Dotty is a top class show hunter pony both on and off the lead. She was 5th in the Royal Dublin Horse Show, Lead Rein SHP class in ´24 & ´25. She has won championships for cradle stakes working hunter and first ridden. She is always in the rosettes both on and off the lead. Finished in the top 10 at cradle stakes HOYS qualifier in the UK with her previous owners.

She has attended pony club rallies and excelled at pony camp last Summer. She has won several showjumping and dressage leagues and is very comfortable jumping 50cm-60cm. She has hunted this season and was brave and sensible over the ditches and ridden by an 8yr old who was hunting for the first time.

Would suit a competitive family with a confident rider for off the lead who wants to compete at a strong level. Ridden by an 8yr old (off and on the lead), 5yr old (on the lead) and 3yr old (on the lead).

Brilliant 13.1hh mare

If anyone is looking for a cracking 2nd pony look no further than Bess .

Bess turning 15 this year.

Brilliant in Traffic we are next to an industrial estate and often has to give leads
She hack alone or in company
Great in open fields .
Use to all farm traffic

Turns out with mares or geldings.

She works well in the school and moves very well - she rides bigger than what she is with a great stride.

She will happily pop around but she has not done a huge amount of jumping but with work has the ability there.

My parents brought Bess last year for my sisters children but unfortunately the interest is not there and she can go weeks without been ridden . She is currently being ridden by my daughter but she has two horses and we don’t have any smaller jockey’s .

We have taken Bess to pony club rallies in the Rain and snow she loads in the dark travels well on her own or in company. She’s done the pony club children meet on the lead rein .

Great for the children to do the sort you can tie up and leave them to do . Fantastic to clip !!

She’s bare foot - fab for the farrier with great feet . She’s up-to date with her vaccinations.

This pony needs a new best friend as she deserves it .

Please get in touch if you think she may be for you . She is a second pony for someone that wants to have fun . She will come with her tack.

SUPER SUPER SAFE
KIND, LOVING, SUPERSTAR

Frankie is the calmest, considerate, gentleman who always takes care of his riders. Ridden by tiny tots to small adults, weight carrier with a good amount of bone.

Tonnes of experience and unbelievably safe. Ideal for a beginner, nervous rider or a rider who wants a chilled relaxing ride, he is super steady, calm and gentle in every way, he is more whoa than go, even though he is super safe, he responds to the leg and has 3 nice paces. He is willing and will do what you ask, even pops a small jump or log, he walks, trots and canters steadily. Frankie has done Pony Club / Riding Club / fun rides / beach rides / low level competitions under Saddle and in hand prior to coming to us.
He is a fantastic all-rounder.

This is a really fantastic pony for anyone to build up their confidence, learn to ride and continue to progress on.
Definitely a 1st Pony

13 yrs schoolmaster

Exceptional gelding with tonnes of experience for sale. Has spent the last few years in the same riding school where he has been ridden by complete novice and intermediate riders both children and small adults. He has done all flat work lessons, privates and groups. He is very genuine and loves to hack out, he doesn’t pull, rush, spook or get nervous of anything, he is the most loving gelding you could ever wish to meet. . he is one of the favourite with our SEN children and small adults, he participates in all our RDA lessons, hacks and stable management sessions.

Absolutely no vices, when ridden, in the stable or in the field and has brilliant manners enabling anyone to handle him safely and with ease, will stand for hours with no head collar or lead rope being groomed.

He has exceptional manners and ticks so many boxes for someone looking for a very safe easy schoolmaster, with no ifs or buts.

Frankie will hack out alone or in company in the heaviest fast moving traffic without batting an eye lid. He has seen all farm machinery as we use it on the farm daily. He is 100% safe, steady and collected when ridden in all paces across open fields, regardless of whether he is at the front, middle, back of the ride or on his own, he will not rush or pull even on the way home.

Snaffle mouth with absolutely no gadgets.

He lives within a mixed herd, stabled during the day and turned out at night, he prefers to be stabled full time, he keeps himself to himself and never causes any trouble despite being out with a large mixed herd.
He is currently barefoot and has excellent manners with the farrier and could be shod if needed. he ties up anywhere, and loves attention.
He is excellent to catch, clip, bath, load, travel, with the farrier, vet and dentist.

Frankie would give confidence to any rider / handler and could easily return to low level riding club / pony club / fun rides / beach rides.

He can go for months without work then be tacked up and ridden without any fuss, he is extremely low maintenance, he maintains his weight all year round on grass, hay, haylage during the winter months.
He has never been lame had laminitis, sweet-itch, sarcoids, never been sick or sorry, no lumps or bumps. Never needed a vet in the whole time we have had him.

I can honestly say he has never been lame, sick or sorry, my vet can verify this, he passes the riding school annual license inspections with flying colours, this is equivalent to a stage 2 vetting.

Looking for a five star private home to give someone the opportunity to purchase a safe and very sensible horse, with so much to offer.

Absolute heartbreaking sale but we like to change our stock around every few years to give our fantastic horses and ponies the opportunity to experience a one to one home again. Sold on behalf of a working livery.

Photos and videos available upon request.

  • He has 3 steady balanced paces

Frank is looking for his new best friend. He has 3 steady balanced paces, works in an outline and is rhythmical and balanced on the flat.

He is safe in all aspects whether it’s hacking, schooling, on the ground or away from home. He hacks alone or in company and is never silly .He is sensible on the ground, with the farrier and is good to load.

I had a bad fall on my previous pony where I lost all my confidence and was on the verge of quitting. Frank has taken me from crying every ride and being constantly worried, to galloping in open fields, hacking alone or in big groups, going on fun rides, galloping across the beach and so much more. I put all my trust into him and he never once put a foot wrong. All I want now is for him to go to the perfect home where he will have a job and give another rider the same fun memories he has given me.

Frank would be perfect for a confident child who is ready for there next pony or a small adult who just wants to have fun. Yes Frank is safe but I think he is better suited a second pony home. He’s not your typical ploddy slow cob, he’s forward going and loves to have a job and is always snaffle mouthed.

He has produced some nice dressage tests and will jump a course of jumps. I jump him about 60-70cm as I’m conscious of being to big on him but I know with a smaller confident rider he will jump bigger. I have taken him on fun rides where he has showed his full potential, he was ridden in groups, anything he was asked to jump he just did with no hesitation. He has been on beach rides and has done lead rein at pony club. He gallops safety in open fields alone or in company. He has never once bolted or been silly when hacking or riding through open spaces. He honestly is just the best pony ever.

The only reason he is up for sale is because I am just too big for him. If I was smaller or he was bigger he wouldn’t be going anywhere because he is just so honest and safe. He comes with a professionally fitted dressage saddle and a bridle. His dressage saddle is brand new.

I’m accepting offers to the perfect home.

Videos available on request.

Welsh Section B (2018)
Wortley Lemon Drizzle – “Crumpet”

A scopey, talented and extremely versatile competition pony with an exciting future ahead. Crumpet is the type to step up with a capable jockey to jump and compete seriously, yet is kind enough to step down for smaller riders when needed.

She has successfully competed on the lead rein and off. She will plait up and trim up as a very smart SHP, making her hugely versatile across showing categories.

Crumpet spent her early years predominantly in the show ring, consistently achieving wins and championships on the flat and in WHP classes. Alongside her showing career, she has competed confidently in showjumping up to 85cm, and produces a sweet, rhythmical dressage test with consistently high collective marks.

2025 Highlights:
• Winner of Showjumping & WHP at ESUK
• Winner of the WHP & M&M Points League at Selston EC

Our rider is 15, small but mighty, and rides her correctly from leg to hand. With a smaller or less experienced jockey she will happily go on the buckle and can feel a little laid back, but once switched on she stays in front of the leg and offers a balanced, rideable and competitive feel. She is not a first pony, but in the right hands will continue to shine.

She is excellent to hack, letting you get on and off to make jumps in the woods, splashing through streams, cantering on stubble and thoroughly enjoying varied activities. She thrives on being busy and having a job.

She would be the perfect competitive all-round pony for an ambitious rider wanting to do a bit of everything. If showing was the chosen discipline, she would be a serious contender for STARS and higher level competition should her next jockey wish to pursue it. Full brother to Wortly Warrior.

Good to box, catch and for the farrier

This pony has lots of talent to excel as a dressage diva or super jumping pony. She’s not a spooky type and seems to be happy to jump anything. I lead her over all sorts of fillers and obstacles

She has done lots of the firsts with us and is now ready to be someone’s number one to progress

She has done a PC lesson, Mini SJ, Arena Hire and been ridden on lead rein and by 9 and 10 year olds and a professional rider

She’s has been long reined and lunged

She has had teeth, vaccs, and farrier trim all done

She is of course still very green and learning as she is only 4 but I think she has got an exciting future ahead of her. Her price will go up the more we do with her

Amber is a charming, willing and versatile pony who would make a fantastic lead rein or second pony for a confident young rider.

In the school, Amber works sweetly in all three paces and will happily pop a fence, both in the arena and out on the cross-country course. She’s a naturally steady ride, but will step up the pace when asked. She’s not strong but can nap with beginner riders off the lead in the school, so as an honest assessment would say she is more suited as a lead rein or a confident riders 2nd Pony.

She is at her best when out hacking. She can be hacked alone or in company and isn’t fazed by traffic.

Amber is excellent to handle and adored by even the smallest of children. She loves fuss, grooming and attention. She is currently barefoot and is exemplary for the farrier, vet and clipping. She can live happily on her own or in a herd, and we stable her in winter and turn out in summer. Great to catch and travels well. She’s easy in all respects.

With her eye-catching markings and lovely paces, she has real potential as a showing pony. We’ve also been advised that she previously did ride and drive, although we haven’t tested this ourselves.

I’m confident with more time, expertise and work she will blossom in the school.

She is a substantial little mare who could easily carry a small lightweight adult as well.

Frankie is a wonderful child’s pony. He has three lovely steady paces perfect to learn ups and downs but doesn’t need kicking to keep him going.

He has the most gorgeous rocking horse canter that you can jog along beside on the lead rein. He will pop over a jump beautifully, never over jumps.

In his previous home he did many different lead rein activities including dressage, jumping, cross country, shows, beach rides and pony club.

He goes through water, is bombproof in traffic and hacks out alone. He will stand for hours for round the world, be dressed up, ridden bareback from the field and to be be groomed.

Frankie has been used as a first ridden previously but has picked up some bad habits and therefore the reason we feel he is best suited to a lead rein home (please note: he is being sold as a lead rein pony and will not be sold as off lead / first ridden).

Full history known and references available from all previous 3 owners. Thousands of photos and videos. Frankie is much loved and will only go to the best of homes.

Would prefer people to call or can what’s app for videos if interested.

Update: Frankie has been in a loan home with a friend for the winter, mainly as a companion / LR for a tiny tot which he does well at - because of this he is sold in his winter wollies!

Lettuce is a beautiful expressive uphill mover. She has been impeccable on every outing proving to be an old head on young shoulders.

Lettuce is proving to be very bold and brave jumping with a beautiful technique and scope. We feel she would excel in working hunter, jumping or just an all round competitive fun pony.

She is a beautiful model of a pony who is going to do well in the show ring in any class.

She would suit a competent/knowledgeable home due to her young age, milage and still being a bit green but there's nothing to say she wouldn't suit an absolute novice in the future as she has a lovely temperament and looks after her young riders.

Good to clip, with farrier and teeth etc.

She is priced realistically for her quality and potential and her price will continue to increase the more we do with her. Message if interested for more information and videos.

  • Amazing all rounder!

We got Sharaya when my son was 5 and he was a complete beginner, Sharaya has taken him from a bobbly lead rein to being able to come off the lead rein. We did have Honey Crawford to school her at this point to get her more establish with the canter as she just did a fast trot with my son.

From then each year they both moved forward adding more things.

He then started doing competitions and has been very successful, and also doing pony club.

The bond between them have grown so much over the years and now he is jumping courses of 70’s and has been racing at haydock park race track.

He has so much confidence now and that is all down to his journey with Sharaya, but now that journey is coming to the end as she has been sadly out grown and now time for him to move onto his next pony which he says he just wants a bigger Sharaya.

I don’t believe any pony is perfect but to us Sharaya wears a Halo! I couldn’t have asked of anything more from her over these years, she only deserves the very best.

We have had Sharaya for 5 years now and if I could stretch her or had younger children she wouldn’t be going anywhere.

We have done everything and been everywhere with her and my son.
Beach rides
All Pony club activities, mounted games on the lead rein she is fantastic but off lead rein her competitive/cheeky side comes out.
Farm rides
Gallops, kelsell, aintree race track and raced at haydock park twice.
Cross country
Clinics
Dressage - scoring 70% to 74%
Three pony club Camps
YH camp
Show jumping
Local Shows - inhand, first ridden, equitation, workers etc
Been to to STARS
Excellent to load and unload
Excellent with the farrier, dentist, physio etc
Good to clip but she doesn’t like it around her ears. She can be fresh after a clip if she gets cold (just more forward) but if you ride her with an exercise sheet on she is fine.
She is happy to be ridden out on her or in company.
She is handled by my son daily who does most things with her.
She walks back and too from the field like dream.
She hasn’t been on the roads a lot as we are straight on bridle paths where we are.
Never rode by an adult only children.

A bit of her show portfolio;
Summer 2023 - brookhead riding club
Champion in young handler
Reserved champion in ridden.
Winter 2024 - Higher farm
champion show jumping
Summer 2025 - wilmslow riding club
Champion in:
Show jumping
Equitation
First ridden
Combination dressage and show jumping
Reserve champion in dressage

We have done many other competitions including pony club competitions but they are just a few to show her success.
She is always in the ribbons.

She has turned into a 1.5 pony for the last couple of years for us and is forward for my son but recently we have had a small child on her twice who has lost her confidence and she did step right down and was more a kick a long and she looked after her.
We have also had the yard owners granddaughter on her who hasn’t rode in a long time and is a novice and she also stepped down for her too.

She is shy with new people but if you take your time with her and build the bond she will love you forever.

She is ready to get straight out doing everything.
She is barefoot, good doer, up to date with everything. Happy to live in or out. No vices. No health issues.

Fully fitted tack and rugs included

Loads of pictures and videos available

Louie is a true snaffle mouth, never strong and would do a beautiful dressage test, he has established lateral work, currently working at novice level. He isn’t hot or sharp but is a substantial, well schooled and forward going pony, easy to home produce. He goes up or down the gears dependent on the jockey

He has the most amazing temperament, a true people pony that loves to please. The same if ridden every day or after a week off, doesn’t need much work before going in the ring.

Louie has contested LR/FR and Junior classes making him extremely versatile. A previous RI finalist in FR, Junior and open sections. Qualified HOYS in 2023 at his first attempt, now looking to make a little jockeys dreams come true

Whilst his main job has always been in the show ring, he would also be a lovely dressage or home pony

Louie is very reasonably priced due to a known medical condition which is easy to manage and causes no issues day to day, this is openly disclosed and he is open to vet

Extremely sad sale, please no timewasters or picture collectors, based North Cornwall with easy access 5 minutes from the A30. Full wardrobe available, sold with a Lifetime Agria insurance policy

Pete is a lovely quiet pony who has sadly been outgrown by my 10 year old daughter.

Pete has been turned away for the winter and is now in gradual light work (hacking).

We have owned him for around 18 months and he has never done anything silly and even now after not being ridden for a few months has stayed the same laid back pony as before. He has given my daughter so much confidence to now go onto a bigger and more forward pony.

Last year with Pete we done lots of hacking, local showing and pony club rallies. He’s not a pony that needs to be ridden every day and never sharp or fizzy.

He is good for vet, farrier and is up to date with worm treatment, vaccinations and farrier (barefoot).

I am wanting the best loving home for Pete to continue his education further.

Pete does have a vet history that I will be completing honest about and this will reflect price, this does not effect his ability to be ridden

Percy is 7 years old and by Glyncoch King Cai out of Plasderw Picabo. We bought him from the Friarly Stud as a 3 year old and had been in the same home since.

Percy has a lovely temperament and has easily been handled and led by a 3 year old child. He has been ridden both on and off lead rein, and is a straightforward ride. He is currently very low mileage due to lack of rider, but would excel as a lead rein show pony. He has been correctly started and is easy to long line and work from the ground.

He would also make a good ridden prospect for an older child. He is full brother to Friarly Pablo who has many wins in showing and dressage.

Percy is good to catch and handle, loads and travels easily and is good for the farrier. He is fully up to date with vaccinations and dentals.

Price includes a fitted saddle.
Sad sale due to lack of rider.
