Stunning 6-year-old British Sport Horse gelding, standing at 17.2hh, by the sought-after Sligo Candy Boy, out of Billy Shania (by Billy Congo).

His dam, Billy Shania, was a seriously talented mare – winner at 3* eventing level and showjumped up to 1.35m before becoming a broodmare.

He has three quality paces, taking everything with a confident and willing attitude. He’s been jumped over grids and small courses and has been very good. Although still green due to his size, he has the class and ability and is exactly the type that will develop into a top-level horse in the right hands.

Attractive stamp of a horse. Has mainly hunted, with the Wynnstay and South Shropshire, and done a bit of team chasing previously but I could see flying up the levels eventing next season. Has been with us for a couple months to get ready for sale, was previously in an amateur home. Settled into our routine and system very easily, a nice horse to handle and have around. Leads well off another horse.

Good off the leg with three nice and correct paces, flashy paces and will continue to really move well once he gets stronger. For a bigger horse he’s very light and even in the contact. Polite and easy to a fence and just goes in an eggbutt, so far showing good scope and carefulness. Recently been to Chard BS, jumping courses of 1.10m at home with ease. Very easy to handle, and do at the lorry and warm up. Jumps hedges, gates and been xc schooling.

Enjoys his work and would be ideal for an individual or family who wants to do a bit of hunting in the winter but have a horse who is quality enough to do some eventing in the summer

I bought Westpoint Grandure (Dora) from her breeder as an unbroken 4 year old, I backed her and have produced to to date.

Like most Grandorado's she is super talented, very careful and really blood, she has character and a few quirks which are very manageable and will be disclosed. She has been incredibly sound with minimal veterinary history and no maintenance.

Dora is well put together, she moves well and has a careful scopy jump. She is well schooled and educated on the flat. She is ridden on the flat in a snaffle and is jumped in a kimblewick.
