Rising 8YRO bright bay gelding, 16.2hh by Orlando out of S Romanicelle (Voltaire). French bred by the famous Loir stud, home of Banzai du Loir, Gypsy du Loir, Crazy du Loir and other high profile event horses.
Indy is a beautiful modern blood type, an elegant stamp of a horse, one you would pick out of a crowd. He is a nice mover, produces a smart test consistently scoring plus 70%. He has a good jump technique both in front and behind but has taken his time to find his balance in the canter. He has always been a naturally talented cross country horse, brave with a real desire to run and jump.
Indy is currently competing at novice, has jumped double clear in his last three starts, winning 2 of them. He has 18 BE points on his card so is still eligible for novice and will step up a level in the Spring. He is a nice person with good manners on the ground and is one of the sweetest horses on the yard.
Suitable for either an amateur who wants to win classes or a budding professional to produce this talented horse up through the grades.
