For sale: Very exciting 3 year old mare by Berdenn de Kergane (aka Casco Bay) out of a mare by Warrior (Tangelo van de Zuuthoeve)

This mare is British bred, with her full history known.

She’s currently standing at 16/16.1 hh to grow a bit more.

She’s well handled, started groundwork and is ready to be ridden away.

Her sire Berdenn de Kergane was 1 of the most exciting young horses of the last few years. He was ridden by 2020 Olympic Team USA Silver Medallist Laura Kraut. Winning an Olympic Qualifier before his career was sadly cut short, he passed away long before he reached his peak in competition. Berdenn is proving himself as a top breeding stallion well with for example his son ‘Fancy de Kergane’ who’s now jumping with Cian O’Connor.

This filly is clean limbed and has no vices.

Eye-catching 4 year old Connemara-cross mare.

‘Ace’ is a stunning example of a versatile Irish horse. She’s a beautiful type with 3 nice paces, both her trot and canter are well balanced and comfortable for a young pony.

Ace is easy to have around, happily stabled, good to catch, groom and a pleasure to deal with.

Ace schools nicely with a soft mouth. She’s a talented jumper, has nice paces so we think she’s a great allround prospect for the future!

Ace has done a bit of XC over the summer and enjoys her work. She’s been to her first few dressage shows and was placed.

Good to hack and in traffic met to date.

Her sire is the Connemara stallion Copperfield, a some of the one and only Templebready Fear Bui, and her dam is a Irish tb mare.

Breeding recorded in her passport.
