Breeding:

Sire: Xanadu, a metallic golden buckskin Akhal-Teke Sports Horse by Atamekan (Grade I racehorse in Turkmenistan) out of GULARA (Elite-graded by VNIIK, Russia's national Akhal-Teke studbook authority). Now sadly deceased, Xanadu passed on his boldness, intelligence, and lightness of movement. His progeny have excelled across showjumping, eventing, endurance, and showing.

Dam: Bletchley Park, a traditionally bred Irish Draught Sport Horse by the late Knightley Park out of Ballygarris Black Diamond (by Diamond Lad). This dam line boasts rare and valuable blood, tracing directly to the legendary Enniskeane Countess, foundation of several notable stallions including Glidawn Diamond, Diamond Lad, Kildalton Gold, and Pride of Kildalton.


Training & Temperament:

Luca has been professionally and lightly backed before being turned away to mature last Spring. Reintroduced this spring, he is now hacking out confidently on roads and in open fields. He's a forward-thinking, bold young horse who enjoys work and is eager to learn. Not suitable for novices.

He’s been well-handled since birth, easy to catch (usually trots over to greet you), respectful of electric fencing, and good to box, travel, and for the farrier. He’s happy alone or in company and is up to date with vaccinations. As a yearling, he attended local in-hand shows and behaved impeccably. He also has experience being led in-hand through village traffic, showing calmness and curiosity.

He does have a small cosmetic blemish on his front fore, which does not affect soundness and is barely noticeable.

Generoso Langafel is a 2024 PRE x Friesian (registered as a PRE fusion) to make 16.2hh.

He has a wonderful temperament and isn’t coltish, he is currently kept with four other fillies.

Generoso is easy to handle and is halter broken. He also has his feet picked out regularly and is good to worm.

He would make a fantastic future dressage horse as he exhibits three very expressive paces.

Both dam and sire are ridden and can both be viewed. Dam - Amarosa Langafel is a APTO approved PRE mare standing at 16.3, she was ridden prior to becoming a broodmare. Sire - Elmer Fan Sweach is a KFPS ster Friesian stallion with a comprehensive competition record, he has also been ridden in display teams and has a fantastic temperament.

Generoso can be gelded and recover with us before going to his new home. He is fully vaccinated.

Meet Gilbert, he’s a stunning Friesian x TB , rising 3yo, currently standing at 16hh expected to make 16.2-17hh.

Gilb has been with us since September and has proven he is as sweet as they come. He’s got the kindest temperament and generally very well mannered. He’s not your typical young horse, he’s very chilled and easy to handle.

Since he’s been with us he has continued groundwork training and has taken very well to it. He’s not silly and really tries his best to listen to what your asking of him. He’s great to lead and is very respectful when doing so. We have led him through the woods by foot and when riding another horse both of which he was brilliant for. He takes everything in his stride, and has seen lots when out, including bikes, dogs, lorries and trailers.

He’s currently not shod, but is excellent with farrier to have his feet trimmed. He has rugs on and off him all the time and isn’t fazed. He currently lives out 24/7 but has been kept in the stable before. He is left on his own whilst we ride our other horse and as-long as he has a haynet he doesn’t cause a fuss.

He is currently up to date with jabs and worming, has just had his teeth done which he was a gem for and is also passported.

No lumps or vices and open to a full vetting.

This is a very reluctant sell due to me being to busy to give him all the attention he deserves, he’d be a great horse for anyone looking for a blank canvas to make their own.

He will ONLY go to a 5 star home, ideally within an hour of cheddar.
