Maggie is a beautiful Registered Welsh D mare who has found herself back in our care through no fault of her own, simply due to a change in her borrower’s circumstances. Now in her senior years, she is hoping for nothing more than a safe, loving home where she can finally settle for good and enjoy the quiet life she deserves.

She is a truly gentle soul who blossoms with kindness and patience. Maggie may be a little shy at first, but once she learns she can trust you, she forms the most heartfelt bond and takes real comfort in human company. There’s something very special about earning her trust – she has a way of quietly stealing hearts.

Maggie currently lives out happily in a herd of mares and geldings. She can be part-stabled if needed and, as a good doer, will need sensible grazing to keep her comfortable and healthy.
