Very difficult sale of our lovely 12.2hh palomino Welsh Section C mare. Fully passported and up to date with everything.

We bought her at Christmas 2025 as my daughter’s first pony off the lead rein. Unfortunately my daughter has sadly lost interest.💔

She is generally more slow than go, requiring plenty of leg, particularly into canter.

She took my daughter to her very first show and was absolutely foot perfect. Despite my daughter being extremely nervous, they did brilliantly together and came home with plenty of rosettes. ❤️

For complete transparency, early in our ownership she did buck my daughter off once when being asked to canter on the lunge. This was before having her new saddle fitted. Since having her new saddle she has been absolutely fine and has not done anything to cause my daughter to fall.

We’ve had her vet checked and have kept on top of her physio, feet and teeth. She does require sedation for dentistry.

I think she’d be best suited to a confident child who already has the basics. I wouldn’t place her with a very nervous or complete beginner rider as she does need to be told what to do otherwise she won’t do anything 🫣🤣

She can be a typical mare occasionally, particularly while she’s getting to know you, but once settled we barely see this side of her.

Another little quirk is catching when she’s turned out with other ponies – she can take some convincing and treats definitely help 😂. When she’s turned out alone, however, she comes when called.

We understand she’s had several homes throughout her life and, at 18 years old, finding her the right long-term home is incredibly important to us. I really don’t want her passed from pillar to post.

Bluey is a lovely 4-year-old, 12hh coloured pony who is a super little pony.

He is great to handle and loves attention. He is a friendly, kind pony who enjoys being fussed and getting involved. He is good to trim, bath and load (will load on anything as per video 😬)

Bluey has been ridden by a nervous 8-year-old off lead, and has also been driven. He was ridden regularly up until the beginning of summer, and has since had some time off to mature and have a break whilst we tackled show season. He is now back in light work being long reined/lunged and ridden weekly.

He would make a fantastic children’s pony, who wants to potter around the school and hack out, fun rides etc but also with the potential to be a lovely little project for a confident child to school him on as his current education is limited, he is very willing to learn. Equally, with his lovely coloured looks, he would excel in the show ring, great for Chaps.

This is a very sad sale as we would genuinely love to keep Bluey, but unfortunately we can’t keep them all, my daughter is now heading in a different direction and he just isn’t big enough for me to ride.

Bluey has lots of potential he just needs someone who can put the education and time into him, he is very willing to learn and only wants to please. He is more woah than go.

118cm Dartmoor gelding. Harry had been a wonderful pony for my daughter but sadly she won’t stop growing so we’ve made the hard decision that he needs to find a new jockey to win sashes for.

Just missed qualifying for hoys last year by 1 mark at the last qualifier as we had only just collected him that week.

He knows his job well and thrives on it. Easily qualified RI and placed well in the few hoys he has done this year. He was 4th at hoys before we got him.

Never sick or sorry. No plugs or calmers. Great at big county shows in buzzy atmospheres.

He has won many sashes and supremes with us and would not be for sale if our daughter wasn’t as tall.

Beautiful standard Shetland coloured mare.

She has all the attributes to make a really special pony.

Ridden; Was broken on the lead rein earlier this year by children proving very sane and loves doing a job. Although young, she’s been brilliant around kid's and is keen to get on and learn. She could try her hoof at any job, pony club, showing, racing, lr and in time and with off lead schooling I’m sure she would make a fantastic first ridden.

She has recently hacked in company off lead with older child.

She’s attended her first, ridden shows over the summer with my 2 year old daughter where she looked after her like a pony way beyond her years and experience. She did everything asked and more.

We have attended hound exercise with her she stood at meet, saw hounds and met usual farm type traffic all taken in her stride. We could not quite keep up with the field but she walked happily at the back and when we couldn’t see anyone we leisurely picked blackberries and practiced rising trot.

We have also long reined her in full driving harness including blinkers, I am sure she could make a wonderful driving pony once she is fully broken to it.

She is good to catch, trim, groom, wash, farrier load and respects electric fencing.

We have put her in a variety of situations with different aged children proving herself to be a future superstar.

She is perfect for a tiny tot but also will jump around a XC course or showjumping course with now issues she is super brave with her jumping . Has been jumping 75cm at home and at events !
