It is with an incredibly heavy heart that Arty is offered for sale due to his owner’s ongoing health issues. This is a truly sad and reluctant decision, and finding him the right home is of the utmost importance.

Arty is a striking 17hh Irish Sports Horse who has been there, seen it and got the T-shirt. He is a genuine, established schoolmaster with a wealth of experience and a kind, giving nature. He has been in consistent work and is fit and ready to continue enjoying an active life.

On the flat, Arty is well schooled with correct, established paces and consistently produces pleasing dressage scores. He works in a soft, balanced outline and understands his job well, making him a confidence-giver for someone wanting to progress.

He absolutely adores his jumping, whether that’s coloured poles, cross country or fun rides. He is bold and genuine to a fence and enjoys his work, always taking his rider confidently to a jump.

Hacking-wise, he is a pleasure. He will happily go alone or in company and is sensible and mannerly out and about. On the ground he is lovely to handle, polite, and easy to do in all ways.

Arty would suit a confident rider looking for a true schoolmaster to learn from and enjoy. He will look after his rider, but as a sensitive type he does appreciate reassurance at times, so would benefit from someone calm and assured.

Arty is good to load and currently travels happily in a trailer, both alone and in company. He has also previously travelled in horseboxes without issue. He stands well for the farrier and is easy to do with his feet. He is also good to bath and stands quietly at the wash off area.

Louisiana II-S was bought as an unbacked 3 year old in the idea to produce and get back out jumping. She was Brought on slowly due to her size Louisiana and had just started her affiliated show jumping when I found out I was pregnant with my first. With that news I decided to put her in foal. She has had 2 cracking colts (shown in photos) both grading gold and placed 2nd in the country.

Narla as a true heart of gold, she is very talented and would make someone a lovely horse or a lovely broodmare.

I have brought her back into work over the winter where she is now walk trotting and cantering. Id love to ride her but with 2 young children now I don’t have the time and she is just wasted in the field.

Narla has some stifle issues when we brought her which I had sorted. she benefits from having her stifles medicated when in work. (her price reflects this).
