With his amazing bloodlines he would suit dressage/eventing but equally be a very smart chap for someone to do any job.

His mum is also very well bred coming from a line of hoys winners.

He’s naturally very uphil and balanced with fantastic movement. From being a foal he has had the sweetest temprament and really straight forward to handle.

Has lived most of his life turned out coming in for regular handling ect. He’s just in from the field and has had a bridle/roller on a few times and been a star. He’s only just turned 3 this month so I don’t feel he’s ready to do anymore until later in the year when he’s matured abit more.

Beautiful inside and out, Raymond came straight from the stud as a 2yrs old, he was unhandled so was a complete blank canvass.

I showed him inhand so that he could have experience in loading, traveling and getting use to the atmosphere of a show.

I broke him myself as a 4 yr old and he took everything in his stride, good in traffic, enjoyed his schooling including flat clinics and more recently pole clinics (not jumping as I don’t jump!)

Competed this year at Welsh and NPS shows successfully, he’s also done unaffiliated dressage. He really is a genuine allrounder and would make a great mother daughter share.

Duque is a stunning 16-year-old grey Spanish/Cruzado gelding, standing approximately 15.3hh. He has a Spanish passport and is fully microchipped.

Duque was trained in Spain and has been taught a number of traditional Spanish tricks and movements. He can perform Spanish Walk, bow down on command and several other tricks. He is a clever horse who clearly has had plenty of training in the past, and videos of what he can do are available on request.

We are not advertising Duque as a dressage horse or schoolmaster. He is a Spanish trick-trained horse who we feel has plenty of potential in the right hands. He would suit a knowledgeable, confident home where someone has the time and experience to work with him, continue his training and bring the best out of him.

He hacks alone or in company, is confident in traffic and is generally sensible. He is good to handle on the ground and good to load, clip, catch, bath and with the farrier.

When we purchased Duque, he successfully passed a full 5-stage pre-purchase veterinary examination. The complete vetting report is available for serious buyers.

This is a very reluctant sale due to a change in family circumstances. My father, who has been primarily responsible for Duque’s day-to-day care, will be travelling for an extended period, meaning we unfortunately won’t have the time to give Duque the attention he deserves.

Daisy is a stunning dapple grey mare with a black mane. She has a beautiful head, and is a well put together substantial model of a horse. She is 9yo and 16hh, she is perfect if you’re looking for a small horse but like to have plenty of length of neck and a good shoulder to have Infront of you!

Daisy is well schooled on the flat, she is lovely down the rein and has an understanding of lateral work. She is the kind of horse you can really get your leg on and ride up to the bridle. Daisy is good to hack alone or in company. Alone she can be a little spooky, nothing overly dramatic and no nasties, but again this would make her not totally suitable for a total novice or a very nervous rider. She is v good in traffic, she has had artic Lorrie’s and tractors pass her and has been immaculately behaved.

She is not mareish to handle or to ride. She does not buck nap or rear. She does not spook horrendously, but typical of a competition horse she is not totally a dobbin.

Daisy has attended the Fernie fun ride, she was brilliantly behaved and not atall phased by other horses coming and going past. She is ridden in a snaffle.

Gally is a beautiful horse that I have owned for the past 5 1/2 years, he’s only had one owner as I bought him of his breeder so full history is known.

He does have low mileage for his age, due to the fact that I haven’t wanted to rush his education because I have wanted to give him time to grow.

He would excel in the dressage world, with lovely paces, and a trainable brain he is a real eye catcher.

Spartan is an outstanding Friesian Sports Horse colt. He is currently still entire but can be gelded at the stud he’s at. He is not stallion like and has the kindest temperament. February born so he’s 3.5 years old and I’d say ready to start working towards a ridden career.

His father was a registered 17.2hh Friesian stallion with enormous flamboyant movement, the sweetest and easiest stallion. His mother, an ISH and successful former showjumper, was also 17.1hh. Both with the most wonderful temperaments and lots of charisma. This boy got the best from both. He has the Friesian looks and charm, with versatility of a sports model.

He was imprint trained from birth, and handled daily for his first 16 months of life, before going off to live in a colt herd for the last two years. I have personally put over 100 hours of handling and liberty training in with him and absolutely nothing phases him. As a yearling I felt safer having my children around him than most adult horses. He has been around noisy children, dogs, machinery, tractors in the yard etc.

He has had the best feed, care and socialisation I could possibly give him, given that I bred him to keep for myself. However, we have emigrated to the USA this last year, and I am currently pregnant, due any day, so the idea of importing him any time soon is seeming unjustifiable. I’ve also changed discipline since moving to the states and won’t have anywhere convenient to keep him out here for another year or so, so there are many reasons why I’ve grown to feel there’s a more perfect person out there for him.

Spartan will make a terrific young dressage horse or allrounder. He will be a breeze to start under saddle, given the handling he has had and his calm demeanour. I have a lot of videos of him from his birth to 16 months old, when I kept him at home before he went to live in his colt herd. On this link I have a more recent video too from early 2026. Amongst the younger videos I have one of me sitting on his back while he was laid down in the field, he was 15 months old. He loved human company as a youngster and was a respectful but very playful young man. Now he is all grown up, he is truly one in a million and will be an absolute dream horse for someone.

He is based at a stud in Kent. He is 100% open to vetting and has never once been lame or sick. I cannot be there to show him but the stud owner and staff are very professional and there’s an arena where he can be brought into so that his movement and ground manners can be observed.

There are lots of videos of him and both of his parents, on my instagram. All of the videos I have are on this advert and on my instagram, which is shared on the ad.

This has been a very difficult decision, so please only very serious enquiries. I would prefer to arrange a call time via WhatsApp and then to speak on the phone. We are in Texas, six hours behind the UK.

I am looking for a 5* home for him, with a very experienced person, to ensure the best care and fit possible. Ideally I’d rather not let him go to a livery yard unless the care is high end and turnout is basically unlimited. I’m firm on price. I had agreed a sale at his prior asking price back in April but the buyer pulled out last minute due to their own situation, and I thought at that time I would keep him. Imported from Holland earlier this year, this lad has been a dream to handle from day 1. Following extensive in-hand and socialisation work, he’s been backed and ridden on by Grand Prix rider and her experienced team. He’s not been rushed or pushed, happy to be led and then hacked, long reined around the quiet devon roads, and has met a good many obstacles on Dartmoor, from free roaming animals to large machinery; nothing has phased him. He’s been taken into the arena a handful of times to capture this video, he’s naturally balanced, willing and responsive.

Sue funds Tiger Tor Dressage, and specifically her Grand Prix horse S-CAL8, by backing and selling on a very small number of young Dutch warmbloods each year. Using her lifetime of horsemanship knowledge, she understands their conformation, temperament and talent, and strives to get the very best out of each and every one; as testimonials will demonstrate.
