8yo 16.2hh grey mare bred in “eventing purple”, by French superstar Upsilon out of the Badminton winner Classic Moet.

Maude has inherited her mothers attitude and loves to run and jump despite having challenging back conformation. She has had back surgery to ensure she leads a comfortable life but would continue to struggle with the flatwork.

Having had her since day one, we can vouch for her soundness and while she likes to paw whilst tied up (blame mum for that!), she is otherwise great to do in all respects. Hacks alone or in company, good up the gallops, travels well, snaffle mouth, lives out… genuinely straight forward.

Looking for a home where she can give a new rider who also is not a fan of flatwork so much fun. Hunting, team chasing, fun rides, tetrathlon, showjumping- would all tick the boxes. Maude is no plod but there isn’t a mean bone in her body.

Murphy has shown a real aptitude for dressage, having competed successfully at Advanced Medium level, qualifying for both the National Championships and Winter Nationals in every class contested. He has recently stepped up to Prix St Georges, qualifying for the Petplan Area Festival Finals on only his fourth outing at this level, demonstrating his scope and potential to progress further.

Thomma is a stunning 9 year old mare with an exceptional competition record at Novice/2* level. She has consistently produced outstanding results, including achieving a remarkable British Eventing record score of 17 in the dressage at Novice level, winning her section by a significant margin. Throughout her career, she has accumulated numerous wins and top placings, with an impressive record of double clears and, notably, never incurring a cross country fault.

Cross country is where Thomma truly excels. She is incredibly bold, brave, and naturally quick across the ground, always looking for the flags and attacking her fences with confidence. She knows her job inside out and gives her rider an unbelievable feel.

Thomma was due to step up to Intermediate level this season, however her sale has unfortunately put those plans on hold. She is an exciting mare with plenty more to give and all the attributes to continue progressing up the levels.

She is not a novice ride and requires an experienced, confident rider, as she can be hot and feisty at times and enjoys her work. I have personally ridden Thomma since she was a 4 year old on behalf of her owner, so know her extremely well.

This is a very sad sale due to personal circumstances, and finding the right home for her is of the utmost importance. Thomma does have a few quirks, which can be discussed openly with serious purchasers.

He has also demonstrated his ability in show jumping, achieving double clears up to 1.40m.

More recently, he competed successfully on the Sunshine Tour, delivering strong results in 4* 1.35m classes.

He would be ideally suited to a competitive rider looking to excel in show jumping or eventing. 

Harry is a playful and energetic horse to ride, and therefore would be best matched with an experienced, non-novice home.
