READY MID/END OF SEPTEMBER. Chacco-Star BTE (Rocky) has all the attributes to make it to the top, being sired by double Olympic gold medallist Big star and coming from a strong damline of notable names, such as Chacco-Blue and Lordanos, as well as numerous 1.40-1.60 jumping horses in the first 3 generations. These bloodlines are combined with good conformation, huge paces and incredible strength, make him a very exciting prospect for sport and breeding.

Sire: Big Star and Nick were part of the Gold Medal team at the London 2012 Olympics. In 2016 they famously won Individual Gold at the Rio Olympics. Big Star jumped an outstanding 11 consecutive clears on Great Britain Nations Cup team. In 2013, Big Star won the Rolex Grand Prix 1.60 at Aachen jumping the only triple clear out of 40 starters. He has also won the CSI5* Piazza di Roma Grand Prix, CSI4* Antwerpen, and CSI5* Hamburg. In 2017, Big Star was awarded KWPN Stallion of the Year and made an ambassador of the BWP studbook. She was one of the Schockemohle stud private mares and was imported into the UK in 2022. Her offspring bred abroad have sold in European auctions for mid-5 figures.

Dam sire: Chacco-Blue dominates the prestigious Rolex WBFSH show jumping stallion ranking. His descendants are present in Grand Prix classes all over the world. Chacco-Blue was third in the Grand Prix of Aachen and won the Grand Prix of Neumunster. The success of his offspring placed him amongst the top ten of the world's best show jumping sires for the first time in 2015. Since 2017, he has led the ranking of the world breeding federation WBFSH. His most successful offspring include the Olympic Gold medal winner Explosion W/Ben Maher/GBR, he was also the sire of four horses at the 2015 European championships and eight horses at the 2018 World Equestrian Games.

An absolute pleasure to handle day to day, Leo was born on a busy livery yard where he is well used to cars, tractors, dogs and children. He adores people and will stand for fuss all day, given the chance.

The videos attached were taken of Leo at 5 weeks old, also his first time in our arena. He was immediately drawn to the jumps and coloured poles we had piled in the middle… and totally unphased, he popped straight over the pile of poles like he does this every day!
