Penny is an unbroken blank canvas who has been well handled, she is completely untried and unspoilt. She has a super quiet, kind temperament and is very easy to do in all respects. She is not at all mare-ish and happily lives in or out, turning out with both mares and geldings without any issues.

Penny moves exceptionally well and is a smart, athletic type with plenty of potential. She would be suitable for a variety of disciplines or equally make a lovely allrounder or family horse with her genuine, easy nature.

Spritz (MADFORD APEROL) has three of the best paces you can ask for, you won't find a youngster that moves much better than this with a proven genetic blueprint for the Grand Prix. A huge over-track in the walk, coupled with a expressive trot and balanced canter makes him a seriously exciting horse to produce up the levels. He's a special one that has the hock action to match the front end, the kind of type that will excel in young horse classes, as well as further up the levels.

MORRICONE is currently one of the most sought-after Oldenburg stallions, known for producing movement good enough for professionals with a sensible enough brain for an amateur. As well as competing at Grand Prix, Morricone himself won the dressage part of the stallion performance with a score of 9.33 and received the maximum score 10.0 for rideability and walk four times. All basic gaits as well as constitution, character, temperament and willingness to perform were praised with scores of 9.5 and 9.0. Morricone is now one of Europe’s most consistent producers of elite-level dressage horses, recently awarded the title of 'Oldenburg Future Stallion' due to the incredible success of his progeny in the international arena.

SHOWMAKER also competed at International Grand Prix in his own right, who is known for adding bone and frame, without making them heavy, so you will never be short of presence in the arena. Showmaker is a son of Show Star, who was the Bundeschampion (German Federal Champion) and is one of the most successful sons of the legendary Sandro Hit. Showmaker is out of a mare by Fidermark (Florestan line), who is the gold standard for rideability and engine.

Spartan is an outstanding home bred Friesian Sports Horse colt. He is currently still entire but can be gelded.

His father was a registered 17.2hh baroque Friesian stallion with enormous flamboyant movement, the sweetest and easiest stallion I’ve ever come across. His mother, an ISH and successful former showjumper, was also 17.1hh. Both with the most wonderful temperaments and lots of charisma. This boy got the best from both and is expected to reach 17.1-2hh. He has the Friesian looks and charm, with versatility of an ISH.

He was imprint trained from birth, and handled daily for his first year, before going off to live in a colt herd for the last two years. I have personally put over 100 hours of groundwork training in with him and absolutely nothing phases him. As a yearling I felt safer having my kids around him than a lot of adult horses. He has been around noisy children, dogs, never scared of machinery or tractors in the yard etc.

He has had the best feed, care and socialisation I could possibly give him, given that I bred him to keep for myself. However, we have emigrated to the USA and the import costs are so high that the idea of moving him has become unrealistic.

Spartan will make a terrific young dressage horse or allrounder. He will be a breeze to start under saddle, given the handling he has had and his calm demeanour. I have a lot of videos of him from when he was a year old, and one more recent video too from early 2026. Amongst these I have a video of me sitting on his back while he was laid down in the field. He is truly one in a million and will be an absolute dream horse for someone.

He is based at a stud in Kent. He is 100% open to vetting and has never been lame or sick.

There are lots of video of him and both of his parents, Zeus and Vogue, on my instagram. This has been a very difficult decision, so please only very serious enquiries. I would prefer to arrange a call time via WhatsApp and then to speak on the phone. All of the videos I have are on this advert and on my instagram, which is shared on the ad. I cannot be there to show him but the stud owner and staff are very good and there’s an arena where he can be brought to so that his movement and ground manners can be observed.

I am looking for a 5* home for him, with a very experienced person. Ideally no livery yards unless the care is high end and turnout is unlimited. I’m going to be extremely selective of the home he goes to so please only enquire if you believe you can offer what I’ve described.

His full brother Castle Emperor was a Champion at HOYS and his other full brother Castle Pirate is a successful event pony. This mare has the most amazing temperament, having been well handled since a foal and taken on lots of inhand walks she is well used to traffic, dogs, children, farm machinery, cows and pigs. I can lead her and push the pushchair past a tractor without any worry. She has done horse agility and went through every obstacle first time, water trays, seesaws, the lot!

She is vice free and her manners are excellent, she has never been hand fed treats or allowed to be pushy. She is happy living in or out, she is good to catch, good for the farrier, good to load, will happily stand on the box all day at a show, good for thhe vet and good to worm. Upto date with worming, teeth and vaccinations. She is now ready to back and I’m confident she will be very straightforward and easy because she is so laid back and accepting of everything.

I feel this mare would be very well suited to family home as an allrounder and mother/daughter share. I do also think she could make a super event pony as she is so sensible, brave and desires to please. I would like to keep in touch and follow her progress, she will only go to the best of homes.
