Barney is a sensitive pony and is suitable for a confident teenager or small adult.

He's very clever but lacks confidence, and I think for him to get the best out of life he needs to be with a family that can offer him time and security. I lost my confidence around the time I bought him three years ago after an accident on another horse, and while he looks after me superbly, I know I'm not giving him the life he deserves.

He's in the prime of his life and I'm too scared to even canter again. I have such a mind block that it's just not fair to him.

He loves to hack (in company). He's more stubborn in the arena, but with positive reinforcement training (clicker training), he's really starting to enjoy the arena setting again. He takes his confidence from his rider- which with me he doesn't get.

He does enjoy jumping but after being with me a few years his fitness isn't there so he'd need someone to go gently with him. I think he'd excel at cross country. He's not a first ridden, and has grumpy man syndrome but once he knows you and trusts you he's the funniest, quirkiest and sweetest pony.

He survives on air. He's cheap in terms of his daily needs and he's barefoot. He will be a work in progress for someone who has the patience to work with him and his occasional bolshy attitude. He will not tolerate heavy use of a crop as he will shut down completely. Like I said he's very sensitive, and smart and responds to positivity after bad experiences in his past.

He will not suit a riding school with lots of people handling and riding him. A sole owner would be ideal.

Ben is a very kind and genuine horse who loves people. He is like owning your very own Ferrari with 4 legs. Always willing to be ridden and puts a smile on your face every time you sit on him. I have owned him since he was 2 yrs old and he was very easy to back and ride away. I have spent a lot of my time getting him out into the world and he really enjoys a good day at the forest having a long canter. There is a lack of good hacking options in the area, but he has proven himself happy to do roadwork at our last yard (aged 4).

He loves to jump and finds it very easy, as I no longer enjoy jumping, I have a friend that comes to do that with him regularly. We took him to an arena hire with a course of show jumps and he enjoyed the challenge without becoming distracted.

I have predominately trained him for my first love of dressage and this year he has qualified easily for Pet Plan Regionals at Novice Level. Training at home for Elementary Level with some baby half passes and even some half steps. He is always ridden in a snaffle.

At this time, he lives out 24/7 but he has lived in a more conventional yard environment which he was also fine in but he thrives living out as he is a busy character.

My choice has been to leave him barefoot and he has never worn shoes. However, he is great with the Farrier.

He travels happily and relaxed in my little lorry. Also now happily in a trailer

Ben is a very kind and genuine horse who loves people. He is like owning your very own Ferrari with 4 legs. Always willing to be ridden and puts a smile on your face every time you sit on him. I have owned him since he was 2 yrs old and he was very easy to back and ride away. I have spent a lot of my time getting him out into the world and he really enjoys a good day at the forest having a long canter. There is a lack of good hacking options in the area, but he has proven himself happy to do roadwork at our last yard (aged 4).

He loves to jump and finds it very easy, as I no longer enjoy jumping, I have a friend that comes to do that with him regularly. We took him to an arena hire with a course of show jumps and he enjoyed the challenge without becoming distracted.

I have predominately trained him for my first love of dressage and this year he has qualified easily for Pet Plan Regionals at Novice Level. Training at home for Elementary Level with some baby half passes and even some half steps. He is always ridden in a snaffle.

At this time, he lives out 24/7 but he has lived in a more conventional yard environment which he was also fine in but he thrives living out as he is a busy character.

My choice has been to leave him barefoot and he has never worn shoes. However, he is great with the Farrier.

He travels happily and relaxed in my little lorry. Also now happily in a trailer

I have made this hard decision to sell him as I believe he needs a younger braver rider that can help him fulfil his potential. A client has just taken him away to a 3 day show after only riding him 4 times and has had a great time with him.

Danaway Sontoro- ‘Matty’ is a gorgeous 13.1 6yo Welsh Section C with a big personality and lots of love to give.

Matty is good to catch, teeth, farrier (he is barefoot with great feet), load, travel and bath. We haven’t clipped him since he’s been with us. He is up to date with everything.

He is now ready to go out and explore the world with a new rider. He has a fabulous scopey jump and naturally takes you confidently into a fence, he really lights up when he starts jumping!

Schools well but is green on the flat.

Corkie is unfortunately for sale due to me having an accident and unable to ride for the foreseeable future. I bought him to produce as an eventer/Hunter/ Allrounder.

He has been XC schooling a few times and is brave, jumps logs, ditches, hedges no problem.

He has been to clear round show jumping, easy and level headed in a competitive environment.

He is schooling well for age, rides in an outline, basics are known but definitely has loads to work on.

He is good to hack, not keen on bikes if they are coming really fast, but fine if they slow down. Great in open spaces, isn’t strong happy at the back or front.

He has hunted, done fun rides, beach rides, does all of this very well.

He loads and travels well on Anything, up to date with vaccs, farrier, dentist, physio.
