury. Previous to current owner, he has also been on bloodhound exercises and was good as gold.

Flicker’s most important job, however, was bringing his current rider back to riding after a serious accident on another horse and safely carrying her through two pregnancies, proving just how trustworthy and genuine he is.

He is good to do in all ways: easy to catch, handle, shoe, clip, load, travel, and is well behaved for the vet and dentist. He hacks happily alone or in company, is sensible in traffic, and is a pleasure to have on the yard. He loves attention, fuss, cuddles and particularly Diet Coke!

Flicker is incredibly versatile and rare: he will happily step down for someone learning the ropes and pop a small cross pole on a long rein, yet can equally be picked up to produce a lovely dressage test or a confident showjumping round up to 90cm.

This is a very sad sale due to lack of time with two children under two. He is now ready to become someone’s future heart horse, offering confidence, experience, and enjoyment in abundance. A real yard and family favourite and he will be missed!

Would suit a tall teenager looking for their first horse, a mother/daughter, son share, or a more competitive rider wanting a genuine horse to enjoy riding club and all-round activities. Alternatively Flicker would make a brilliant hunt horse.

Korky is a beautiful 4yo 15hh Connemara cross Irish sports pony. She is a very special pony to us, as we had her full sister to produce on last year, and she was a pony that we were VERY fond of!

She has a fabulous temperament, she is very straight forward and easy nature, she always wants to please and is always looking to answer the questions that you’re asking of her.

Korky has been hunted in Ireland and in England. She hunts in a snaffle, stands at the meet, will happily wait and stand around. She is a polite and mannerly little lady at all times. She has mainly jumped ditches and banks, but has also jumped some timber and hedges.

Korky has been to arena hires and UA sj shows, she is bold over all fillers, in the arena would be where she would show her age, her canter is quite weak still so she finds it much easier to be careful if she is allowed to trot and pop. She can canter to fences, but she does not find it easy to maintain, this is a time and education process with her being a 4yo.

Korky has been xc schooling, she is brwith ditches, steps, water, bright coloured BE fences and more rustic logs etc. she is mannerly schooling in a field and ok wit other horses working around her.

Korky is working sweetly on the flat, she is fairly consistent on the bridle, and improves all the time. She has attended UA dressage shows in intro, she is good in the boards, with the mirrors and in the collecting ring.

She is good on the lorry, will stand at a show or schooling happily with a haynet if she is alone.

Korky is absolutely fabulous on a hack. She goes alone or in company, she is great in traffic, never naps, is golden round the fields, happily ride her in open spaces when it’s blowing a gale! She is an absolute pleasure, very rarely would she ever spook at anything. You could mooch along all day!

She lives in or out , shod in front, good with the farrier, good to clip, good to catch, bath, load and travel. She is a 4yo so wouldn’t be suitable for someone really nervous or novice, but for competent amateurs she will be a fabulous partner to produce on into any sphere!

‘Munching Navajo’ aka Joe is a beautiful 15hh 5yo class 1 Connemara gelding. A well bred over sized pony, including Moy Hazy Cove and Silverdale. Joe is a beautiful pony, well put together and straight and correct moving.

He has no blemishes.

Joe is working very well on the flat, he is light in the mouth, correct and even down the rein and works in a natural consistent outline. He improves daily on the flat and is a pleasure to produce, he has a v good, trainable brain and is a forward thinking chap!

Joe is careful over a pole, he has jumped small courses of fillers and is genuine, straight and sweet. He tries his hardest to please all the time.

He has been to shows/arena hires/dressage shows and is good in the collecting ring with others. He is the sweetest little horse and is very willing.

Joe has been xc schooling, he is good with water, ditches, steps etc. He is green but is a genuine and straightforward ride.

Joe hacks alone or in company, he is good in traffic and cantering in open spaces. He is always ridden in a snaffle.

He is good to load, travel, shoe, clip. He stands on the lorry at a show alone or in company.

He has never bucked, reared, napped and is a naturally forward thinking busy little horse.

I think Joe would be suited to a rider wanting a smart little event horse/show horse/dressage horse to produce on and be competitive. I don’t think he would be suited to a total novice or a very nervous rider, as he is a young horse and is definitely a step up from a riding school hack!

He has been in the same home for the last 9 years, so is an incredibly sad sale due to daughter growing up and moving onto other horses.

There’s nothing fly hasn’t done, all pony club activities, rallies, fun rides, hunting, and school riding club teams. He’s jumps anything he’s pointed at showjumping and cross country. He Loves to jump! He goes nicely on the flat and has great active paces with a good hind leg. Fly is wonderful to hack, alone and/or in company and has been solid as a rock in traffic, farm Machinary, live stock etc. He’s great in open spaces, happy to walk and trot through the fields and loves a good blast. He is a happy safe and sound horse and looking for his new best friend.

He’s best suited to a keen competent pony club child or competent mother/daughter share. He is not a novice ride as can be jolly. He’s not strong and he’s super safe, he just loves life! Jedi is a pleasure to have on the yard. He’s good to do (clip, shoe, catch, load etc). Jed has hacked alone and in company.

Moves well with good flatwork. Jed has plenty of jump and has jumped BS clears to 1.10m (Pauldarys Jedi). He has been with a young girl the past few years and then out on loan so hasn’t jumped up the heights but he is getting back into it quickly in limited outings currently jumping BS 90/100 and still has plenty of jump in there so we see no reason why he won’t jump back up the levels again with the right rider.

He is a forward going sort but not nasty or silly just likes to get on with his job.

Not suitable for a novice but would be great for a competent amateur looking for a super fun horse. Only looking for his new home as owner is in uni and doesn’t have the time for a horse at present.
