Super quality, fun & characterful 13.1 5yo gelding.

Smartie was bred and broken in Ireland, with children doing the bulk of the riding away. Having been ridden down the busiest of roads, through rivers, uphill and downdale, needless to say he is not at all the spooky or sensitive type.

He has since come over here and spent time schooling, hacking, and going to venues/ clinics, ridden by children, teen and adults alike.

He is a very sweet and comical chap, and goes through life with a positive attitude!

To ride he is safe and sensible but not a first pony. He would suit a child or teen that likes to have some fun, as whilst he will plod around steadily, I don’t think he would suit this being his job title.

He would be a fantastic PC/ hunting pony and really enjoy this. Has good, willing flatwork although plenty of room for improvement. He is bold to coloured and rustic fences including dykes/ coffins/ drops.

Very good to hack alone and in company. No vices, blemishes or ailments.

Rosa is a forward thinking cob with an active walk. Due to her being forward going I feel she would suit someone that is established in their walk, trot and canter and wanting to go out and have fun. I brought her for my daughter after she lost her confidence and they have had many hrs of saddle time together.
Her schooling is basic and she has no fancy moves in her. Just walk, trot and canter in the arena. Done all pony club activities since we have owned her including stay away camps. Enjoys water and has done beach and fun rides.

Rosa remains level headed in all atmospheres even if the companion horses are finding things exciting. Safe in wide open spaces and has enjoyed hunting with the bloodhounds with my daughter. Will stand and wait when the packs leaves and will not get hot headed.

Rosa hacks in company and solo. We live in a quiet area with a lot of off road hacking and she loves a good gallop,

Rosa is easy to take out in the trailer as she loads and arrives at wherever you settled. She is a straightforward mare to have around in the ground and turns out in her own with a friend nearby. She stables or lives out, at the moment she lives out as her friend is arthritic and benefits from moving all the time. Rosa does have access to her stable at all times and likes to stand in there with the door open.
Reason for sale is she is not consistent with her show jumping and prefers to watch all the other horses jumping than actually leave the ground herself. She does jump she just doesn’t enjoy herself. We brought her as our forever pony but sadly she has given my daughter so much confidence she now would like a horse to take jumping and but Rosa doesn’t want the same thing.

The Ideal home for our lovely pony would be someone that wants a fun ride for the pub, beach pleasure rides and hacking with friends where safe and fun is the priority. Up to date with teeth, jabs, worm count and farrier.

As she is a full feathered cob I keep her clipped and regularly treat her for the prevention of mites to ensure she has no sores or is uncomfortable.

Exceptional mare with tonnes of experience for sale. She is working in the same riding school where she is been ridden by all level riders. She has done all flat work lessons, privates and groups, with the same enthusiasm now as when he first started her riding school career. She is very genuine and loves to hack out, she doesn’t pull, rush, spook or get nervous of anything. She is one of our main hack horses as she is exceptional at the front, middle, back of the ride or on her own.

This horse is simply one in a million, she is one of our main RDA horses where she is ridden in the paddock, across open fields and roads by riders with mild to severe learning requirements she will stand at a mounting block and hoist for hours if required, she is absolutely not phased at all by extremely loud noises, shouting and screaming, riders waving their arms and swinging their legs, even dismounting whilst she is moving, she simply stops immediately.

Absolutely no vices, when ridden, in the stable or in the field and has brilliant manners enabling anyone to handle her safely and with ease, will stand for hours with no head collar or lead rope being groomed.

She has exceptional manners and ticks so many boxes for someone looking for a very safe easy Schoolmistress, with no ifs or buts.

He is a fantastic confidence giver and is easy to ride, forward going but always safe. Can be a little strong but very stoppable. He has given so much confidence to his rider they have blossomed so much in a short space of time.

He has done all pc rallies, comps, pc camps and has hunted and common rides. In turn is great to hack alone and in company, and in the heaviest of traffic. Doesn’t nap, spin etc.

Patch loves to jump, is easy to a fence and is careful over show jump fences. Also loves cross country, needs slight encouragement at water but always goes in.

Patch is super nice to ride on the flat and would do beautiful dressage tests. He would be a great pc pony for somebody or a mother daughter share to both have fun on.

Great to box, clip, shoe, groom, bath and to handle.

Patch does have mild kissing spine, which is managed through injections and still has so much fun to give, this is heavily reflected in his price.

Sadly the time has come for us to look for Toby’s next home as he is now outgrown.
11 year old 14.1 coloured cob.
Toby was our daughter’s 2nd pony, and has taken her from jumping 50/60cm 3 years ago to competing in the PC80 Burghly ODE last month.
He has been to 3 pony club camps - the 1st only a few weeks after we got him, & awarded most improved pony the 2nd year, finishing second on competition day.
He is a genuine all rounder - loves show jumping, cross country and will hack out for hours.
He has jumped in the NSEA finals at Hickstead, and the pony club champs twice.
He is more turbo cob than kick along when competing, but safe to hack out alone or in company. Good in traffic - used to tractors etc. has had complete novices riding him on the roads.
He can forget his manners at times, however he has been handled by our daughter since she was 11, with occasional use of a control head collar. Good to box, shoe and no vices, however we have always sedated him to clip.

Super kind pony, really lovely to handle, good to clip, load, farrier, dentist, hack alone or in company.

He schools sweetly and knows the basics, obviously only a 6 year old so still has lots to learn, he has a nice soft mouth always ridden in a snaffle.

He has exceptional paces, floaty trot and a great canter, we think he would make an amazing dressage pony.

He is very sensible out hacking, doesn’t get strong or silly, in groups or alone. He has been to the beach and loved it, he is great in open spaces.

We have taken him cross county schooling and he was very well behaved, he is obviously green jumping but has the right attitude. He is fine with ditches / logs/ steps.

He attended a dressage show with us and was really good for his first show. Great in the warmup with other horses.

He has recently been out to clear round jumping, and behaved like a saint, he learnt lots about jumping around a course, he is a pleasure to deal with at shows. Very quiet and stand on the lorry well.

He really enjoys cross country schooling.

He has been to an abundance of arena hires / XC hires and has been to friends yards for lessons etc. so going away from home is not an issue for him. We have taken him alone in the lorry and with a friend, he travels really well.

He is not for a novice due to his age and experience, he is very genuine and kind but we want him to go to someone who will further educate and shape this lovely pony. He unfortunately is just too small for us. He would suit a competent teen or small adult. He is ridden my me (20) and my younger sister (13) my sister adores him but her legs are just too long!

He is in no rush to be sold and we are still regularly taking him out and furthering his
Education. He is up to date with vaccinations, dentist, farrier.
