Mo as she is nicknamed is a lovely pony and has been a perfect companion for my daughter. She has been incredibly well cared for, fit and healthy and up to date on physio, teeth, worming & vaccinations.

Mo loves hacking and is quiet to hack out on her own or in groups in the heaviest of traffic. Mo has done lots of PC Rallies and arena hires and a few PC camps.

Happy jumping up to around 70cm and fast against the clock and has plenty of scope and is enthusiastic.

Mo is good to load into trailer/lorry, but prefers company.

After 3 happy years with my daughter, she has now outgrown and looking for a new home to have adventures with another child and would suit a confident child as a second pony.

CHIPS

Adorable 13.2hh 2017 Irish bay gelding.

This lovely little lad is used to being ridden and handled by small children, he’s been used as a fantastic family pony and is now outgrown.

Chips has hunted, he’s done showjumping shows, a handful of dressage tests, fun rides and pretty much a bit of everything else! He is an absolute sweetheart to ride and handle. Offering three lovely steady paces in the arena, with a fantastic steady canter, voice activated and a very uncomplicated and easy ride for any type of rider. He will jump coloured fences and XC fences all the same, doesn’t change in new environments and wants to get it right.

A genuinely lovely pony to hack out, brilliant in open spaces, chaotic environments and heavy / busy traffic, he doesn’t ride any different when alone or in company.

Chips is easy to have around, easy to do and a low maintenance type, a kind pony who loves children, likes to be groomed and pampered.

Open to any vet or trainer.

REDUCED MUST GO - Full up 148 7yrs Connemara Gelding - a scopey HOYS low points prospect with natural talent and a balanced rhythmical way of going. Jumps 1.25+ with ease.

Ted was bought as a top track HOYS prospect for my daughter as a project to develop and take up the levels. Ted is well schooled and balanced, careful, but still needs a little producing to finish taking him up the ranks. With time he has the ability to take a rider to the top in any discipline.

Ted can jump 1.25/1.30 with ease, we have decided not to rush him going up the levels as he is a Connie and still needs to mature. Has coped beautifully with Pony Prem environments and Hickstead main ring, rarely spooks or phased by anything. He wasn’t tried on purchase as he ticked all
the boxes, daughter does prefer the sharper buzzier types.

Has hunted and is brave over XC fences. Perfect mother daughter share.

- Competed Discovery Nationals 2025

- POYS 8th and 12th in 85cm and 95cm Grand Prix

- NSEA Hickstead 2024 85/90cm Junior Championship finalist (main ring)

- Jumped HOYS Newcomers second round at Arena UK

This kind calm pony is also a real contender for the American market for hunter jumpers or equitation. Beautiful on the flat, automatic changes and rides in a level correct manner to his fences.

Good to handle, shoe, load and clip. Safe and sane, lovely child’s pony. No vices or health issues, good X-rays.

Located 15 mins west of Stansted airport. Vetting and X-rays from purchase available to view. Showname Galtee Quiet Man.

14hh Sports/Hunting Pony FOR LOAN HAPPY TO MOVE YARDS

Ref #: 375775

  • Fun teenagers pony

  • Safe and sensible on the hunting field

  • Fun teenagers pony

Lilah has spent most her life hunting with the East Kent Hunt. She is safe and sensible on the hunting field. She is snaffle mouthed and will slow up as soon as asked. Same with hacking, she will hack sensibly alone or in company. Our daughter loves her because she will gallop when asked but will also immediately slow up or stop as soon as asked. I feel safe sending her off alone or with her friends hacking as I know the pony will be sensible.

Lilah also loves XC, happy with water, steps brushes, ditches etc. She also show jumps but she definitely loves the rustic fences more. She's done pony club, pony camp including one this summer and beach rides.

She is very pretty and flashy with 4 white socks and a blaze. She is the ideal teenagers pony.

She is excellent to travel alone or in company and will stand on the trailer or box quietly whilst you walk the course. She is also excellent with the farrier and to clip. She will tie up and stand quietly for hours whilst being groomed.

Lilah comes with her quirks: she likes to pull terrible faces in the stable, we find it quite amusing. If you need to catch her before her tea time she will need a field head collar left on or kept in the stable.

She has been to SJ shows but is ring green so would need some arena hires under her belt and training shows if this is something you would want to pursue. For loading or running up for the vet / physio she needs a bridle on otherwise she’ll run off to the nearest patch of grass.

Lilah is available for loan as our teenage daughter has decided to give up riding.

She is available to a home where she will be hunted, lots of hacking, XC country hire, beach rides as these are the things she loves the most.

Please only enquire if you are able to offer Lilah the activities listed above please. Based at CT15 5EX.

Aberhendre Jacydo - Qualified Members Cup Final, 1m and 1.10 Restricted Rider, Silver League at Nationals 2025.

Gone 3 rounds in HOYS qualifiers multiple times as he is very consistent. Jumped to 1.20 and no fence is too big.

Hasn't been rushed as he was started as a 6/7 years old, so still has lots to give and is getting better and better with age.

He is easy and honest to a fence and would never stop.

He is a forward pony but not sharp or silly and would suit a calmer rider. He would be great to take someone through the heights as he is very experienced and super fun. He took our daughter from 90cm to 1.20m. He is fast against the clock but safe and always responsive.

Jac has got great potential for HOYS Working Hunter as he has competed to a good level. He has an excellent Section D formation.

He has also done eventing as he loves cross country, and has 3 super paces. He could do the biggest of pony trials.

Jac got a great personality and loves a fuss. He is good to travel, tack up, groom and hacking alone or in company .

Jac prefers to be sedated to be clipped, although we do clip him without.

He has never been injected or had any medication and never been sick or sorry, up to date with jabs, teeth, physio etc all perfect.

We are looking for a 5* home for our lovely boy and are open to sensible offers as our daughter has move onto horses now.

Please message for further details.

It’s not every day a pony like this comes along. Finn was imported from Ireland in 2024, unbroken. Finns owner did a superb job of breaking him in and giving him the time he deserved hacking all over the Quantocks, living in a herd and learning quietly how babies should.

Finn is a truly exceptional 4-year-old purebred Connemara gelding who combines looks, talent, temperament, and top breeding into one rare package.

Standing at a lovely 14.1hh and beautifully put together with outstanding conformation, making him a standout wherever he goes.

He has three naturally flashy, balanced paces and carries himself with elegance and ease, this is a pony who turns heads for all the right reasons. I think as a five year old this pony will float across show rings!

He’s schooled at many arenas now, indoor/outdoor and xc schooling, handled a wide variety of environments, and proven himself time and time again as brave, honest, and willing.

He has been ridden by a mother/daughter combination (daughter 11 years old)

He has been to weekly lessons - very good to load and stands quietly on the trailer.

Nothing seems to phases this pony. Old head on young shoulders out hacking, safe in open fields and regularly hacking on the lanes in groups. He’s completely accustomed to farm machinery, animals, and all the hustle and bustle of yard life.

He has been brought on carefully, never rushed, and is now ready to find his forever person — someone who wants a pony to learn with, grow with, and love for years to come.

  • The most kind and gentle pony, no vices whatsoever, the most beautiful temperament.
  • Loves pony club rallies, dressage, SJ, XC schooling, fun rides, hound exercise etc.

I bought Isla (Robe Island Girl) earlier this year as a project after finishing university and what a pony she is! She is a lovely stamp of a Connemara, all Class 1 breeding, with plenty of half siblings out doing BE / BSJA- I am sure she could follow in their footsteps.

What sets Isla apart is her temperament- from the day we brought her home she has not put a foot wrong and is incredibly level headed in every aspect. She is totally uncomplicated and easy to handle, never sharp or bolshy, and very friendly- will trot up to you in the field, never grumpy or mareish. Easy to clip, bath, shoe, pull mane, good for the dentist etc. She is as perfect to load, travelling on a trailer or a lorry.

Dressage wise, Isla produces nice work. I have taken her to some unaffiliated dressage competitions in which she has placed and had lovely comments from judges. We have had plenty of dressage lessons, she is very willing and a quick learner, and I have no doubt she will excel in this sphere in the future.

Isla is brave and really enjoys jumping. She is unphased by fillers , planks etc and has been out to arena hires, an SJ training show and PC showjumping rallies. We have taken her XC schooling and it is absolutely her thing, she gives you a fantastic feel over a fence. She is bold over ditches, into water, up and down steps etc. It would be great to see an ambitious rider give her a competitive career.

Isla has been to PC rallies, including an all-day rally, with a young rider who had ridden her just once before. She would make a super pony club pony for a young person- she’s fun and so easy to do -and looks very smart among a crowd.

Isla recently went out with the Readyfield Bloodhounds on hound exercise among a big field of 89 and was foot perfect- sensible and unphased by people charging around her. She has been to hunt rides and fun rides and always behaves impeccably. I imagine she would make an incredible hunting pony for somebody.

She is super to hack out, impeccable in all traffic, including farm vehicles/ lorries and even a fire engine! She is good alone, not spooky, does not nap, and is not strong or silly in company.

Isla has a forward thinking mind, bold and loves to get on with a job, and would be perfect for someone as brave as she is. She would be ideal for a competent young teen or as a mother daughter share. Equally, for this reason she is not suitable for a novice, or for a young child. She is not sharp or silly, but she is ‘more go than woah’ and certainly not a kick-along.

Whilst I would love to keep her (and have been seriously tempted to!) I am going travelling and starting a full time job in the new year, hence the sale. A good home is very important, she is such a kind and gentle pony, and I would love to stay in touch, as would her previous owner.

She is up to date with vaccinations and teeth. No vices. No vet/medical history. A school is available to use for viewing and plenty of good hacking. Price includes her saddle, bridle, rugs etc and is certainly negotiable to a good home. Leicestershire

Poppy is really just the most perfect all rounder and much loved mare. She is the sweetest girl with a big personality, such a fun ride and really loves her job. She will turn her hoof to anything, loves hacking (happy on her own or in company, but she’s never hacked on busy roads), moves beautifully in the school, will happily pop round a small course of jumps around 60/70cm, or bigger single fences/grids, and she particularly loves cross country. She is a safe type, not particularly spooky and fairly laid back but not a plod along in any way.

Last year, Poppy had a go at showing, where she was successful, bringing home rosettes from every show. Poppy has been out to several venues, showing, fun rides, showjumping etc. She loves it and takes it all in her stride. She would make a cracking little event horse for someone, she loves water, goes straight through without batting an eyelid, absolutely loves cross country, will do an amazing test as she has beautiful floaty and balanced movement, and will happily pop round a small course of showjumps. She would also make a good show horse, or just any discipline, she is an amazing all rounder and takes everything in her stride.

In February this year Poppy had a small scale surgery to treat lameness in her left hind, where the surgeon found a small tear in her tendon which he treated, and she is now perfectly sound and back to loving her work, doing lots of hacking, walk trot canter in the school, and has recently popped a few small fences, which she absolutely loved.

Poppy has good strong feet and is good for the farrier (has always been barefoot), good to load and travel, good to bath, catch and will stand for hours to be groomed, but we have found she is better with sedation for clipping and dentals.

In the 4 and a half years that we’ve had Poppy, she has lived on a busy yard, which she enjoyed and is happy to watch everything going on e.g. tractors and farm machinery. She’ll live in or out, but prefers a routine, out in a herd of mares.

Poppy is not suitable for a novice as she learns from consistent rider error and she has so much potential that shouldn’t be wasted. She would really suit a small competitive adult who is looking to go out and have some fun on a cracking little pony. We think very highly of this mare and has just been the most amazing pony over the past 4 years, so 5* home only and no time wasters as this is a very sad sale of a much loved pony due to being hopelessly outgrown. She is looking for a forever home and her new best friend will no doubt love her as much as we do and have the most amazing time.

Cash (Bay Bui Shadow) is a 7 year old Super smart event /pony club all rounder with beautiful balanced paces, plenty of scope and a really laid back attitude to life. He has class 1 breeding throughout. His grand sire is Templebready Fear Bui

He has well established, consistent flat work and has completed several combined training events and pony club area dressage. He works in a lovely soft outline with expressive, athletic and balanced paces. He is responsive, light in your hand and very quick to learn. He’d definitely make the cut for pure dressage if that’s your thing.

He started his eventing career this year, winning his first restricted 80. Won his pony club regional eventing qualifier on a 26.8 dressage and finished 3rd at champs.
He loves XC, tackling ditches, steps, water without issue and is very capable of making the time. He’s currently competing at 80 and schooling around 90 plus. He just needs a bit more experience through bigger combinations and tricky lines before stepping up to 90.

He has a low mileage junior BS record having show jumped up to discovery in his previous home and has several unaffiliated placings. He jumps equally well on a surface or on grass.

He confidently hacks alone or in company, first or last. He’s good in traffic, great in open spaces, across farm land and bridleways and will happily stand to do gates. He was regularly hunted in his previous home and is reportedly very well mannered, happily jumping hedges and gates. He would make a fabulous working hunter pony.

He is super easy on the ground. He’s kind, loving and a pleasure to do in every way (load, catch, shoe, studs, clip, plait etc). He travels like a rock alone or in company, in a trailer or lorry and isn’t phased by big competition atmospheres or warm ups. Will turn out with others or completely on his own. Doesn’t mind being left home alone and doesn’t need to be ridden every day. Never lame, sick or sorry. No stable vices, quirks, ailments or injuries and up to date with everything.

He is safe, sensible, smart and talented but he is not a school master (yet!). He rides like a little horse and needs to be ridden correctly to a fence so no complete novices please. Due to his age and ability we would like him to go to an experienced home with a competent teen or small adult where he can continue his education and have fun. He’d make a great mother/child share or stepping stone between the world of ponies and horses.

Genuine reason for sale from a competitive, pony club home.

FINN

Gorgeous little black sports cob who has the most incredible temperament ever! 4 going on 14!

Super pretty with 4 white socks. 3 lovely paces, very well balanced for his age. Snaffle mouthed for everything and the most safe, fun & easy young horse ever.

Has been out on multiple fun rides with a nervous adult rider and he was golden and totally looked after her. Happy to go in front of behind. Happy to go and pop fences on his own or lead or follow without ever getting strong or silly, even if another horse does.

Snaffle mouthed all the time. Politely responsive to the leg but not at all sharp or lazy. Exactly where you want him to make him an easy ride.

Jumps anything and everything you put in front of him. Popping round small courses and has also been xc schooling and has plenty of jump to develop while also being exceptionally easy.

Been ridden regularly by a child at my yard too who even hacks him out on his own sometimes.

Amazing to hack. Never spooky at anything including farm traffic and a spooky village. Great on and off road. Good in a group, pair or solo.

The easiest horse to have around. Happy to live in or out and no different if he’s not been ridden in a while. Super friendly and sweet in the stable. Easy to load / travel and deal with in every way.

A super delightful chap in every single way. I swear he’s been here before because he’s 4 going on 14.

She is a super straight forward pony to handle and an absolute pleasure to have on the yard!

She’s done abit of everything, farm rides/gallops/xc schooled and showjumped.

She’s got plenty of scope over a fence and definitely has potential to go up the ranks eventing or jumping, or equally make a super fun allrounder.

Rides really nicely on the flat.

She’s happy to hack alone or in company and has been good in traffic.

Been in the same home for the last 3years who bought straight from her breeder.

Going to take her xc schooling next week to get more videos- more videos available on request.

Schoolmaster

Great second pony for children or for a small adult.

She has been jumping 65-75cm at shows as has been an 9 to 11 year-old riding her and the rider does get a bit nervous at shows but jumping 90cm confidently at home, could probably jump bigger with an adult.

Good with flying changes and all lateral work.

We have done a bit of everything with my daughter for the last two years, dressage, jumping, showing, working hunter, cross country training and one day eventing.

Ridden in a hanging cheek and wilkie with flat work and jumping.

Loves her cross country, goes through water and jumps everything, we do put her in a gag on the second ring for this as it is her favourite discipline.

She has been ridden by my niece (a beginner) on lead rein in trot and canter and in walk off the lead rein.

She is good with everything on the ground with kids, and is good with kids doing tricks on her. Not spooky, jumps water trays and good with farm equipment.

Good to hack out
Good to clip
Good to shoe
Good for teeth
Good for physio
Good to load and travel
Good to catch, comes running to the gate.
Good to bath, but can be a bit fidgety when it is cold water.

She has got the very beginning of arthritis in one of her stifles, but is sound as long as you keep up with the plasma injections every 12 to 18 months. This is reflected in the price.

Tack and accessories. fitted Kent and Masters saddle, bridals, rugs, boots, everything that she has is available to come with her. On a separate negotiation.

Only selling as moving on to horses.

Lots of videos and photos available.
Serious enquiries only as this is a sad sale for my daughter and me.

TALLULAH
Gorgeous 2017 dark bay Irish mare standing at a full up 13hh, so beautifully marked and well put together, with a long body and a big step she rides much bigger than 13hh and takes the leg up massively.

Tallulah has lovely paces and produces a great test, she is snaffle mouthed, voice activated and is super safe and easy.

She has done plenty of riding club, showjumping, hunting and dressage. Tallulah will jump whatever you place her at, off any stride and is super careful, a fantastic candidate for a BS pony, or a pony club allrounder as she has plenty of showjumping experience already, she isn’t bothered by XC fences or coloured fillers and she looks after her rider.

She will give you plenty of confidence and makes light work of jumping a track of fences.

She’s super to hack out alone and in company, she isn’t bothered by heavy traffic, farm machinery, or the gayest of traffic, a real super star pony with so much offer and lots of brilliant qualities, she’s special enough to do a showing or worker’s job, but equally a great mother daughter share or pony club pony.

She’s super laid back in the yard, affectionate and sweet to handle in every way, a real easy type to have around with impeccable manners.

Open to any vet or trainer £9950 Trial period available

For Sale – 15hh Connemara Gelding

10-year-old Connie by the well-known Glenncarrig Prince. Sadly outgrown, he is now looking for a new home where he can be enjoyed to his full potential.

He would make a fantastic Riding Club, Pony Club, or mother–daughter share for fun rides, hunting and grassroots eventing. A Really fun little horse, ridden by a young teenager out hacking, in clinics and low level jumping. The type that will potter about at the lower levels for his rider or step it up a gear for more experienced riders.

Recently ran in his first BE (for a while) after very little prep and took it all within his stride. With a little bit more consistency he would be an exciting prospect for the 2026 event season.

This is a very sad sale of a much-loved pony, so only the very best homes will be considered.

Based on livery in Lacock, Wiltshire with good trial facilities.
