Rosie is a lovely 8-year-old mare who has been carefully and lovingly produced by a talented teenage rider at her family’s stables since she was 4.

This is a very sad and emotional sale, purely because her rider is moving to London for her studies and sadly won’t have the time to give Rosie the attention she deserves. A loving 5⭐ home is an absolute must.

Rosie would suit a competitive teenager, mother/daughter share or someone who just wants to get out and have fun. She’s a really genuine, kind mare who always tries her best and loves her job.

She has perfect manners and is easy to do in every way – loading, travelling, grooming, lunging, catching, you name it. She’s happy hacking alone, both on and off road, isn’t marish at all and gets along well with both mares and geldings. She also loves a cuddle!

Rosie could do pretty much any discipline, but jumping and cross-country are definitely her favourite things. She has three nice paces and would produce a lovely dressage test and has the ability to be competitive in this too.

During the time Rosie has been with us, she’s never stopped at a fence. Whether she’s close, far away, coming in fast or slow, if she can jump it, she will! She’s incredibly honest and always looks after her rider.

She’s been out doing open courses, dressage tests and XC schooling. She’s loved it all and done everything really well! Unfortunately, due to her rider’s commitments with studies, she hasn’t been out competing as much as we’d have liked. However, through no fault of her own. She's got plenty of ability and with the right rider, we believe she could easily be out doing BE100 by the middle of next season and potentially more with the right rider.

In the four years we’ve owned Rosie, she’s never had a lame day or injuries.

Rosie really is a special mare, and we would love to see her go to someone who will love and enjoy her as much as we have. ❤️
