Selling as giving up horses.
Irish mare

Kiki is completely wasted and currently not in work (8 months off). I’ve finally decided to sell her so she can have the best friend she deserves.

Kiki has a personality… she will canter to you in the field and is very human orientated (will follow you over the jumps in the school)! but yet she will pull faces when it’s feed time! She’s likes a fuss and a brush but isn’t keen on the hose around the back legs.

I have owned her since she was a 4yr old and in that time she has done a bit of everything however she needs schooling as she has low milage and needs canter transition work. In that time I have taken time off / on horses nothing reflected on her just other personal circumstances which is reflected in her education.

Kiki is bold and wants to work she needs a confident rider to bring her on and enjoy her potential. Never fazed by fillers and loves to jump, she has great technique over the fence. Has done a handful of unaffiliated shows and always in the placings. I used to hack on busy roads and she was finding her feet with heavy machinery but absolutely fine with cars vans bikes ect but would need some patience bringing her back into this environment. She will hack and travel with other horses but Kiki can be mareish. ( never actually done anything but likes her own space and her ears will tell you.

Kiki does have x3 small sarcoids around her udder but they have not changed in the last 2 years. Kiki does have Veterinary history happy to chat through for serious enquiries

I am selling kiki from stable as she is not in work and I am no longer riding. This is absolutely no reflection on Kiki I’ve just truly lost interest and have been disconnecting myself from horses over the last 12 months and find this very hard.

Kiki is good with the farrier and to load.

Raven
6YO (2020)
Registered Irish Sports Horse
Currently 16h/16.1h approx

He’s careful enough to show jump, Bold enough to Event & Brave enough to cross all country Hunting - all in a snaffle with a smile on his face…

Very amateur friendly!!

Raven has hunted in Ireland with The Ward Union. He is regularly hunting with us with The EDH. Attending several busy meets - he stands politely allowing you to enjoy a port and a pasty! He has seen hounds and enjoys watching them work. He has been schooled over hedges and attended hedge hopping clinics, he is an absolute machine!! He is as brave as a lion and as clever as a cat across trappy country - he knows where all his feet are! Polite enough to stop and do a gate but he will happily sit behind the field master all day. This horse can cross county…. He will continue to hunt regularly until sold.

He has been XC schooling, SJ training (on grass and surface) and Arena Eventing whilst with us - he is always looking between the flags… He’d be a super grassroots prospect! Raven isn’t a complicated horse and would be just as happy at a lower level. He’ll happily take a miss and is clever enough to use his own initiative.

Raven works willingly on the flat, he has three balanced paces, good transitions & will take the correct leads. He is beginning to work in a contact and knows plenty for his age.

Raven has been on beach and moorland rides & enjoys being out and about. He is hacking alone & in company, regularly ridden in heavy traffic and open spaces. Raven travels in the lorry & trailer alone or in company, he has always been the same horse at home or away.

He is a versatile & talented young horse! Quality, forward thinking & bold. He has a superb brain & loves to learn, Trainability, Temperament & Talent - he really is the complete package!

Power 16hh Irish sports horse 5yr old

Power is a lovely well put together gelding, he has 3 balanced paces and works in a nice outline, he is active off the leg but not sharp and always tries. He is still green but improves every day, soft mouth and enjoys his work.

Power is bold to a fence, goes on any stride and wants to be careful. He has jumped local unaffiliated shows up to 90 behaving perfectly in warm ups and not phased by any fillers. Goes on any stride and never gets offended. Been produced by amateurs.

Power hacks alone and in company, he is good in traffic and in open spaces, hunted in Ireland and was very sensible, good with hounds, bold to his fences and stood politely

He is easy to do in all ways on ground, lovely kind gelding who will make a cracking all rounder.

He’s still green from lack of time meaning he’s not had attention he deserves but now ready to crack on and for someone to put own stamp on.

Kahlua (Lu) is a very sweet and cuddly mare.
Out of Philanderer II who evented to 5*, grand sire Jumbo.

Would probably suit a home doing low level competing, pony/riding club, or happy hacker

- Hacks alone and in company (prefers to be behind with another horse but will lead with a persistent/strong rider)
- Bold to hack, perfect with traffic etc
- Well behaved on the gallops and open spaces
- Snaffle mouthed for everything
- Good to shoe with patience, clip, tack up, groom, load, physio, and for vets
- Can be fiddly to stud up - needs someone to hold while one studs as she isn’t to stand still and wait about

She has been through a phase of not loading however has been loading consistently for the past year.

She has pads on her front feet as a previous farrier had crushed her heels. She is now nearly back to normal purely due to farrier work and I have been told taking them off could be in the near future with her.

Not a novice ride as can put in a good bronk/buck on occasion (no malice). When I bought her she had just been backed so overall she's been brought on slowly and low mileage. Dressage at prelim consistently scoring 65-70%. She has had a lot of cross country training however haven't had the opportunity to get out competing properly due to last summers ground situation and I am precious about her legs! She has done two clear round style competitions cross country and was good as gold (placing in her first one) and a few combined trainings where we have placed.

Still finds her canter work on the flat a bit more difficult but constantly improving - scores 6/7 in her dressage.

Only selling as I am currently at uni and unfortunately have found I don’t have the time and energy she deserves.

We are thrilled to announce that Julian Mincher Equestrian now has its very own premises on the London/Essex border. We have recently settled into our new home at Aldborough Hall Equestrian and are excited about the future.

Since moving in, we’ve carried out extensive renovations, including transforming the indoor arena, which now boasts a state-of-the-art Andrews Bowen jumping surface.

This is truly a magical place, located just 12 miles from Trafalgar Square with excellent access to motorways and transport networks. The Central and Elizabeth Underground lines are just a mile from our yard, with Fairlop station being the nearest. From there, you can enjoy a scenic walk directly across Fairlop Waters to reach us.

Set within over 50 acres of stunning parkland, Aldborough Hall Equestrian is a charming retreat. The stables are arranged in a traditional courtyard surrounding a tranquil garden. Our indoor arena measures an impressive 60 x 25 metres, while the outdoor arena, set to undergo refurbishments in spring 2025, is a generous 100 x 60 metres. The grounds also feature a variety of permanent cross-country fences, adding to the diverse training opportunities available.

One of the highlights of Aldborough Hall is the exceptional hacking. A private track leads directly from the yard onto Fairlop Waters, where you’ll find an all-weather track that extends for miles in a circular route, ideal for year-round use. Additionally, there are grass canter tracks throughout the park, providing variety for schooling and a welcome change from arena work—all without the worry of encountering traffic.

We feel incredibly fortunate to call Aldborough Hall Equestrian our home and are delighted to share this wonderful place with our clients and horses.

At JME, we offer bespoke services to cater to you and your horse’s needs, including competition livery, professional training, and full livery options.

Dave is a truly unique 4-year-old (2022) gelding who combines "look-at-me" presence with a world-class pedigree. Currently standing at 15.3–16hh, he is a compact, powerful athlete built for the modern sport.

By the eye-catching Joly Spot K Z (Little Indian) - a half-brother to the renowned stallion J-Nuis VV - and out of a Whitaker (Clinton) mare who competed successfully up to 1.30m. Dave inherits his parents scope and demonstrates a bold and scopey loose jump, marking him as a high-quality prospect for showjumping or eventing.

Since his arrival, Dave has been a total professional. He possesses a kind, willing nature and a "can-do" attitude that is hard to find in a young horse. He is straightforward enough for a talented amateur to produce, yet possesses the quality and "saleability" to suit a professional producer looking for their next project.

Dave has a full set of clean X-rays (including back) and a recent successful vetting. Dave is open to any further inspections.

Super schoolmistress would teach someone the ropes showjumping pony club or event. Would also be a super Bronze/silver league contender

11yro 16hh Kwpn mare by Graziano x Numero Uno.

I produced her as a just broken youngster up to foxhunter and then had the pleasure of teaching her with her new owner for 3 years who went from jumping 70cm to 1.15m.

She has scope for jumping bigger classes but is also happy to step down and teach someone the ropes at any level.

She is a forward going mare, quick and careful and can get excitable but loves to jump and is never nasty.

She is very good to hack. Has done pony club and very good xc schooling so would easily event.

Well schooled. Very good lateral work and established changes.

Her dam is from the famous twiggy line so she is also a valuable breeding prospect.

Full history known from importing her as a just backed 5yrold to now. Genuine sale fully open to vet and vet history much loved horse. Owners must sell hence priced to sell but will not go lower. Will not loan or part ex

Lovely Riding Club Horse. Very well mannered and uncomplicated RC horse. Brown Gelding, 11yrs, 15.3hh

Sailor has competed at RC level Dressage and SJ in Ireland with success and has lovely paces, a very good canter and works happily in a snaffle bridle.

He is calm and sensible in big open spaces and has been to Hunter Trials and XC schooling - not hot headed or strong - enjoys his jumping and is not spooky.

A very nice horse to hack out and he will go alone or with others, happy to pass any road or farm traffic.

Super kind and easy to do - he has a lovely sweet nature and is a real yard favourite. Very good to catch, will turn out easily with others, leads nicely and ties up without drama!

Good with the farrier, loads easily and is good to clip.

A very nice horse that could do any RC home and would be a good mum & daughter share.

Top quality young gelding with serious athleticism, presence and competition potential.

Dee is a striking, flashy type with an effortless technique over a fence. Purchased just over a year ago as a 4-year-old for my small 12-year-old grandson to enjoy Pony Club, show jumping, hunting and hunter trials.

Dee is naturally athletic, sporty and forward thinking. He schools comfortably up to 1.0m at home and finds this easy. He is careful, quick off the floor and genuinely enjoys his jumping, making him an exciting prospect for someone looking to produce a competitive working hunter, show jumper or event horse.

149cm with shoes on, not officially measured.

On the ground he is straightforward and well mannered, good to catch, clip, shoe and load. He has been produced sensibly and consistently, by professional riders and is a quality young horse with the attitude and ability to go on.

Please be mindful that he is 5 years old and can do the odd excitable buck.

He has attended many PC rallys, summer camp and Oxstalls XC and PC Gallops. He has been in different show jumping arenas around Gloucestershire.

He loads well in a lorry or trailer. Hacks out in company and alone.

Up to date with vaccinations and shoeing.

Genuine reason for sale:
Whilst hunting, Dee kicked out and made contact with the hunt secretary, which has resulted in him no longer being welcome. As hunting was an intended part of his job, this has meant I am now having to hire a horse for hunt days, which is not sustainable. This is the only reason for his sale.

Dee would be ideally suited to a small adult or competent rider looking to produce a talented young horse.

He has clean limbs and no health issues, up to date on vaccinations.

Open to vetting. Serious enquiries only. Based in Gloucestershire.

Lovely rising 5-year-old filly by Echonix, standing around 16-16.1hh.

She showed plenty of rideability today at arena hire and is jumping really well — natural, careful and scopey, with a great attitude to her work

She's one we think very highly of and she's going to make someone very happy
