Bill just has everything good looks, character, talent and A* trainability.

Super exciting prospect for many disciplines, I’d love for him to go to a small adult or a confident young rider. Nice conformation, is very smart and flashy, with 3 lovely paces, scopey and brave jump. Could make a native dressage pony, WHP, event, jumping, Le TREC, or hunting pony, or a super all rounder.

I have had Bill since June, he came to me pretty untouched having just been halter broken as a foal. He is incredibly trainable, has progressed and gained confidence so fast, I think he is the most rewarding youngster journey I’ve been on. I absolutely love him and have been putting off putting this up, but he is now at the stage I feel he has done enough with me for his age and he needs to start bonding with his next partner - but I’m in no rush to sell him and if the right home isn’t found within the next few weeks, I’ll turn him out for the winter and take him out competing next year. But I feel he is incredibly exceptional, if you want a super genuine pony don’t miss out!

He is good to lead, groom, pick up feet and tie up. He has learnt to back up, yield, circle/ lunge, long reins in the school, on the roads and in open space. Been riding and leading from my mare - walking and trotting next to us perfectly on a loose lead.

He has been backed and ridden away this summer, taking every step like it’s been a walk in the park. He has been hacking alone and in company, all 3 paces, open space, water, seen traffic. Schooled walk, trot and canter, takes a contact, great on his transitions. Jumped a handful of times, confidently popping and taking me into 60cm with scope for much higher but I don’t agree with jumping him bigger at this age.

Has been on a weeks holiday to a friends yard, where he was a joy and settled in a different place, hacked and schooled like he was at home and learnt to jump there. Went XC schooling as a first outing, was super relaxed in a new place. We started inhand so he didn’t spend the whole session ridden as he’s young and learning. On the line he was awesome popping everything I pointed at first time, plus a few extras which he decided he was doing on his own accord which I had avoided as they were on the larger side for his first trip but I let him as that’s what he wanted to do 🙈! Then played undersaddle, jumped with the biggest smile on his face everything I asked of him he did no questions asked - water, ditches, the step, bridge, colourful fences, maintaining a super canter, going away and back to my friends horse - at times we were a field away and he remained focused and forward. He loves to jump!

Went to our local show at the weekend, took in the atmosphere and was a sweetheart. He did a sweet dressage test, and lovely jumping round the 60cm in the main ring, topped off by winning the Mountin and Moorland inhand with really nice comments from the judge and other people around. He also attended the local festival at our neighbouring hotel, where he was excellent and had lots of attention, wasn’t phased by the atmosphere or music, circus etc. He is forward going and still young/ green so wouldn’t suit a novice rider at this stage. He is good to load, is upto date with teeth, vaccines, worming and farrier. Been ridden in English and Western tack.

Teddy was backed in April, he was easy to do and eager to learn. He absolutely loved hacking and proved to be very sensible alone and in company walk, trot, canter.

He has free jumped showing serious scope as well as really enjoying it, clearing 120 with ease, so I feel like with the right rider he has the potential to be a brilliant 138 bs pony/ pony club pony. He has popped a small upright with a rider but nothing more as don’t have a rider small enough.

He came on and learnt a lot over a few months so we decided to give him a holiday to grow a bit more as well as the weather being so hot and I had other commitments. He had about a month off and then two weeks ago was bought back in and sat straight on and he was the same as where we left him proving to be very sensible.

Teddy is a really sweet pony to have on the yard, he loves attention and would stand all day to be groomed. Very easy to do in all ways clip, load, etc. The best home wanted for this special pony where he’s going to really shine.

Due to his age he is not suitable for a novice and must go to a knowledgeable home.

Benji really has been there, done it and got the T-shirt! A super, fun all-rounder who would make a fantastic Pony Club, BS or competition pony for a confident young rider wanting to have plenty of fun.

Benji has a great attitude towards his work and particularly loves his jumping. Most recently, he has been on loan to a 10-year-old boy, taking part in tetrathlon, weekly Pony Club rallies, clinics and showjumping competitions. He has jumped clear around 70cm and 80cm tracks and qualified for Hickstead at both 60cm and 70cm. He has plenty of scope to progress further and has happily jumped up to 1m at home for fun.

Prior to this, Benji has enjoyed a wonderfully varied life and has been ridden by a range of children. He has taken part in fun rides, showing, beach rides, cross-country and hunting. He is a lovely stamp of a pony and has also comfortably carried small teenagers and adults.

We would love to find Benji a home where he can continue to enjoy an active lifestyle. He would be ideally suited to a confident rider who already has a good foundation in their riding and is looking for a fun pony to get out and enjoy across a variety of disciplines.

Benji's full history is known from a foal, with plenty of photos and videos available. He is good to hack, shoe, clip, load into a box or trailer, tie up and groom. He has only seen the vet for routine vaccinations and is up to date with his physio, dentist and farrier. He is currently happily living out with others but is equally content coming into a stable.
