Bishop holds an FEI record to 140m, Showjumping Ireland to 135m & BSJ record to 125m. This boy has plenty of scope but with not having competed recently due to our daughter having surgery, he would be ideally suited to a rider wanted to start low before moving higher.

Bishop has also done abit of everything and with this would also be suited as a great allrounder horse - he’s had a mixture of competing, hacking, arena hires, XC training etc. Bishop has been XC trained to advanced level and has trial Hunted.

On the ground, Bishop is a pure gentleman who has wonderful stable manners, a complete BFG! He will stand all day, loves his cuddles. He is super to travel and is excellent to clip, farrier etc and always a yard favourite.

Bishop has been well- schooled and has three lovely paces and auto changes. At home, he is hacked out by himself and also in company on country lanes and is good with traffic/farm machinery. He is genuinely a super horse ideally suited to someone wanting a long term partnership.

Joey is a lovely boy who is currently 4 years old, backed last year and has been produced steadily, hacking mostly. Has started jumping little rounds away at arena hires. He has a very sweet temperament with a great desire to do well.

He gives a feeling of security out hacking, he’s very safe and good with traffic. All over different terrain, doesn’t pull, goes wherever whenever. Away from other horses he’s not nappy at all.

This BFG has been a delight to deal with and work with the last few weeks. To ride, he’s a big powerful lad, and you feel every bit of it, every stride and every jump! He’s still very polite in the hand. And very responsive to the rider. He’s balanced and very much in control of him self. 

He’s very straight and easy to a fence. Hes Likes to take his fences on and jumps from literally anywhere. I still think he’s weak and has a lot of maturing/toning up to do. He’s short of competition experience. But jumps a course Nicely and I’ll take him somewhere soon. 

He hasn’t hunted. But loves my dogs, and great around other horses, so I could see him being a very comfortable hunter who could jump the biggest of hedges one day.

Bois De Clamart (Bois) is a gorgeous, kind horse, with so much potential.

Last raced February 2024, after a successful career in Ireland, retiring completely sound and ready for his next career. He has been owned by us since a foal and due to his kind temperament and loved by all at the training yard he wasn't one to give away.

Therefore we brought him home to England and over the past 2 years he has been schooled, regularly hacked on his own and with others, been to arena hires, both indoor and outdoor and had a days hunting towards the end of 24/25 season at which he was excellent - sadly couldn't fit in more due to University. Kept in a snaffle, very light in the hand and never flighty even after a week or so. Good to box, shoe and clip. Completely bomb proof to all traffic and noise. Built more like a Sports Horse, big boned and keeps condition well. Since he is an ex racehorse and still learning in his new role I would suggest he's not for beginners.

Selling due to graduating this month with the hope to go work and travel abroad.
