138 LHC JD - bright bay 10 yr old gelding

“Troy” has been a wonderful pony for my daughter during her last years of 138s.he is really a one in a million, ponies like him don’t come round often.

Troy is easy to do in all ways, hacking, loading, shodding, dentist, excellent to clip (my 14 year old daughter does this herself)

clean limbed ect, up to date with vaccinations never sick or sorry, a very well built pony.

has just spend the past couple of weeks on schooling livery whilst we have been away/busy. He is now consistently working well on the flat, good rhythm and works correctly in a contact, he’s got very flashy paces as bred from WHP lines - oldforge stud.

New to the BS circuit this march- My daughter has done really well with this pony, but where her riding ability is definitely hasn't reached this pony’s limit, he would jump the moon if asked.

His record is reflected in his price, not in terms of refusals or eliminations, he can be seen to have poles at 1.10+, this isn’t Because of lack of ability, he is very scopey and talent visible. we believe this reason to be my daughter, she is very tall and unfortunately has majorly outgrown this pony, she definitely unbalances him. Troy is a saint, she is very novice and struggles to see a stride, yet he has always got her to the end our the course, it’s not in his nature to ever refuse, for a experienced home or someone with more time on 138s he will be a gem, no doubt will make a top track.

Some of his successes include :

🏆 top 10 placing in SV winter final Graham heath 1.10

🏆 top 10 placing in winters 1.10 kelsall SPP

🏆 qualified for silver league final nationals 2026

🏆 top 10 placing winters 1.10 at WHP

throughout the summer he’s been competing in TEAMS 138 qualifiers, 1.10s ect and a wonderful aim for his new jockey would be HOYs + RIHS 2027!

He’s got great breeding lines, many of siblings and father competed at HOYS ect 7 times! he’s got great confirmation

very easy to manage, on simple chop and nut feed. we are very exited to see him excel at top tracks with a new experienced jockey.

brand new custom fitted equipe syngey saddle + full wardrobe available through separate negotiation

We think a lot of this pony so will only go to a 5* home, he is a competition pony so no novices.

Has been and loves farm rides, beach rides and XC. Also been proven as a WHP before

Transport can be arranged nationally and internationally

Danny will turn his hoof successfully to anything you ask of him.

He is the ultimate safe, confidence giving pony club all rounder.

He is the most honest, genuine schoolmaster who has taken my daughter from jumping 60cm to confidently jumping 90cm in competition and 1m at home.

He is a lovely boy who aims to please and has been in the same home for the past 4 years.

He is much admired wherever he goes and enjoys cuddles and attention.

He does a beautiful dressage test scoring highly, is ultra careful showjumping, equally easy around 60cm as he is 90cm and loves cross country and arena eventing. He has also excelled in working hunter in his previous home.

He is good to hack on his own and in company on the road and in open fields. He loves beach rides and has attended many pony club camps.

He is good to shoe, catch, clip and in the stable. He has no stable vices. He is up to date with vaccinations and dentist.

He has been our pony of a lifetime and has given us so much fun and success and has taught our daughter so much. He is worth his weight in gold.

He will only go to the best of homes - serious enquires only. He will come with his made to measure ideal saddle and other home comforts.

About 🌟Bobby Joe🌟

Bobby Joe is a 13.2hh, 7-year-old chestnut gelding who has been a much-loved member of our family since we bought him at four years old for our petite 10-year-old daughter. He has given her so much enjoyment, confidence and valuable experience, and we feel incredibly lucky to have had him.

Professionally broken in by Tara Morris Equestrian, Bobby Joe is a genuine pony who loves having a job to do and is happiest when out and about with his rider.

Competition and Pony Club experience

* Successfully competed up to 80cm show jumping.

* Completed a full season of Pony Club Winter League Show Jumping at 70cm and 80cm, consistently jumping clear rounds.

* Attended numerous Pony Club rallies and events.

* Fantastic at cross-country, happily tackling a variety of obstacles.

* Attended two Pony Club camps at Mostyn Farm Ride.

* Enjoyed Pony Club hunts.

Hacking and temperament

Bobby Joe hacks confidently both alone and in company. Living on our farm, he is accustomed to tractors, machinery and the activity of a busy farm environment.

He is good for the farrier and vet, loads well and travels happily, although he prefers not to be left alone in the trailer once stationary. He enjoys living out all year round.

Home requirements

Bobby Joe has always been happily kept on his own with us, and we feel he would be best suited to a similar set-up. He may also suit a home with one other pony, provided they can live happily alongside each other and do everything together. Finding the right long-term home and the right match for him is extremely important to us.

Reason for sale

A very sad sale as our daughter has now lost interest in riding. Bobby Joe is a talented, genuine pony with so much more to offer another child and family, and we would love to see him continue enjoying an active life.

We are looking for a knowledgeable, loving home where he will be appreciated and given the opportunity to continue doing what he enjoys.

Location: North Wales, LL24 0PG

Please call or message for further information, photos and videos. A five-star home is our absolute priority.

• Extensively competed all Pony Club activities, eventing, team chasing and hunting with 11/12 yr old
• Excellent to hack and open spaces. Suit confident child/teenager or small adult as takes up the leg

Darcy has 3 good balanced paces and a very bold and honest jump. She happily jumps 80-90 cm courses with scope for more . She never spooky and will jump all fillers show jumping and is equally bold cross country over water, ditches, steps etc. Fun and forward, but snaffle mouth. She is excellent to hack alone and in company and never phased by anything; dogs, lorries tractors, hedgecutters etc. Easy to ride and lead and good with other horses.

Darcy has he has been the most fantastic second pony for the last 2 yrs doing all Pony club activities including camps, cross country eventing, fun rides, team chasing, hunting and even pony racing. She has hunted regularly the past 2 seasons with the Ross Harriers and really is the ultimate hunter; forward without being strong or silly and will jump whatever is in front of her.

Darcy is a real character and very intelligent and independent. She will happily stay on her own in the field or stable. She does need time to get to know a new person and can sometimes need a treat to catch. She is fine to clip her body and mane but is sensitive on her legs and head where you need a lot of patience or sedation. . Great to lead shoe, load and travel.

Darcy is a kind and affectionate mare, but is grumpy to have her saddle put on which hasn't changed in 2 yrs so just needs to be tied on a short rope.

Has been scoped for ulcers and it was totally clear. She has also had regular physio and has had no injuries or been sick or sorry. Up to date with vaccinations, worming etc Happily lives out and low maintenance.

Very sadly outgrown after 2 great years, Darcy is looking for a knowledgeable new home with a confident child, teenager or small adult to go out and have lots of fun. Not for anyone novice or at all nervous as she is a forward going, and can have a cheeky small buck occasssionally. lively pony who suits a gutsy rider.

Well bred Connemara (Major Misty x Glencarrig Bracken) He’s a Lovely kind, easy going pony. Stands approx 13.2hh super straight and correct, with an outstanding technique over a fence.

Started correctly – lunges, long lined, hack alone and in company. Seen light traffic and approaches new things with a calm and sensible attitude. He’s just started his work in the arena and is proving to be very well balanced with a lovely uphill canter.

Brilliant to load, easy to catch and generally a really lovely person to have around. Suit an ambitious experienced home where his potential will be fulfilled and education continued. I brought him over from Ireland as a 2 yro, since then he’s enjoyed being part of our herd, happily fitting into a daily routine now he’s 4. He’s not been rushed and has just started with small jumps. Although young, he is a sensible straightforward ride and is ridden by both my children as well as a small adult.

Gary is a lovely stamp of a pony who will happily turn his hoof to anything!

N/N HWSD, straight and correct, great feet and Uptodate with Vacs, teeth etc. Open to any Vet / Trainer

Ruby has been a pony of a lifetime for both my girls, combined taking them from 60cm-100cm. This little pony comes out of her stable each day with a smile on her face, always trying her heart out for you. Ruby has been an absolute pleasure to own and will be sadly missed by the whole family.

Good to clip, shoe, catch, load, no vices and not marish. Foot perfect in open spaces, hacks alone or in company. Does prefer to be upfront. Great attitude to her work.

We have nothing but praise for this very special pony, who is ready to take her next jockey up the levels.

• A lovely opportunity for someone who is competitive and wants a truly special pony

Jade is a small 13.2hh pony with endless potential as a top bs pony. Sweetest pony who loves to jump.

A fantastic prospect for a small, confident rider looking to go up the bs ranks. She is 15 and still full of energy so not a novice ride as she is very forward going.

She has an incredibly careful jump with scope to jumper 1.20 plus so she needs a confident rider who can help her reach her full potential. She has done pony club, mounted games and cross country and loves whatever she is put to do.

Currently no bs record as I am too old to jumpe her in juniors but has been to unaffiliated competitions and is unfazed. Good to load and doesn’t blink at the farrier.

A lovely opportunity for someone who is competitive and wants a truly special pony.

TALENTED 13.2hh Fell X Connemara Mare

6yo| Black | 13.2hh | Fell X Connemara

A stunning, talented young Fell X Connemara with a fantastic future ahead of her. Her Sire was a pure bred Fell dressage pony and Dam was a Connemara show jumping pony.  Beautifully put together, three good paces and a super jump, she really is the full package combined with kindest temprament.

She is the sort of pony who could be hugely exciting for a competitive child or small adult looking for a pony to go out, have fun and progress through the disciplines together.

🏆 SHOWJUMPING | EVENTING | DRESSAGE | SHOWING | PONY CLUB

She has a super jump, is careful, athletic and has plenty of scope, with a lovely technique and a great natural pop. She is unfazed by fillers and spooky-looking fences.

She has been out showjumping, Arena Eventing, cross-country schooling and Dressage Training, where she has been level-headed, willing and keen to please.

On the flat, she is developing really nicely and has three good paces.

She is naturally a a forward going pony which makes her a fun pony but she is responsive and sensible.

🌿 EXPERIENCE

She is being ridden by a small teen and enjoyed a fantastic range of experiences, including:

·       Pony Club Rallies

·       Show jumping clinics

·       Arena Eventing

·       Cross Country Schooling

·       Dressage

·       Arena Hires

·       Hacking

She hacks well alone and in company.  She is good with other horses, dogs and children. Like many young ponies, she can be joggy but she is sensible and straightforward.

She is happy living in or out, is shod on the fronts with excellent feet and is excellent to load and travel, both on her own and in company.

She is fully up to date with vaccinations, worming, teeth and physio.

⭐ THE IDEAL HOME

She would make a fantastic all-rounder, Pony Club or Riding Club pony and has the ability to excel in whichever direction his new rider chooses. She would make an excellent 138 cm  BS pony, she’s fast, careful with lots of scope.

She would suit a competitive child looking for a second pony or a small adult who wants to get out competing and have lots of fun.

She is still young and developing, so we are looking for an experienced home or a home with plenty of support, where her education can continue and her considerable potential can be developed.

She has been given time to mature and strengthen rather than rushed. That extra time and training has benefited her enormously.

She is now ready for someone to take her on and enjoy the next stage of her education and competition career.  She’s a pony who will stand for hours to be cuddled and pampered ❤️ and loves any job she's given.

Change of owners circumstances mean we sadly need to find her a new home asap.

🐴 Tally 🦄 - Fantastic 13hh 10 year old Sports Pony (standardbred x mini cob) - complete all rounder looking for new home.

This is a very sad sale of a much loved pony due to her jockey sadly growing too fast. She is not a first ridden (more of a 1.5/ 2nd pony) as she is forward but has brakes and listens to voice commands. A genuine all-rounder who is happy to turn her hoof to anything - ideal for a confident child wanting to have fun.

She has previously placed in both beginner and novice pony races, showing plenty of speed and enthusiasm while remaining sensible and enjoyable to ride. At the races she keeps her head/ manners and looks after her jockey throughout the whole experience. She has raced at many courses including Ascot and Cheltenham. Tally also enjoys hacking, schooling, jumping, dressage and Pony Club camps. She is jumping 70/75cm but has scope to go much higher. At their most recent unaffiliated showjumping competition, they placed 3rd in the 75cm class and came 4th in the summer league. Tally was reserve champion in our local summer unaffiliated dressage league.

Tally is a kind natured pony with excellent manners on the ground and is easy to handle, catch, clip, shoe and load. She is fine with the dentist and farrier. Safe and straightforward to ride. She hacks out alone or in company, first, last or in the middle of the ride and is safe in open spaces.

She would suit a family home, Pony Club rider or someone wanting a versatile pony to enjoy a bit of everything. We would love for her to go to a home that would continue her racing career alongside other disciplines. Tally is currently stabled at night and out during the day but has also lived out 24/7 with us and is equally as happy.

We are in no rush to sell as the very best home is most important to us!

Full wardrobe, including her made to measure race bridle are negotiable. 6 monthly vaccinations, dentist and back are all up to date.

All previous owners are known.

Please no time wasters as this is a very sad sale for both us and our children.
