Wanted 13hh pony for my competent daughter for lease, loan here in Cornwall.

My daughter is now doing juniors, small breeds etc and we are looking for an established pony to help her achieve this.

She’s been in first ridden for 3 years and has done amazingly but she’s now at the age where her riding ability is more junior riding.

Ideally an m&m Welsh B or small C but open to options to bond until next spring 2026 show season.

Drum is a lovely natured boy, will stand all day to be fussed and groomed. Just started his ridden education and is taking to the job very well.

Casper has a kind temperament. Good to catch, groom, load, travel.

Taken offsite to looseschool, there was a show going on at the venue, he stood & watched the atmosphere, taking it all in like a pro.

Casper has lovely paces & good technique over a fence.

He has a fabulous attitude. Sure to be very smart under saddle.

Jack works well in a frame in all 3 paces. With a lovely floaty movement and huge flashy extended trot, that will certainly catch the judges eye.

Jack enjoys jumping. And has plenty of scope and ability. Jumping around courses with fillers and water trays. He’s currently schooled up to 85cm at home. He has showjumped to 60cm with placings and has qualified for the sunshine tour at 60cm. He shows plenty of ability for larger tracks. We’ve taken him XC schooling where he jumped everything asked including going through the water, up and down steps, and over the ditch.

Recently Jack took part in the local pony club show where he placed in the showjumping and won the handy pony class.

He has previously done lead rein hacking where he has been good. And hacks out off the lead rein with a person walking on foot. He lacks experience hacking completely on his own and when first hacked on his own he could be spooky/ looky without a human to follow, he has improved hugely and is gaining confidence each time. He is good in traffic. Also can be led of another horse for ride and lead.

Jack’s current owners need a pony that can be kept on working livery at a riding school and unfortunately Jack didn’t enjoy it and started to buck.

Jack would suit a home where he can still be brought on and produced a bit more as he is a little green for his age but shows all the making to be a top class competition pony. He would be an ideal second pony.

Jacks shows huge potential for the show ring and could excel both in the flat classes and in the working hunter classes. He also shows enough scope and ability to be produced to jump the British showjumping tracks as a BS starter pony. Or become a very smart Pony club pony.

Good to catch and handled by young children. He is good with the farrier (currently barefoot) vet, dentist to load & travel, clip and catch. Green passport and up to date with worming and vaccinations.

Eddie has been with us for the past 18 months and in that time my son has had the best time with him! We were hoping that this year he would get his final year on him but unfortunately he has grown way too big for him and has thrown them off balance being top heavy so we have decided to make make the move onto 138's.

He has had a varied life with us doing lots of different things which has given him the best start. He has never been rushed or pushed but what he has done he's done brilliantly! Some of his achievements include;

As he is now he would either step down to make safe, fun and competitive U10's/BS Starter pony, top WHP and all round PC pony or step up to jump bigger BS tracks and be an open 133cm plaited pony so would also suit a more experienced jockey. This was our plan this year if my son didn't grow so big!

He has the most wonderful attitude to everything he does. He's balanced with movement (great canter) and is as whizzy or quiet as the jockey wants. H would literally drop back to 1st ridden with a nervous child and only get quicker when the child is ready or equally be a speedy super fun pony that turns on a sixpence in jump off's. WHP is not our thing but thought we'd give I a go last year as he'd already been with his previous rider at age 5 and we got a very easy RI ticket first try! He has come home with a lot of red rosettes! He is the safest most genuine pony you could wish for, snaffle mouthed and dead easy on the ground with no vices.
