We have owned Hugo for just over 12 months and have known and trained him since he was a 5-year-old. He is a striking, well-bred black dressage horse and a truly beautiful individual who always turns heads.

Hugo has three correct, balanced paces combined with a forward-thinking, trainable brain. He is currently working comfortably at Elementary level at home and has been produced slowly and correctly, allowing him plenty of time to mature both physically and mentally. As a result, he is developing into a very exciting prospect for the future.

He would suit a competent amateur looking for a quality horse to progress through the levels. Currently ridden by a 17-year-old, he is equally talented enough for a professional or ambitious young rider.

Hugo is also a pleasure outside the arena. He hacks happily alone or in company, has been on farm rides and will pop a course of fences. There is very little this horse cannot turn his hoof to.

On the ground, Hugo has the most wonderful temperament. He adores attention, loves being fussed over and is an absolute yard favourite. He is good to catch, clip, load and travel.

This is a genuine quality horse with clear GP potential and an exciting future ahead.

Fabulous Fred - Smart, solid and full of quality, this stunning 15.1h 6-year-old maxi cob gelding is an absolute head-turner with excellent bone, feather and a kind, expressive face.

He has a lovely, genuine temperament and is a pleasure to handle in every way. Easy to catch, shoe, box and clip. Good to do both on the yard and out and about.

Riding nicely on the flat with three balanced, comfortable flashy paces. He has the scope and attitude to turn his hoof to a variety of disciplines, making him an ideal all-rounder or fun family horse. He would excel in the show ring, in my opinion has the potential to be a HOYS / top end show cob! Equally he’s a fabulous riding club activities or as a quality leisure horse as well.

Clean-limbed, open to vetting, and ready to find a loving home.

Fred has done loads of unaffiliated showing and is always a big hit with the judges, he’s also competed dressage and unaffiliated showjumping and has been super successful at these too.

Hacking he is better in company as he’s a little nervous of big traffic coming up behind him which is the only reason for sale as current own just wants to hack

Incredibly Sad sale, He’s been in the same home since he was 6 months old

A genuine, quality show cob who is a pleasure to have around. 10* home is a must for fabulous Fred

Jack is a beautiful stamp standing at 15.3hh with a lovely, sweet nature. He absolutely adores people and thrives on attention and a good fuss.

Jack schools sweetly in a snaffle, knows all of his basics, lovely balanced canter and has a very trainable brain. He would be a great candidate for someone wanting to bring out their inner dressage diva and enjoy producing a lovely horse on the flat.

He also loves getting out and about, long forest rides, relaxed mooches, scenic canters, and popping logs or ledges along the way are all right up his street. To top it off, he never says no to a splash in the river at the end of a ride.

Jack hacks happily both alone and in company and is polite in traffic. On the ground he is an absolute sweetheart who enjoys affection and a good groom. He is exceptionally kind with other horses and always wants to be everyone’s best friend. He has grown particularly fond of Billy the donkey and, during bad weather, has even shared his stable and hay pile overnight with him, a perfect example of his kind and easy-going nature.

Jack could turn his hoof to almost anything and would happily excel in a variety of homes, whether that be happy hacking, dressage, Le Trec, or similar activities.

Due to Jack’s age, he would be best suited to a rider who is established in all three paces.

17.1hh by Van Gogh (Numero Uno).

Benji is kind and easy to do. He is a big impressive horse with huge presence and is admired by all.

He has been produced slowly and carefully with many miles of hacking on Dartmoor in his younger years. He is happy to hack alone or in company.

He has competed up to Newcomers in British Showjumping. We are currently working to improve his flat work where the basics are established and is showing great willingness and acceptance to learn new lateral movements and flying changes. He has also done some arena xc training this winter where he jumped everything first time.

Benji travels well in a lorry or 3.5t box - either alone or in company

He is easy to do on the ground being good to clip, shoe, turnout etc - a yard favourite

Benji is a really lovely horse who is fit and ready for someone to create a partnership with and have fun.

Owned from a 2 year old so home is important. No vices.

Buying your next dancing partner can be daunting, and opportunities like this are few and far between, due to a combination of circumstances and demands on time I know it is the right one to let this gorgeous homebred horse reach his full potential in a new home.

16.1 hh, Dark Bay (Black), Gelding, 6 years, fit, sound, no vices and ready to compete, open to any vetting.

By Danone (Olympic GP Stallion) Out of a top class United Mare, he has been slowly and correctly produced, he shows 3 correct paces, good conformation and a great attitude to life. He hacks alone and in company, been to the gallops, farm rides and jumps for fun.
We consider him to be a perfect match for a competent amateur or professional looking for a horse to take up through the levels or a great young riders horse.

He is well schooled in the basics and classically trained, attending clinics under the watchful eye of Portuguese Olympic dressage rider and trainer Goncarlo Carvalho, already showing ability in lateral movements, counter canter, walk to canter and the beginning of half steps etc.
He has also enjoyed a good variety of experiences including visiting the gallops, local shows for experience purposes, farm rides, jumping and regularly travels for training clinics.
He loves other horses and you will never see him with his ears back, he is always looking to please.

Forward and balanced, a dream to ride you can feel the power and ability yet to be explored, this boy has a big future ahead of him. He has been correctly and professionally produced, never rushed! Someone is going to be very lucky to have him.

Sadly other commitments force the sale of this absolute heart horse and friend.

Beautiful dressage prospect mare - ISH x KWPN

  • Stunning bay mare with great bloodlines
  • Low mileage
  • Thrives in consistent work
I have owned Meeka for the past almost 10 years, and this decision does not come easily, but purely due to my inability to commit the consistent time she truly deserves.

Standing at an impressive 17.2hh and rising 15 years old, she is a beautiful, loving, gentle giant with enormous presence and an even bigger heart. She has turned her hoof to a little bit of everything over the years. Prior to me owning her, I believe she did a little bit of show jumping in Ireland. With me, she has enjoyed some lower-level dressage, cross-country schooling, fun rides, and travelling to various venues.

However, I truly believe her ideal home would be with someone wanting to pursue dressage seriously and work their way up the rankings. Last summer we were having regular lessons with a reputable professional dressage instructor, and she showed lovely promise in her work. She has since had the majority of the winter off and will soon be coming back into full-time work, ready for someone to continue and unlock her full potential.

She is not a novice ride and does require a confident, competent handler/rider. She thrives on connection and consistency. She needs her person and regular interaction to feel secure. She can be slightly anxious and green at times, but this comes from sensitivity rather than malice. Once a true bond is formed, she will give you absolutely everything. With the right partnership, she is the type you genuinely feel you could conquer the world with.

She has the most wonderful temperament in the right hands:
Has carried my 8-year-old daughter on the lunge and kindly taught her some basic riding foundations.
Free lunges beautifully and is highly responsive to voice commands and body language
Hacks alone or in company
Excellent around heavy machinery
Well travelled and adaptable

She is up to date with vaccinations, teeth, and worming, and is good with the vet. She is currently barefoot. For competitions or specific events she can be shod with the requirement of oral sedation - she is not nasty, simply not keen on the process, which is why I prefer to keep her barefoot where possible.

She will come with a full wardrobe.

This is absolutely not a first-come, first-served sale. She will only go to a knowledgeable, loving home where the horse comes before the sport. I am looking for someone who values partnership, patience, and putting the horse’s wellbeing first - someone who wants a genuine teammate to grow within the BD discipline.

This decision has not been made lightly, and finding her perfect match is everything!

A super opportunity to purchase a very safe and genuine grassroots schoolmistress.

Jessica is a 16.2hh, 11-year-old chestnut mare who has proven herself out competing, having won at Pony Club eventing. She has spent her life in a Pony Club and unaffiliated home, giving her a fantastic, varied education and making her the straightforward mare she is today. She has also been happily ridden by a tiny 10-year-old boy, which speaks volumes about her kind temperament and genuine nature.

She is brave, honest and consistent, always wanting to please her rider. She would make an ideal partner for someone looking to compete at affiliated grassroots level, continue with Pony Club, or enjoy as a competitive all-rounder. She would be a perfect mother–daughter share and very much the type you feel happy and confident to put your child on.

On the flat, Jessica is well established with auto flying changes and good basic lateral movements. She has a level, rhythmical canter that you could sit on all day, making her incredibly comfortable and easy to ride.

With her experience and attitude, she would be a fantastic contender for Badminton Grassroots, offering a brilliant opportunity for an ambitious rider aiming for championship goals. She is worth her weight in gold and exactly the sort that is so hard to find.

She is a kind, straightforward ride who gives confidence without being sharp or silly. Snaffle-mouthed and sensible, she is happy to go out and do her job.

Easy to do in all ways – good to shoe, clip, load, travel and handle. A lovely mare to have on the yard with a kind temperament.

Jessica is ready to continue having fun with her next rider. A genuine mare looking for a 5* home.

A very easy laid back horse to deal with. A real yard favourite. Easy to clip, shoe, hack, turn out and bring in. Comes to call in field. Will live in or out. Is even ridden and handled by my 9yr old daughter!
Never sick or lame. Vaccinations, teeth and wormer all up to date. Very quiet loving nature. Travels alone or in company on any vehicle. Loads with no issues.

Won dressage intro and prelim and won SJ competitions. Ready to step up into BS classes soon.

Attended lots of different farm rides where he jumps anything he’s pointed at, goes through deep water and all just in a snaffle mouth piece. Training clinics too numerous to mention of various sorts, including arena eventing, SJ, pole, dressage, etc.

This all round talented horse will make someone’s dreams come true. Ideal small adult or teenagers ride for eventing/dressage/SJ.

Has one piece of medical history where he had a bone fragment removed when he was 3yr old. Very straight forward popular procedure that has never affected him in any way and I have all the info about.

By Broadgrove Showtime x Garthstone Right Royal.

Beautiful 15hh Small Hack/ Intermediate SRT.
12 year old gelding. Contested twice at the Royal International, qualifying for 2 classes on his first and second attempts for 2 years running.

He has had a light but successful showing career, competing at the Royal International and also having top 3 placings in the few HOYS qualifiers he contested in.

He is straight and correct with a beautiful big movement.

Louis has a lovely kind nature. He is very mannerly to handle and in his stable. He is great for the farrier, dentist and physio. He is excellent to load and stands on the lorry with no fuss whether he is alone or in company.

He is well schooled and snaffle mouthed. He is great to hack alone or in company. He thrives off consistency and routine.

We believe the best is yet to come with him and that he has masses of untapped potential in the dressage sphere.

He has popped a small round of fences however, this is not something we have focused on with him.

He is not a novice ride and requires a kind and competent rider.

Please no time wasters, this is a very sad sale of a much loved boy.

15.2hh 8yo stunning grey Connemara gelding. Sire by I love You melody

Bobby has 3 seriously smart paces and is naturally active but very balanced and has a soft and supple mouth. He has competed in Novice dressage and can produce a seriously smart dressage test, working training towards Elementary level at home.

He is a classy, careful and quick jumper, training at 1/1.10m. He has been out to arena hires, clear rounds, camps and clinics.
He has been out SJ at 90cm, Combined training and XC schooling at 90/1m and shows a huge amount of scope to go up the levels - he could easy jump 1.10/1.20 tracks.

He has also hunted. He is a jumping machine, would make a superstar BS or BE horse and I believe could be good enough to qualify for Badminton grassroots or equally has scope for U18/BE 100/Novice with a confident and bold rider

Good to shoe, box, catch. Hacks out alone and in company, schools in open fields and never strong. Travelled in both a lorry and trailer. A real superstar, absolutely beautiful to look at, kind and loves his job. He has a big future in any chosen discipline.

  • Floaty paces

16.1 beautiful 10 year old bay British Sports Horse mare for sale. Donnerhall and Gribaldi lines

Daffodil has been in the same home since she was 3 years old. She is the sweetest character and very easy to have around. She’s low mileage for her age and has done very little competing due to her owner’s additional commitments, not through any fault of her own.

She has three lovely floaty paces and a big bold jump. She has done some unaffiliated dressage with her owner and has been regularly ridden by two teenage girls, both on the flat and over fences.

She would suit someone looking to event in the future and produce a quality mare further.

This is a sad sale, but she deserves to find a home where she can excel and reach her full potential. Serious enquiries only. East Sussex

Wendy was bought for my daughter to produce however after starting her she was offered a job she didn’t want to refuse so I took her back to the farm and turned her out for the winter. With my daughter not looking like she’s coming back anytime soon she is ready for someone else to finish backing and start competing.

Although sold from the field she is handled daily and has shown a willing temperament.

Dam is full sister to Pennine View Silver Concorde 4* event horse and stallion.
Sire Legrande completed successfully in Dressage / showjumping / eventing and has produced offspring very successfully in all three.

She is priced low because of two sarcoids which didn’t worry me or the vet when I bought her.

Motivated to sell as she is wasted in the field.

Red Velvet - Meet ‘Big Red’ - An extremely classy , show stopping 18.1hh, 11yo warmblood mare

No lumps or bumps nor vices
Very well related with talent and class all through the bloodlines on both sides!

Red is a well put together model with everything going for her! There is so much to love about her but I’ll try and keep this as short and sweet as I can.

She is the least chestnut mare I’ve ever met in my whole career. She could easily be a bay gelding! Handled by my 4 year old daughter on a daily. Perfect to shoe, catch, load , travel, bath etc! Easy as can be for any member of the family to see to. She extremely loving and loves nothing more than affection. Will stand statue still all day long to be pampered and loved.

On the flat she is one hell of a head turner. Red has been beautifully produced by her owner and as a result is very push button. Very obedient up and down the transitions. Perfect walk to canter , lateral work , and the trot … well , how can I put that! Let’s just say, that’s one of the most uphill and comfortable trots I’ve ever ridden. So much range and rideablity , you could just ride her around all day long. The type of mare that makes anyone look like they know what they’re doing. Has done very well in unaffiliated dressage test and I feel this is a sphere she would absolutely thrive in. She loves to work and is super easy. A nice leg in each corner type. I fell her potential in this sphere is uncapped

She’s no one discipline wonder … she loves to jump! Very bold and genuine over fillers. Most recently jumping double clear in the 80cm at summerhouse. Again, very easy to a fence and loves the job. Super forgiving if you miss etc. Would certainly go out and do this job also. Does have scope to jump bigger tracks with further production

Hacks out faultlessly!! Alone or in company , no questions asked type. Leads the way or happy to keep back. Bold and brave in the heaviest of traffic and is certainly my ride of choice. Infact, she’s everyone ride of choice which sometimes causes a tiff with the yard girls! Super in open spaces , stands at the mountain block , opens and closes the gates etc

There is a BUT with Red. She is with me on sales livery due to owner loosing a bit of confidence. 95% of the time she is as perfect as perfect gets. However, she has been known on occasion to have a big spook which has knocked some confidence with current owner. This is not something we have seen with her ourselves as of yet but is something she has been known to do. I don’t believe this will phase everyone , she’s been an absolute star here but is something to keep in mind. As a result, we will not sell to anyone novice , nervous or incompetent. This is an extremely difficult , heart wrenching decision for her owner to make. She only wants the very best for her and will absolutely want to stay in touch

Come along and meet her if you think she may be for you! It would be an absolute please to show her off. I’d like to keep her for myself but I think I may send my partner into a seizure if I buy yet another personal horse.
