Successfully competed BE90 and BE100, a super proven grassroots eventer, who has also showjumped BS to 1.10 level with amateur female rider. A very straight, honest and genuine horse always looking to jump from start and finish.

Cruise rides very well on the flat with basic lateral work. Does a lovely dressage test, with attractive paces. Has a very correct and classical way of going that would shine bright in the USA as an American Hunter Jumper making him a wonderful candidate to export.

Spartan is an outstanding home bred Friesian Sports Horse colt. He is currently still entire but can be gelded.

His father was a registered 17.2hh baroque Friesian stallion with enormous flamboyant movement, the sweetest and easiest stallion I’ve ever come across. His mother, an ISH and successful former showjumper, was also 17.1hh. Both with the most wonderful temperaments and lots of charisma. This boy got the best from both and is expected to reach 17.1-2hh. He has the Friesian looks and charm, with versatility of an ISH.

He was imprint trained from birth, and handled daily for his first year, before going off to live in a colt herd for the last two years. I have personally put over 100 hours of groundwork training in with him and absolutely nothing phases him. As a yearling I felt safer having my kids around him than a lot of adult horses. He has been around noisy children, dogs, never scared of machinery or tractors in the yard etc.

He has had the best feed, care and socialisation I could possibly give him, given that I bred him to keep for myself. However, we have emigrated to the USA and the import costs are so high that the idea of moving him has become unrealistic.

Spartan will make a terrific young dressage horse or allrounder. He will be a breeze to start under saddle, given the handling he has had and his calm demeanour. I have a lot of videos of him from when he was a year old, and one more recent video too from early 2026. Amongst these I have a video of me sitting on his back while he was laid down in the field. He is truly one in a million and will be an absolute dream horse for someone.

He is based at a stud in Kent. He is 100% open to vetting and has never been lame or sick.

There are lots of video of him and both of his parents, Zeus and Vogue, on my instagram. This has been a very difficult decision, so please only very serious enquiries. I would prefer to arrange a call time via WhatsApp and then to speak on the phone. All of the videos I have are on this advert and on my instagram, which is shared on the ad. I cannot be there to show him but the stud owner and staff are very good and there’s an arena where he can be brought to so that his movement and ground manners can be observed.

We are delighted to offer this mare on behalf of her owners. Fifi was bought as a yearling and hasn't unfortunately made the height her owner would ideally like.

Fifi absolutely catches the eye. She has effortless presence, 3 incredibly elastic paces and a nice nature. She has a big over track in the walk, a huge trot and the makings of a 'Glamourdale' canter - Fifi Airlines are defiantly in the makings! Confirmationally, he hocks are set well underneath, she is naturally uphill and has good feet. Her dam competed to inter I with good results.

Fifi was lightly backed at the end of last year here at A.E Equestrian and has just come back into work (currently getting fit hacking). She was easy and amicable to start and has been a general 'up bringing'. She is a confident, independent character who is happy in her own space, but equally loves a fuss.
As it is very early days under saddle, she needs a confident, experienced home to further her education - we are sure she will reward her owner well. She is yet to go around the arena, but will in the coming weeks, and we would be happy to continue her education if required.
