Warrier, a stunning 4-year-old lightweight cob gelding currently standing at approximately 15.1hh, expected to make 15.2hh to 15.3hh once fully matured. With a calm, kind nature and an honest way of going, Warrier has been a true pleasure to have on the yard.

He’s had a varied and positive summer with us, taking part in beach rides, fun rides, riding holidays, and happy hacking. Warrier is balanced in all three paces and has a good foundation in basic flatwork. He’s a naturally forward ride who takes his rider to a fence and shows plenty of scope, making him a joy over both show jumps and cross country fences.

He has enjoyed a few local clear rounds, has a great attitude to work, and loves his cross-country schooling. Warrier hacks alone and in company, is sensible in traffic, and shows no signs of napping, spooking, rearing, bolting or bucking.

This genuine boy would make a fabulous mother-daughter share, or suit a competent teen or small adult looking for a fun, safe and versatile cob to bring on. Due to his age, he wouldn’t be suitable for complete novices, but his temperament is second to none – he’s the sort that’s hard to find.

With further schooling, Warrier could even make an ideal riding school or RDA type.

Bought over from Ireland as a second horse. Wanted an Allrounder to hack, pop jumps, go to local clinics and just have some casual fun on.

Sadly we aren’t a partnership match, she needs a more calm and quiet rider (I’m mid 40’s and a bit sensitive and emotional). If I could keep her for groundwork and cuddles I would. She would thrive in a 1-2-1 home, currently she is on a busy yard.

She follows me in the arena on the ground, lunges well, comes to call, stands to be tacked up.

Ride wise she tries and is very genuine. Will be a super horse with the right person. Needs to see the world with someone who has more experience in that than me.

Previous owners have had her out doing XC and she had hunted with an older gentleman. Also used for hacking out taking dogs for walks.

Currently lives out 24/7 and was stabled at night previously.

I can’t stress enough she hasn’t done anything wrong, I personally know I need something different and want to do the right thing by her, it’s a bit square peg round hole.

She is currently on working livery and loving jumping however she is not for a nervous or novice rider, she likes her work and wants to get on!

Up to date with vaccinations, dentist and farrier.

Whiskey

Broken in and riding away. Good under saddle not put a foot wrong but still green. Good in traffic and thrives off a quiet/ confident rider. 

Has hacked out in company but mainly hacks out on his own. Good in open spaces and travels well. 

Is shy and quirky on the ground so needs an experienced person to take him further and bring out his full potential. 

Will be introduced to coloured poles in next couple weeks and continuing his education until sold. 

Have put a lot of time into not rushing this lad so a good home is a must!

Benny is a charming young horse who is easy to do. He is polite in the stable, friendly and curious. He loves a good groom. He ties up well to be tacked up.

At the mounting block he was initially anxious but this has improved.

Benny is good with the vet, has passed recent 5 stage vetting which can be seen and is of course open to your own vet / any vetting. He has had regular worm counts and a clear strangles test.

At his vetting his teeth were done and he has regular physio without issue.

He is polite for the farrier and is currently shod all round.

Benny is confident with traffic and the heavy farm machinery.

In the school Benny is working well and improving everyday. However he is NOT a Novice ride due not only to his age. He is a potential competition horse, very forward, sensitive to the aids. Off the leg and light in the hand. When unsure he can spook therefore he needs a capable rider who will reassure and is quick to praise when he does the right thing.

Benny is a proven Hunter and I'm told he was always well-behaved. Polite with the hounds and other horses, stood quietly when asked at the meet and in the field. He was bold and jumped everything without question.

This is a very sad sale of a truly special little horse who has been the best start and will have a great future ahead of him. Wherever he goes in whatever discipline he's sure to have a bright future. Genuine reason for sale.

Betty Boop is a 15.1h, 7yr old mare with the kindest nature for all of the family to enjoy

She is easy to do in every way, loves attention, is good to shoe, box, clip, vet etc. She will live alone or in a herd, she is not mareish.


Out hacking Boops is anyone’s ride, she is not spooky or silly, alone or in company. She is a forward ride and will go up front or behind. She is extremely safe and has taken novices out around Cirencester park and pub rides.

Boops still needs to further her education in the school ; however she is very willing to learn and shows fantastic potential in this area. She has lovely straight paces and a “can do” attitude with everything you ask of her,

While she is safe and sensible for the more novice rider to enjoy out hacking (and the basics in the school) she is no kick-along plod, she is a lovely responsive yet sensible ride for the more experienced jockey to enjoy and have fun with too,

Since owning Boops, she has come on so well in a short space of time. She works well over poles and is starting to make a lovely shape on the flat and jumps a fence with ease.
