Lotus is a 15.3h 10 year old dun fully regisistered ISH mare with super breeding by the famous Tullyabeg Fusion who is a top eventing stallion. She is a gorgeous girl who catches the eye where ever she goes with her golden colour and dapples. She is a lovely quality stamp with a nice depth of girth and substance to her body, yet still athletic. She has very good conformation, clean limbs and is straight moving. She is a lovely horse to have around with a golden temperament to match her colour.

Lotus has three super smart paces and is naturally very talented. She has real potential to excel at dressage with the right rider as she has a brilliant hind leg action and lots of impulsion. She is a forward going responsive ride who likes a confident quiet rider who has a bit of feel. She is the type of horse that likes to get to know her rider and forms a good bond. She is sensitive to the leg and therefore likes a very small leg aid where you almost just think up a gear and she goes. She also likes a balanced rider who has full control over their aids so she is not a novice ride. She definitely needs a confident experienced rider who can ride quietly and who is used to riding more sensitive horses. When she knows and trusts her rider she gives you an amazing feel. She really does have the “x factor” and is very intelligent so is perfect for someone looking for a talented horse to go far.

She is currently ridden in a snaffle with a nice soft mouth. She is very good to mount- stands nicely at the block. She is also not at all spooky. She doesn’t buck or rear. She has done some unaffiliated dressage with a previous owner who found her to be a good forward going ride.

Lotus has jumped in a past home and showed scope and talent over a fence. She wasn’t at all spooky at fillers ect, she was very bold and forward going. She hasn’t done any jumping for a couple of years due to her current owners choices. I also haven’t jumped her as I’ve just brought her back into work after having the winter off due to her owner not having enough time and also not having enough finances to cover having her in working/sales livery. She definitely has the breeding and the potential to show jump and event but is not ready to go straight out and do this as she will need to form a bond with her rider on the flat first in my opinion. I have a video of her jumping a full course for anyone who is interested to see. She would be more if a summer project for someone wanting to jump.

Lotus is brilliant to hack both alone and in company. She is very good in traffic including Lorries and motor bikes. She is nicely forward going and will literally pass anything. She is very bold and confident in her own skin. She has been used to give less experienced horses a lead past scary objects. She went straight past a scary fire in a calm manner. She has been on pleasure rides which she loves and is so much fun. She would be very well suited to someone wanting to do lots of hacking and perhaps le trec and endurance too as she would go all day.

Lotus has a kind friendly temperament. She loves people and will make someone an amazing best friend. She is a good to handle in all ways. She is good to shoe, clip and load. She lives in and out and is happily turns out with mares and geldings. She is very quiet in the field and gets on well with all horses and ponies. She was turned out all winter in a mixed herd as her owner didn’t have the time for her so she is very hardy. She currently turns out overnight and comes in during the day. She is very sound and healthy and ready to crack on with a new owner.

Lotus will make someone a dream horse and form such a strong bond with her person. Finding the right person is very important to us. Strictly no nervous or novices riders. Moose (Musical Masquerade):

A beautiful horse with a great conformation, Moose has been retrained professionally over the last two years after being lightly raced as a 5yo.

He has a fantastic temperament, polite but super cuddly and loves people. Well schooled with established lateral work in all 3 paces.

Moose has been to many clinics and will stand happily and wait his turn. He’s been out to dressage shows and placed including 3rd and 4th last weekend in his prelims.

He’s also been out to lots of unaffiliated SJ with clear rounds and placings. He’s currently competing at 1m but has a seriously scopey jump to move up the levels. He’d be ready to affiliate now. Good with fillers/water trays etc, he’s very genuine in the ring and has never stopped at a show.

He’s done lots of XC schooling although I don’t think he has the bravery XC to go up the levels. With time I think he’d make a nice grassroots horse as he is genuine and does try his best. He’s also done some arena XC at Somerford and had more confidence on a surface.

Hacks out alone or in company, good in traffic and in open spaces. Good to clip/shoe/catch/load. Prefers travelling in company but does travel politely alone. Happy in a trailer or lorry.

Has a small lump on his hind leg from a cut that has been gradually going down. Also has a very small possible sarcoid between his front legs, it’s a few millimetres wide and not noticeable unless pointed out.

He turns out well with mares or geldings. I would prefer him to go to a home with a decent amount of year round paired or group turnout as this is what he’s used to. Homes will be vetted.

Dream is one in a million who has so much class, quality and potential with the most amazing temperament to match. He is very well bred registered ISH being half Connemara and half ISH, he has his full breeding recorded with 5 generations of pedigree. He is a gorgeous unique bay roan with a silver mane and tail and really stands out from the crowd. He has a very handsome head with a kind eye that just draws people to him. He is a super stamp and a lovely desirable size so would suit both teenagers coming off ponies as well as adults alike; making him a super mother/daughter share. Dream has three super paces and works nicely on the flat. He has a very soft snaffle mouth with a lovely contact feel. He works correctly between leg and hand into a soft outline. He is a lovely medium speed to ride where you can nicely get your leg on him but you haven’t got to keep nagging. He is not at all sharp or hot, he is very level headed and sensible. He makes you feel confident and safe. He is a very good boy to ride with no ridden vices; people can’t believe he is 4 as he is better behaved than most 8 year olds. He would suit lots of riders a she is straightforward but I wouldn’t like him to go to a novice as he is still young and isn’t the finished product just yet. I just think he deserves a rider who knows what they are doing. He is a very easy youngster who has had the correct start and would be easy enough for a competent teen coming off ponies or amateur to produce further. He has such a lovely attitude to his work and is a quick learner who always has a smile on his face. He has been out to a few unaffiliated dressage competitions in Ireland where he was well placed. He has the potential to excel in dressage at riding club and affiliated level.

Dream loves his jumping and makes a lovely shape over a fence. He is very honest and genuine to jump. He doesn’t get at all strong or fizzy, juts super easy and straight forward. He is nice and brave and jumps all fillers and water trays first attempt confidently. He is lovely and rideable around a course of jumps, maintaining his rhythm. He has been out to compete in sj and arena eventing in Ireland, where he won a Horse Sport Ireland arena eventing competition at 80cm. He has been jumping around 90cm at arena hires with plenty of scope to step up to 1m. He is very good to ride at new places and has a very good attitude to his jumping with a lovely adjustable canter.

He is equally as bold over xc jumps. He proved very straight forward and easy to ride jumping everything asked of him including going through the water. He nicely takes you into the jumps but isn’t at all strong, always in a snaffle, very polite. I can see him really excelling as an eventer or top end riding club horse as he is brilliant at all 3 disciplines. He would make a super Badminton grass roots prospect.

Dream is super to hack alone and in company. He is good in traffic and confident in his own skin. If a large lorry or tractor comes past we just stand in a driveway and let him look at it but he’s a very good boy. He is brilliant in open spaces, very sane and sensible. He is very mannerly and will canter happily in any order on an easy rein. He has been on pleasure rides which he loves and is so much fun. He has also hunted on several occasions last season in Ireland where he took it all in his stride. He would be very well suited to someone wanting to combine pleasure rides with competing, or equally just one or the other. Equally he would be lovely for mum to hack whilst daughter competes.

Dream has a superb kind friendly temperament. He’s like an over grown Labrador. He loves people and will make someone an amazing best friend as he is so interactive and forms a really strong bond. Chester is very well mannered. Turns out and comes in easily. Travels like a lamb. At his previous yard he didn't see a huge amount of traffic.  Our roads are quiet but he has seen cars vans and the odd tractor .

Foxy is a stunning 6 year old mare by foundation who we have owned since a foal. Compact with a great engine and very natural frame. She is very straightforwards to ride, forwards but not silly, very brave and never spooky she’s working elementary level at home and has just won both the prelim freestyle and prelim straight silver classes at the the recent area festivals with my apprentice scoring an easy 75% and 72% with consistent scores across all three judges. She has a fantastic walk and lovely balance in the trot and canter judges always like her.

She also is excellent to hack alone or in company , she lives out with me which suits her but she’s never naughty when stabled or at stay away shows/training at Carl Hester’s. She likes to do pole work and has happily done a small amount of jumping.

Travels and loads well but was sticky initially and caused her to start cribbing when she came home from her first south trip to carls which is a 10hour journey for us.

For sale for way below her quality’s worth because of the vice and a remark on her X-rays (a close vertebrae) that’s been injected and is not causing any issues to her performance. Happy to discuss all medical history. She’s currently barefoot and copes well however she has been fully shod before and is no problem for the farrier.

Foxy is a very sweet mare never nasty and deserves a home where she can be doted on and enjoyed she has a lot to give someone in connection and competition results. Qualified for nationals twice but never gone only to try keep her in a low enough section that it doesn’t means she’s gold at the low levels. Excellent competition record.
