We are seeking a quality, experienced horse or pony for our talented 14-year-old daughter, who is currently training with a 5? rider and actively competing on the PC/BE circuit.

Good support network and regular BE U21 training. Knowlegable and loving home offered. References available

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

  • Calm, sensible and people-friendly horses
  • Sound and healthy equines able to adapt to a varied lifestyle
  • Horses happy in the school, hacking, or working in open spaces
  • Animals comfortable with different handlers and occasional mobility aids
  • Steady temperaments but with enough athletic ability to stay fit and engaged

Each RDA group has their own needs, but temperament and trainability always come first. All the equines undergo a Pre-Purchase Examination.

Nala is adaptable in her routine and is happy to part-stable or live out. She enjoys fuss and attention from people she knows and trusts, and builds strong bonds with her handlers.

Nala would thrive in a home that can offer consistency, reassurance, and a low-pressure lifestyle. She is good to catch and has responded well to groundwork, and would benefit from continued in-hand work and confidence-building to keep her young brain active!

Pie is a charming Standardbred yearling looking for his perfect forever home as a companion. This lovely young gelding came into our care through the RSPCA and has been an absolute delight to have with us.

Pie currently lives happily out 24/7 with both mares and geldings, and he gets along well with everyone. With the right routine, he may also be able to be part-stabled.

This curious and affectionate youngster is eager to learn and build confidence through gentle, consistent handling. He’ll need an experienced handler who can continue his education in all areas, including leading, picking up feet, and general groundwork. Pie thrives on reassurance and takes confidence from his person, making him a rewarding project for someone patient and kind.

Pie is continuing to gain condition—he’s an excellent grass eater! With time, good care, and continued training, he’ll blossom into a wonderful, confident companion.

If you have the experience, time, and love to help Pie reach his full potential, he’ll repay you with endless affection and curiosity.

I’m looking for probably the impossible.  A pony for my daughters last year in pnies to aim at teams. More than happy to ride for someone or lease pony and sell at the end for owners or open to any suggestions.

She is ready to hit the last year hard for the pony trials. Or a horse to take to juniors. Again open to any suggestions lease loan ride.

I don’t have the funds to buy but I do have an extremely knowledgeable home with all year turn out and yard at home to offer.

I’m open to any suggestions of anything.
