Odelia (Juno) is an exciting up and coming horse who has been produced sympathetically with her future in mind. She has competed in the BYEH classes coming 10th at Howick with some great marks. She also has fantastic breeding on both sides with her sire being Johnnie Walker VDL and her dam side being Adelia including lines from Cantos and Contender.

Juno is naturally up-hill with flashy, yet balanced paces on the flat and is a joy to ride. Equally she has ample of scope in the jumping phase with numerous double clears on her record. She has hunted before and was fantastic, stood quietly and jumped plenty of big walls and hedges. XC she easily covers the ground always making the time, she is bold and always looking for the flags trying to please. Her full history is known as she has been backed and produced by myself.

Juno has impeccable manners on the ground and to be ridden, she is never nasty or backwards and a real favourite to have on the yard. Bringing home countless ribbons along the way this talented mare has completed numerous Burghley Young Event Horse classes as a 4&5 year old, jumping around her first novice and discovery BS, and storming around one day events including GOBE100 classes where recently she finished 2nd behind her 8yo stable mate on her dressage score. 

Tina is 100% genuine, tries her heart out in every part of her training, beaming with intelligence she takes every day in her stride. Dougie is a lovely horse who approaches life with his ears pricked and a smile on his face - and is ready for his next rider to carry on his education. He is forward thinking therefore isn’t for a complete novice however is forgiving so could be suitable for a partner wanting to learn with him. A future eventing superstar he would suit a rider wanting to aim for the U18 championships with Novice and 2* being a serious aim in a few years.

He is an incredibly genuine jumper who will do anything to jump through the flags for you. Although low mileage with no previous eventing experience he went clear round the xc at the Shelford eventer trial and the GO BE 90 at Little Downham. He has recently produced a 26 double clear in his recent UA 90, just some time faults dropping him from second place. He went straight through the water, and over the ditches and didn’t think once to stop or run out.

He’s also incredibly careful show jumping and doesn’t want to touch the poles. At only 5 he is really starting to learn his balance and will be a consistently clear round jumper! He is still green but with a bit more experience I have no doubt he will be bringing in some top placings and will be flying round BE novice and 2* in a few years.

Dougie is really starting to develop on the flat, showing a big trot and very balanced canter coming through. He led the dressage in his first competition and is capable of consistent dressage marks in the 20s.

Not at all nappy Dougie will hack on his own or in company. He is easy on the ground, good to clip and shoe. Exceptionally well behaved at an event, you can leave him on the lorry at an event and will happily stand on his own even if a horse is taken away. He never fails to put a smile on my face and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed bringing him on in his education.

It might be biased to say but Tobi is anybody’s dream competition horse.

Tobi is a total gentleman, he loves his job and looks incredibly smart while doing it!

He has evented to 100 but we believe he has so much untapped potential in this area and could easily move up the levels in eventing with the right rider.

Tobi has also done lots of hunting and team chasing, will go at the front or the back and just loves it.

He is brilliantly bred with shannondale lines on his sire’s side and Voltaire lines on his dams side.

Tobi is very forgiving and helps his rider out where he can with his ears always pricked! He is gorgeous on the flat, can be a fraction strong jumping but only as he loves his job and never rushes it just keen to get to the fence! But polite and respectful of the fences and always wants to clear them.

Tobi is not for a total novice as he is a big strided competition horse who, as all of them do, requires an experienced home for him to fulfill his potential. That being said he would make a great first horse for a competent teenager too.

He has clean X-rays and no medical quirks or complications. Devecoux saddle with his name on fitted to him available too.

BE name Shannondale Avatar, hasn’t been out BE this year through no fault of his own, he’s been out to other shows, arena & xc hires, team chasing etc but owner has struggled with time and work balance hence his very sad sale.
