She is a full up solid 14.2, happily carries an adult yet is well behaved for children too.

She really does ‘have the T shirt’ have been in her current family home for the last 3 years. She has introduced a novice teenager to hunting, low level shows including showing, showjumping etc.

She has also been driven in her younger years by her elderly farmer owner, and in fact did have a little refresher 3 years ago and had not forgotten a thing! She is a pleasure to drive to, light in the rein, and very easy and straightforward.

Whilst she’s not a sporty athletic cob, she does enjoy being ridden and always has a smile on her face and happy ears! She jumps small courses, but if you’re looking to jump more than 60cm and race against the clock she’s probably not for you.

She is reasonably forward going, but still steady if that makes sense?! She doesn’t rush off but she has active paces whilst always being comfortable. You can do sitting trot and enjoy cantering without her pulling, bunking you around or generally needing too much ‘riding’

She is happy to go in an arena and works politely in all three paces BUT please remember she has been the horse that has taught people and given them confidence, so she’s no dressage diva! She would do an accurate prelim test if that was your thing, but if you want to be on Team GB by Christmas, again, she’s probably not your match.

She’s ace on beach rides and fun rides, patiently waits if you need to scoop up kids, canters in front of behind, or walks, very nicely if you’ve had enough, have a stitch and quite frankly just want to see the lorry park again.

She’s got character, loves her hoomans and really is a type of special friend that is very difficult to find.

She’s good with all the usual things traffic, farrier, travelling etc etc

BeinnLair Kinky Boots Traditional Cob Mare born 2019. This is a really tough decision due to my personal responsibilities i genuinely don’t have the time to ride etc .

It’s not an easy decision Kinkx is my homebred from Mr Spanky and my previous Kimico Mare . Kimico Glor - ious. We are looking for any breed for LWVTB as they will need to be trialled in our RDA environment before purchasing to see if they're suited to this lifestyle before a participant can ride them. This is as much for the ponies as the suitability for riders.

Must already be ridden and has to be over 5 yrs old (RDA rules). Can accept some quirks but must be safe for our disabled riders. They will also have to pass a stage 2 vetting which can be arranged whilst on loan.

We can offer a high standard of care, a light work load so older ages are acceptable if sound.

We have stables but they live out as much as possible even throughout winter. We can offer small herd/individual turnout.

Always super fun he has won pony club events , competed BE had great dressage results and shown much ability. Also he has jumped up to 90 easily and done pony club camp !

We bought Dolly for my twin 10 year olds, just over a year ago, primarily as my daughter, who rides with the Riding for the Disabled (RDA) desperately wanted her own pony. Her twin had never sat on a pony before. Dolly has taught them both to ride, including winning numerous classes over the summer, qualifying for the sunshine tour in first ridden, lead rein and in hand classes. My children do everything independently with Dolly – bringing in and turning out, grooming, bathing, tacking up, loading, feeding. She is a true child’s pony, I know that they are absolutely safe around her, no matter what they are doing. Dolly will stand for hours and hours to be pampered, groomed, bathed, plaited and cuddled.

Dolly is fantastic to hack. She hacks in gale force winds, rain or shine, alone and in company but mainly alone as we are on a competition yard with adults – with one of my girls riding, then they swap half way! She hacks on open countryside and has experienced out of control dogs running at her, barking and jumping at her and owners chasing them and stands still and calm. We have taken her up to the South Downs accidently at the same time as a cross country race and again she was completely non plussed by multiple high vis runners on narrow paths racing past her. She’s had mountain bikes zoom past, from behind her, and again not spooked or got upset. She has an exceptional temperament that is incredibly hard to find. We have taken Dolly up on the South downs, through woodlands, to the beach, to shows – both indoor and on grass and she has been brilliant. This is all with my novice daughters who had only ridden with RDA and the other never before Dolly. Dolly has been led from me in my power chair with our two dogs running alongside. My daughter hacked Dolly from the yard to the beach with a group of adults. She had to lead the group across the railway crossing as the horses were being silly. She stood on the beach whilst they had a good gallop, away from her and back towards and then they hacked home together.

After only a few months of riding, Dolly has taken both my girls to lots of shows – their first ever show she won her classes with both children! She is very easy at shows, happy to stand and eat a haynet, for the kids to walk her round, share an ice cream, be sat on bareback and played with. She needs zero working in. My daughter who had never ridden before getting Dolly is now confidently riding in first ridden and pony club classes and Dolly has competed in lead rein, in hand, junior handler, dressage, handy pony (where she was 2nd out of well over 20 entries), never coming away without a ribbon! She won her in hand coloured class at her last show. Dolly qualified for RIHS 2025 in the open coloured ridden class and would be a really top class junior ridden.

My girls mainly enjoy hacking, doing obstacle courses in the sand school, having lessons, lunging her, doing shows, trotting over cross poles, pole clinics and just generally playing with her. They do not canter and have no desire, they are both novice / nervous and have never wanted to progress to anything faster than a trot. Dolly is very well schooled and with her previous owner competed regularly in dressage and affiliated showing, qualifying for RIHS on her first attempt. Dolly would be a top junior ridden and would excel at both dressage and showing or equally as a cherished first pony, teaching tiny tots to ride or would be an exceptional RDA pony. I do not think jumping will be her forte – she will trot over very small cross poles but we have done nothing more. My ideal home is one where she is adored and pampered like she is here.

Dolly is well used to dogs and has met cattle, sheep and lots of livestock out hacking on the downs. She is not phased by tractors, bikes, motorbikes, cars and so on.

Dolly is excellent to catch, shoe, clip, bath, load. We have a single trailer but she has also travelled in company in both a lorry and trailer – she is loaded and unloaded by my children. You can do everything with Dolly without her tied up – I can clip her face etc with no headcollar. She is very easy on the ground, has no vices and is not mareish or difficult to manage when in season. She turns out alone or in company, is respectful of fencing, has been in by day and out by night over the summer and is out by day, in by night in winter. She stables alone if needed as is very content with a haynet! She is barefoot with good feet. Dolly is up to date with her vaccinations and passed a 5 stage vetting last year (2025). She has never been unsound, unwell or needed the vet, except for her vaccinations.

Any viewings, inspections and vetting fully welcomed – I have 1000s of photos and videos to show all the things they do together.

Please note, Dolly is very heavily feathered and as such these need maintence and care specific to traditionals- will talk this all through honestly with all buyers.

Ponies like Dolly are very few and far between and references can be obtained from both previous owners.

Milly is the most charming, wonderful little pony. We have owned her for 18 months and she has done absolutely everything with my daughter. Pony club camp and rallies, competed in all 3 disciplines with success at Pony Club level.

Milly has also been lightly competed BS in 70 and 75cm classes, qualifying for the Bronze league final at the national championships. Milly has jumped single fences of up to 90cm but is probably best suited as a starter competition pony rather than having top track potential. Milly is nicely schooled on the flat to prelim level, and understands the lateral work. She has untapped potential on the flat, and would easily be a very smart BD pony, but my daughter doesn't enjoy flat work particularly. She has done plenty of XC schooling and is confident with water, steps, ditches etc.

Milly has been all around the country with us and travels perfectly (lorry or trailer) and stables away happily. My daughter does everything with her on her own, including hacking for miles. Milly has hunted lightly, including the opening meet and boxing day last season, and took to it like she had done it her whole life. She took part in one pony race last season, again taking it all in her stride and behaving perfectly. Milly has good correct confirmation and strong feet. She has no health issues and has been completely sound. Up to date with everything. Milly has never bitten, kicked, napped, bucked, run off or reared with us. She lives out 24/7 in the summer on restricted grazing and we turn out in the day and stable at night in the winter.

Milly was a late starter as she has previously bred a foal, who has won in the show ring at county level.

Milly does prefer a balanced, relaxed rider - she does not do anything bad but will get tense if someone hangs onto her mouth or is very wobbly. She is best clipped by an adult. A very good home, ideally with younger children coming along is very important to us. I cannot overstate what a lovely, kind, genuine pony Milly is. Excellent trial facilities and open to vet. Arlo, our 4 year old, 13hh (still growing too) traditional show cob gelding. Firstly, Arlo is an absolute super pony in every way. He is a crowd favourite wherever he goes, in looks and in personality. He is one of them ponies you cannot help but fall in love with when you meet him, as he just loves being around people and other ponies He has such an amazing lovable character.

Arlo, or as my daughter nicknamed him ‘Piggy’ because of his cute little pink nose, came to us being lightly backed and ready to produce. We began by doing lots of groundwork with him which included mouthing, lots of long reigning showing him lots of scary things along the way to build his confidence and his trust, and some lunging. Then my daughters took over, who have done absolutely everything with him, from schooling in the arena, to riding him around on the farm where there’s machinery and always lots of noises going on, to now been heavily involved in our local pony club, just recently attending a 4 day stay away pony camp full of activities, and even more recently performing in our pony club’s team musical ride at the pony club championships 2026!! Our team of 12 ponies came an amazing 4th place out of 21 teams, which they performed the lion, the witch and the wardrobe in front of a large cheering crowd and loud music.

During his time at pony camp, Arlo did his first showjumping course which he absolutely loved an proved to be very good at too!! He also did some flatwork, transition work, pole and grid work again which he took all in his stride. He then did a cross country course ridden by a pony club member who’s pony wasn’t playing ball, which she confidently jumped logs, ditches, and even cantered him through water!! He then did an in hand show, a photoshoot, and even finished off with some mounted games practice!! All of which he behaved perfectly for.

He has also been to numerous cross country courses and fun rides with us along the way which he was absolutely fantastic, whether he was leading, in the middle, or at the back of the pack. He loves to please and really enjoys a job.

Arlo had been to a couple of in hand shows with his previous owners, where he was very successful and it included him qualifying for TOYS 2026 by winning his classes and becoming reserve champion overall. He is TGCA over stamped in his passport also.

Arlo never naps, whether that’s in the arena schooling, or out on a hack, with or without company. He is not a needy pony and doesn’t care if he’s in or out, alone or with others, and equally you can take him away from the field leaving the others there, or vice versa, without so much as a shout. He doesn’t rear, buck or bite, and never refuses to do what is asked of him, again whether that’s in the arena or out. When you ask him to stand, he stands. He doesn’t need to be ridden daily, he is the same Arlo whether it’s been a day or a week since his last ride, he is so chilled. He is absolutely brilliant to be caught, handled, led, tied up, feet cleaned, farrier, brushed, bathed, hosed down, face trimmed, dentist, tacked up, loaded in and out of the horse box etc. He is used to been around dogs, and also Alpacas as they are in the field next to him with just a fence between them.

Overall Arlo is a true all-round versatile pony who will excel in whichever path he is taken down, wether it be in the show ring, at pony club, dressage, showjumping, been driven, or just a pleasure pony to go out and have fun on, as he always looks happy whatever you are asking of him. We are classing him as a second pony due to him really loving his job and we feel he would continue to excel with an able rider like he has been having up to present. Willow is an eye catching 14hh piebald Cob X mare, born in 2019.

Willow is a talented and genuine pony who has done plenty of competitions, including working hunter, showjumping and showing classes, where she regularly places well. Jumping is definitely her favourite discipline. She has a fantastic attitude towards her fences and isn't a stopper, always being willing to give things a go and please her rider. She produces a lovely ride and always tries her best.

I have owned Willow since she was 4 years old and have brought her on myself, taking her to shows and building up her experience. She has been an absolute pleasure to own and has always been willing to please.

Willow is not a novice ride and would be best suited to a confident rider looking for their second or even third pony. She isn't difficult to ride, but she isn't for the faint-hearted and needs someone confident who can continue her education and enjoy everything she has to offer. She always wants to please and can be incredibly affectionate.

She hacks alone or in company and is amazing in traffic. She is good to catch, load, shoe, clip and bath, is a very good doer and is generally easy to look after.

14.2hh 5year old Wilkismoor Floss aka Tag. Backed and ridden daily at the moment, in school and hacking out solo. However he can be left for a week and just hopped back on. He is ready to futher his education with schooling, the basics are there. Ridden in a snaffle and cavesson noseband.

A late foal so I've not hurried him. He was easy to back, loves attention and moves beautifully.

A solid type, not a speed demon but happily cantering out when hacking. He has a nice pop when free schooled. Easy to do, good with farrier, to clip and load. Has been shown as a baby, I have had him from weening. I'm continuing his ridden education and price will reflect this as he learns and does more. Selling due to work and family commitments, I only have time for 1 pony!

Not a novice ride due to age and experience, therefore not a child's pony, YET!

Chloe - 14.1, 9 year old Irish mare (no breeding recorded). Believed to be part bred Connie.

Chloe is the ultimate fun allrounder and the most amazing hunting pony.

Imported as a 5 year old and given her current owner 4 years of fun. She was bought for hunting specifically and has done 3 full seasons. She is a super hunter, will go front/middle/back, has field mastered and ridden up front with hounds and is the go to pony on the field for catching and returning loose horses!

She’s attended fun rides, XC schooled, beach rides, in hand showing, arena hires and has lived on the new forest so is well used to weird and wonderful things going on out hacking and the dreaded crab flies.

Hacks alone and in company and is good in open spaces. Nice soft mouth pulls up easily.

Been to arena hires, jumps a small course of SJ fences, green in this area as it’s something she’s not really done much of, but pops round and does whatever you ask her to do she’s very genuine and will help you out if you muck up the striding. Walks/trots/canters in arena happily, not a ‘schooled’ pony (as in doesn’t know how to work in an outline) but works away without a fuss.

She’s a fun nicely forward going pony that’s up for the job. She isn’t fast and furious/strong/sharp/spooky (she’ll have a look but not an idiot) but she is a fun game pony that’s wants to go and have fun so wouldn’t be for a very nervous or novice rider. Her owner wants her to continue going off and doing lots of fun stuff rather than being drilled in an arena.

Lovely pony for capable older child/teen/small adult.

Super sweet in the stable, loves a fuss and a groom. Good to catch/load/travel/shoe/clip. Not mareish turns out alone or with others and is bottom of the pecking order if in a group. Up to date on vaccinations/teeth. Comes with her bridle and a couple of rugs, saddle available at extra cost.

For sale on behalf of her owner who is moving away from hunting and concentrating on showing her cob so she is being wasted. A very much loved pony who wants a kind home and the current owner would love to stay in touch (but won’t hassle!).

Passed 5 stage vetting when originally imported. No vet history. Clean limbed, no vices.
