She has a lovely deep girth and length of neck which makes you feel very secure when you are in the saddle. She has a good amount of bone so would easily carry a gentleman yet she is very respectful and forgiving so would also be very suitable for a petite lady or teenagers coming off ponies. She has been ridden by an 8 year old girl as well as 60 year olds making her very versatile for the family to share. She has good conformation, is blemish free and straight moving. Dyanne schools nicely on the flat, she has a lovely relaxed way of going and is really comfy. She has three very good paces. She is ridden in a snaffle with a lovely light mouth. She is a nice straight forward/push button ride who is nicely forward going being a medium speed and responsive to the riders aids but not at all sharp. She is a very safe and sane ride who gives her rider confidence. You can safely ride her around on the buckle end in walk, trot and canter. You can also ride her in just a headcolar, completely tackles. Equally for a more established rider she works in a beautiful outline up into the contact and gives you a lovely feel. She is a fun ride who knows the movements like walk to canter, leg yields as well as having auto flying changes established. She has a wealth of knowledge to teach her next rider. She has competed at unaffiliated novice level dressage successfully. She is very good to ride away from home and really does know and love her job.

Dyanne loves her jumping, she is a real point and aim jumping machine. She makes a nice scopey shape and is careful. She takes you into a jump in a lovely relaxed rhythm and is very honest and genuine to jump. She will help her rider out and go on a long or short stride, she really knows her job and wants to jump. She is very bold and jumps all fillers and water tray confidently. She is very ridable around a course of fences and nicely balanced around tight turns and does flying changes where necessary. She would be perfect to teach her next rider and maybe bring them on from jumping cross poles to jumping courses of 1m plus. She has also been xc schooling a number of times where she is always super genuine. She has a super comprehensive jumping record up to Foxhunter including jumping at the BS championships. She has also show jumped all through the PC including jumping at the Royal Windsor horse show PC110 and JCB PC national championships. She has lots of experience to now teach her next rider; she would be perfect for a teen wanting to go all through PC and school teams ect. Dyanne is lovely to hack both alone and in company. She is excellent in traffic and very confident in his own skin. She has been used to give less experienced horses a lead out hacking as she is as rock solid on the roads as they come. She is very sensible in open spaces and not at all sharp. She will canter through a stubble field on the buckle end or equally in a headcolar, shes very safe and uncomplicated. She has been on lots of pleasure rides where she is always so much fun and a nice calming influence on other horses. She has recently been a brilliant fun horse for her lease rider over the last year who has predominately used her for hacking, fun rides, tackles fun and also hunting (she proved good with hounds). Finn has been with us since he was just four months old and has been an absolute pleasure every step of the way. He’s good for the farrier, dentist and vet, loves being groomed and fussed over, and is incredibly easy to catch and handle.

He has happily lived out full-time as well as being stabled overnight, has been turned out with both geldings and mares throughout his life, and takes everything in his stride.

Since being a foal, Finn has had an extensive amount of groundwork and has been given plenty of time to mature correctly. He has enjoyed regular walks along the roads seeing traffic, has been lunged, worn a saddle, bridle and boots, been leant over, thoroughly desensitised to movement and noises around the saddle, and has also been led from another horse out hacking. He has always taken everything in his stride and has a fantastic attitude towards learning.

Finn has now begun the backing process and has been incredibly straightforward. He has been happily walking around the arena with a rider on board, remaining relaxed, laid-back and completely unfazed throughout. Due to having to rely on other people to continue this stage of his education, his backing has unfortunately been a little stop-start and inconsistent so this is as far as we have gotten currently. However, he has shown such an easy attitude that it will be no problem at all for his new owner to continue his education. We also intend to try to keep progressing his backing and ridden work in the meantime.

He has three expressive, correct paces and all the attributes to make a quality dressage horse. Alongside his movement, he has the sweetest personality and truly loves attention, making him a pleasure to have around the yard.

The best thing I can say about him is that he's literally a pleasure to take out to a lesson or a competition. Travels quietly in both of my boxes either alone in a 3.5t or with other horses in the large wagon. Always stands quietly to be tacked up and requires very little working in and just gets on with his job. He has competed at many different venues both indoors and outdoors including Kelsall in the big indoor and Arena Uk in the outdoor with another horse nextdoor and he's never spooky or silly at judges/flower pots etc.

Lives out currently but during winter was just as happy in at night. Not needy in any way.

5yo steel grey 16h mare by Gregorian

A recent unseen purchase but sadly where she was advertised as 16.1/16.2, she is barely touching 16hh so is too small for me to keep for the longterm so offering up for sale through any point of her retraining.

She is an absolutely stunning model - compact and well built, and a beautiful steel grey with a lovely (not mareish in the slightest!) personality.

So easy to keep and to do in all ways, can be left in or out, by herself, or with company. No vices. Straight with no lumps or bumps.

Having only raced 3 times on the flat last year, she hasn't been "overdone" at all, and has had a lot of time to decompress now as her previous owner had not done very much with her.

I get the impression her racehorse days consisted mostly of walk and canter/gallop as when she first came she would just skip the trot and go into canter - however she is loads better now (but will still do the odd half trot / half canter stride) , schooling quite sweetly on the flat, but is no way "established" and will want a competent rider to continue her education. She has started learning to jump and absolutely loves it! She is very tidy over poles and a jump and makes a lovely shape. She has been out to a couple of shows and popped over everything I've pointed her at, not bothering about any fillers etc.

Not a spooky sort, and would likely make a fab little eventer (sadly the ground is currently too hard for me to take her out to test this myself, but if she doesn't find a new home before it finally rains, I will do just that!). Good to hack alone or in company. Good in traffic.

This is a beautiful unspoilt young horse that has now done the basics, for someone to continue to produce. Nevertheless, she is young and still wobbly/unbalanced in her canter so will not suit a novice at all as she needs a competent rider just to help her out and continue to bring out the best in her. Nicely responsive (but not sharp) off the leg and not at all strong, always in a simple snaffle. Stands to be mounted. Can get ever so slightly buzzy when jumping - she really enjoys it! Has not bucked/reared/napped etc or shown any badness whatsoever here, not a bad bone in her, and a real people pleaser.

Please only enquire if you are serious and can actually ride - I am very busy and don't want to deal with time wasters. In no rush to sell, as I am really enjoying her, so only available to a loving and competent home.

Lotus is a 15.3h 10 year old dun fully regisistered ISH mare with super breeding by the famous Tullyabeg Fusion who is a top eventing stallion. She is a gorgeous girl who catches the eye where ever she goes with her golden colour and dapples. She is a lovely quality stamp with a nice depth of girth and substance to her body, yet still athletic. She has very good conformation, clean limbs and is straight moving. She is a lovely horse to have around with a golden temperament to match her colour.

Lotus has three super smart paces and is naturally very talented. She has real potential to excel at dressage with the right rider as she has a brilliant hind leg action and lots of impulsion. Lotus has jumped in a past home and showed scope and talent over a fence. She wasn’t at all spooky at fillers ect, she was very bold and forward going. She hasn’t done any jumping for a couple of years due to her current owners choices. I also haven’t jumped her as I’ve just brought her back into work after having the winter off due to her owner not having enough time and also not having enough finances to cover having her in working/sales livery. She definitely has the breeding and the potential to show jump and event but is not ready to go straight out and do this as she will need to form a bond with her rider on the flat first in my opinion. I have a video of her jumping a full course for anyone who is interested to see. She would be more if a summer project for someone wanting to jump.

Lotus is brilliant to hack both alone and in company. She is very good in traffic including Lorries and motor bikes. She is nicely forward going and will literally pass anything. She is very bold and confident in her own skin. She has been used to give less experienced horses a lead past scary objects. She went straight past a scary fire in a calm manner. She has been on pleasure rides which she loves and is so much fun. She would be very well suited to someone wanting to do lots of hacking and perhaps le trec and endurance too as she would go all day.

Lotus has a kind friendly temperament. She loves people and will make someone an amazing best friend. She is a good to handle in all ways. She is good to shoe, clip and load. She lives in and out and is happily turns out with mares and geldings. She is very quiet in the field and gets on well with all horses and ponies. She was turned out all winter in a mixed herd as her owner didn’t have the time for her so she is very hardy. She currently turns out overnight and comes in during the day. She is very sound and healthy and ready to crack on with a new owner.

Lotus will make someone a dream horse and form such a strong bond with her person. Finding the right person is very important to us. Strictly no nervous or novices riders. She is only offered for sale as her owner just doesn’t have the time for her anymore. I can see Lotus making someone a wonderful dressage horse. Boy Browning (BB) is now looking for his next home, where someone can continue his education and fulfil the huge potential he has shown.

BB is a lovely young horse with all the attributes to make an RoR grassroots event horse. He has an exceptional attitude to his work, genuinely enjoys having a job and is an honest, willing and straightforward ride.

One of BB's greatest strengths is his outstanding temperament under saddle. He is easy to mount, impeccably behaved on the roads and hacks confidently both alone and in company. He is happy to leave or be left by other horses without becoming anxious and even after several weeks - or sometimes months - out of work, he remains sensible enough to simply tack up and ride, with no need for lunging or special preparation.

He has competed successfully in dressage at Kelsall, Reaseheath and Tushingham, consistently producing pleasing tests and coming home in the ribbons. He has also been out show jumping, where he continues to gain confidence and experience. With regular schooling and a confident rider, there is no doubt he has plenty more to offer.

BB has made an excellent start to his eventing career, finishing 2nd in his first BE80, highlighting the exciting potential he has for the future. He has schooled cross-country at Somerford Park and Kelsall, confidently tackling a wide variety of fences and has attended both polework and show jumping clinics, always behaving well.

RoR registered, BB qualified for the 2026 RoR Championships at Osberton at BE90. Unfortunately, due to his owners' commitments, he was unable to attend. We genuinely believe he has the quality and versatility to excel across multiple disciplines. With his presence, movement and athleticism, he has all the ingredients to make a top-class RoR show horse, with the potential to be highly competitive in RIHS and HOYS qualifiers in the right hands. Equally, he has the talent to make an exceptional RoR Working Hunter or Show Horse, making him an exciting prospect for someone wanting a versatile competition horse.

He is good to shoe, good with the dentist and loads well. A 5-stage vetting from when his current owners purchased him is available to view, and he is open to any vetting or inspection.

Honesty is extremely important to us, so prospective buyers should be aware that BB can be grumpy around food and in the stable. He may pull faces and can threaten to bite, so he does require a confident and competent handler on the ground. This has never caused any issues while he has been with us, but we feel it is important to be completely transparent.

Importantly, this behaviour is never reflected under saddle. When ridden, BB is kind, genuine and uncomplicated and always trys his best.

This is a quality young horse with an exceptional brain, a fantastic attitude to his work and an exciting future ahead.
