Sherlock is a smart, well-put-together gelding with a lovely temperament and an easy-going outlook on life. He has been in the same amateur home with a petite female rider since he was four, where he has been a much-loved member of the family and carefully produced.
๐ช๐ต๐ ๐๐ฒ ๐น๐ผ๐๐ฒ ๐ต๐ถ๐บ:
๐ Very safe, sensible and willing
๐ A top all-rounder for Pony Club, riding club or a motherโdaughter share
๐ A lovely option for a rider moving off ponies
๐ Happy to step down and help someone progress
๐ Equally happy schooling, jumping or enjoying a hack
Sherlock is a true schoolmaster up to Newcomers / 1.10m. He would happily step down for someone wanting to build a partnership and have fun, with the experience to help them progress.
On the flat, he works well with three flowing paces, lateral work and changes. He is snaffle-mouthed, respectful to ride and willing in his work.
He hacks alone and in company and is good with traffic, dogs and bikes. He does not buck, rear or bolt and has no known behavioural issues.
Good to clip, shoe, load and travel, both alone and in company. He travelled perfectly with us in a 3.5-tonne and will happily live in or out.
A lovely horse for someone wanting a safe, versatile partner to enjoy a variety of activities with, alongside being their much-loved best friend. ๐งก
