15.1hh Connemara gelding by Tempo Active Atlas. Attractive 6 year old with lovely paces.

Echo has been out showjumping and cross country recently. He schools well on the flat too so shows great potential for a future in grassroots eventing. He is very bold to a fence, jumping fillers, water trays etc.

He is great hacking, very good in traffic and open spaces. With or without company.

He is very easy to handle on the ground, with a very laid back attitude. He gets on well with any horse he is turned out with.

Ridden wise, he would be suited to a confident, quiet and well balanced rider to get the best out of him.

Good to shoe, clip etc and great with vets/farriers. He really is a very sweet boy!

A true gentleman Joey is, with a heart as kind as his eye. Owned and loved for the past four years, Joey has spent his time enjoying exactly the sort of life Thoroughbreds thrive in after racing. From happy hacking to hunting and cross-country adventures, he has proven himself to be a genuine, versatile horse who simply enjoys having a job and being out exploring the world.

In the hunting field, Joey is bold, forward-going, and fun without being strong or silly. Out hacking he’s the type that gives you confidence to go and enjoy yourself, covering the ground beautifully with his big, comfortable stride. He isn’t a novice ride purely because he is intelligent and switched on, not because he’s naughty or difficult. In the right hands he is an absolute pleasure and forms a real partnership with his rider.

Standing at a solid 16.2hh, Joey comfortably carries a taller rider and has plenty of substance to him. He has excellent manners on the ground, is good to clip, good for the farrier, and travels beautifully in both trailers and lorries. His teeth are maintained regularly without fail, his feet are strong and reliable, and he keeps his shoes on with no fuss.

Most importantly, Joey is clean and sound with no vices, lumps, bumps, sarcoids, ulcers, or known issues.

And as if he couldn’t get any sweeter, he has the most beautiful little heart-shaped star on his forehead that everybody falls in love with instantly.

Having only raced once, Joey is also eligible for RoR/R2R classes, opening even more doors for his future home.

This is the sort of horse that becomes someone’s best friend. A genuine, much-loved gelding looking for his next adventure and a home where he’ll continue to be appreciated for the kind, honest horse he is.

Maggie, a 16HH 2011 Thoroughbred Mare standing at one of our professional breeding yards.

Maggie is the kind of horse that reminds you why people fall in love with Thoroughbreds in the first place.

Standing at a lovely 16hh, she is a beautiful mare with a gentle nature and the sort of calm, kind temperament that makes you instantly feel at ease around her. She raced back in 2019 but has not been ridden since, simply because life took her in a different direction. Even then, she was always incredibly quiet and easy to deal with, and we believe she would be very straightforward to bring back into work for someone wanting a sensible, enjoyable horse to produce at their own pace.

She has absolutely no vices, lumps, or bumps and has spent her time since racing enjoying life and becoming a wonderful broodmare, producing two lovely foals. She has been a fantastic mother and would equally suit someone looking for a future breeding mare or a kind all-round family horse to love and enjoy.

What we adore most about Maggie is how versatile she is. She doesn’t feel like a “one job only” horse. She feels like the sort of mare that could slot beautifully into almost any home. Whether that’s a quiet family homestead, a hacking home, a smallholding, fun rides, happy days exploring the countryside, or simply being someone’s treasured best friend who gets endlessly spoiled with treats and attention.

We are in no rush whatsoever to move her on, and she is more than welcome to stay here living a peaceful and happy life with us forever. But we thought we would put some feelers out in the hope that there may be someone special looking for a mare exactly like her. A home where she’ll be fussed over, adored, taken on relaxed hacks, and truly become part of the family.

Horses like Maggie don’t need big flashy sales pitches. She’s simply honest, kind-hearted, and the type of mare that deserves a soft landing and a lovely future.

Door to Door Transport Available Weekly to the UK

Rusty, also known as Blaze, wasn’t bred to be ordinary but somewhere along the line, it became clear he wasn’t meant for the racing world either.

From the start he was the soft one. While others were sharp and switched on for speed, Rusty was the foal that leaned into people, the one who stayed a second longer for a scratch, the one that would rather connect than compete. He grew up being loved, and it shows in everything he does.

Rusty has never raced, not because he couldn’t, but because he’s simply too kind for that life. There’s no edge to him, no hardness, ojust a genuinely sweet, affectionate horse who wants to be someone’s partner, not a number.

He’s a lovely, correct type with a clean bill of health, no issues, no drama. But what really sets him apart is his nature. He’s the kind that will rest his head over your shoulder like he belongs there, quietly asking for a moment of your time. The kind that makes you slow down without even realising it.

Out in the field with his mates, he’s easy, relaxed, and content. Although… he has worked out how to sneak under a chained stable door when it suits him, which says a lot about his curious little personality ??

We’re reducing numbers in the yard, and Rusty is one we’ve chosen not to run. Not because he lacks quality, but because he deserves a different kind of life. One where he’s valued for who he is, not what he can win.

There’s something special about him. He feels like a blank page waiting for the right person to write the next chapter… whether that’s a gentle project, or a fun all-rounder. He’s had time off, so he’ll need bringing back into work, but his temperament makes him the kind you’d actually enjoy doing that with.

If he sounds like your kind of horse, or someone you know has been quietly looking for “that one”… just message me

Star, 16.1HH 2017 Thoroughbred Mare

Some horses are simply easy to love, and Star is exactly that kind of mare. The sort who quietly follows you around the yard, stands patiently while being fussed over, and gives you the feeling that she genuinely wants to be your partner.

Currently based at one of our race yards in Ireland, Star is now ready to leave racing behind and begin the next chapter of her life with someone special. She is clean, sound, and free from vices, with a kind, sensible temperament that makes her a pleasure to have around in every way.

Under saddle she is safe, willing, and uncomplicated. She hacks happily, enjoys her jumping, and would equally suit someone wanting to hunt, show jump, pleasure ride, or simply enjoy a lovely all-round horse. She has the brain and attitude that so many people search endlessly for in a Thoroughbred.

What truly makes Star stand out is her nature. She is incredibly sweet and caring, gentle around children, calm around other animals, and the type of mare who settles into a family environment beautifully. She isn’t sharp or difficult. She is honest, affectionate, and wants to please.

Star has all the elegance and athleticism of a Thoroughbred, paired with the temperament people dream of finding. She has so much more to give, and we would love to see her find a forever home where she can truly shine outside of racing.

Red, a 16.2HH 2018 Thoroughbred Gelding standing at one of our professional racing yards in Kent.
Vettings and viewings most welcomed
Door to Door Transport Available Weekly

Red isn’t just stepping out of racing he’s stepping into his next story and he’s ready to make it a good one.

There are horses who run because they’re trained to, and then there are horses like Red… the ones who give. The ones who show up, race after race, ears pricked, heart wide open, always finding a little bit more when you ask. Red has been that horse for us. A yard favourite. A winner in every sense of the word.

Now, his racing chapter has closed, not with a question mark, but with a full stop and a proud underline. And what comes next? That’s where the magic is waiting.

Red is at the very beginning of his retraining journey, like an athlete swapping stadium lights for open fields and coloured poles. He’s already showing a natural curiosity for his new job he’s popped a fence, enjoyed it, and is starting to understand that life after racing is just as exciting, just written in a different language.

He’s a forward ride, the kind that makes you feel alive the moment you pick up the reins, yet always ridden in a snaffle and never strong. Yes, he can feel fresh, think of it as enthusiasm rather than edge but there’s no malice in him. No tricks, no temper. No rearing, no bucking. Just a willing horse who enjoys having a job and thrives on direction.

Because of where he is in his retraining, Red will suit an experienced rider, someone who sees not just what he is today, but what he’s quietly becoming. A RoR prospect with real substance. A horse with a proper engine, a kind brain, and a work ethic you can’t manufacture.

And behind all of that? A solid, honest individual:

* No vices
* No racing injuries
* No sarcoids
* Good, strong feet
* Excellent in traffic
* Easy to clip, shoe, and handle
* Straightforward, gentlemanly stable manners

He’s the kind of horse that has always stood up to his work, tough, genuine, and dependable.

But more than anything, Red deserves a home that matches what he’s given. A place where he isn’t just another horse in the stable, but someone’s horse. His forever person.

We would love to stay part of his journey, to see where his next chapter takes him whether that’s the show ring, the hunting field, or simply a life well-loved and well-lived.

Because horses like Red don’t come along every day.

And his best days?
They’re still ahead of him.

Clan, a 16.1HH 2018 Thoroughbred Gelding standing at one of our professional racing yards in Ireland.
Vettings and viewings most welcomed
Door to Door Transport Available Weekly

Clan is a striking 8 year old bay gelding standing at 16.1hh, with the kind of natural elegance and quiet confidence that makes people stop what they’re doing just to watch him go by. He carries himself beautifully, almost as if he already knows he was made for a bigger chapter beyond racing.

Having raced as recently as last week, Clan has simply told us, in the honest way horses do, that his heart is no longer in the racing world. And there is something incredibly special about horses like him because when the racing pressure is lifted, you begin to see who they really are underneath it all.

What we discovered is a genuinely kind, sweet-natured horse with impeccable manners and a temperament that is an absolute pleasure to have around. He is safe, sensible and beautifully uncomplicated to ride. A horse that gives you confidence. He tries for his rider, listens, learns quickly and gives you that rare feeling every rider searches for… trust.

Clan has all the ingredients to excel in a new career. He is a lovely jumper with scope and balance, moves beautifully enough for dressage, and has the athleticism and attitude to event successfully. Equally, he has the presence, frame and elegance to absolutely shine in the showing world. Truthfully, this is the type of horse you can take in almost any direction and have enormous fun doing it.

He isn’t just talented, he is versatile. The sort of horse who will happily become somebody’s best friend, competition partner, confidence giver or all-round dream horse rolled into one.

For me personally, Clan is exactly the kind of horse I love placing with my riders. Honest horses are worth their weight in gold, and he has that rare combination of quality, brain and kindness that is becoming harder and harder to find.

He deserves a home where he can truly flourish and be appreciated for the incredible horse he is beyond the racetrack. And I genuinely believe whoever ends up with Clan will feel very lucky the moment they sit on him.

Our Beautiful little Maggie is sadly looking for her next small person to Love her just as much as we do.

12.2h 16 year old, Chinook Magdalene, Maggie.

Maggie’s been my daughter’s best friend the last 4 years, we purchased her as a LR pony for my then 6 year old daughter. She’s suited to a lr job and has helped many a little rider to get going. My daughter is now happily galloping down the beach with her without a care in the world. Off the lead rein she does need riding more so a more confident jockey,

She loves to be out hacking on and off the lead rein. She’s happy at the back and will go upfront and will lead from another horse. We’re often on very busy roads, not phased by tractors, lorries etc.

She has previously been shown, (its just not our thing)

2nd Royal International as a 5 year old

Qualified for hoys and RI as FR 7 year old

Did LR bsps for few years and has been on loan to a riding school before we purchased her as a 12year old.

Good for fun rides and beach rides, good in open spaces. Never bolted reared bucked.

The children do everything to look after her, even my non horsey boys. I’ve tried so hard to make them be interested but unfortunately they’d rather play rugby, so sadly Mags is now out grown by my daughter and looking for a new home.

Good with farrier Dentist , good to catch, bath, groom. Currently out with mares but has been in a mixed herd. Respects fencing. She does crib occasionally, but never out in the field. She does pull faces when being tacked up. She is a mare so does need time to trust you, but once she does she’s the sweetest.

Soooo many pics and videos of my little girl having the most amazing childhood with her best friend!!! Please what’s app on 07734382779

This is extremely upsetting for all of us. So no time wasters please, low Mid 4’s open to offers for the right home

  • The complete package: talented, trainable and exceptionally easy to manage.

Bell is a beautiful 15.1hh, 5-year-old Irish Sport Horse mare with an exceptional temperament and a growing competition record across multiple disciplines. Carefully and correctly produced, she combines a kind, willing attitude with the rideability and trainability to progress in any discipline.

Backed in November 2024 and produced slowly and carefully by myself, an experienced rider who has produced and competed horses up to 1.10m showjumping and Elementary dressage, Bell has already gained experience in dressage, showjumping, cross-country and eventing. She is proving herself to be an exciting prospect while remaining remarkably sensible, straightforward and easy to manage.

What truly sets Bell apart is her attitude. She possesses the sort of temperament that is difficult to find in a young horse. She takes everything in her stride and is genuinely unfazed by new experiences. She recently attended her first one-day event in the 70cm class at a completely new venue, travelling away from home for the first time. The occasion did not bother her in the slightest; she behaved as though she had been doing it for years, producing clear showjumping and cross-country rounds and finishing 5th out of 13 overall.

Bell recently enjoyed a highly successful run of competitions, winning the 70cm Eventers Challenge and finishing 2nd in the 80cm Eventers Challenge, qualifying for the Sunshine Tour Championships at Hickstead in September 2026. She also placed 4th out of 8 in Prelim 5 dressage, demonstrating her versatility and competitiveness across multiple disciplines. Most recently, she finished 4th in the 80cm showjumping with a clear round and 5th in her first ever 90cm showjumping class.

Bell has been produced slowly and correctly, with her confidence, physical development and long-term future always prioritised. While she has attended selected dressage and showjumping competitions, as well as cross-country schooling sessions throughout her education, her competition schedule has deliberately been kept light. Since her very first competition as a 4-year-old, she has consistently demonstrated a brilliant attitude, taking the atmosphere and new environments completely in her stride. She was initially taken to competitions simply to gain experience and have positive outings, rather than to chase results or progress quickly through the levels. As a result, she remains a relaxed, willing and enthusiastic young horse who genuinely enjoys her work and takes new challenges in her stride. Having established a solid foundation and gained valuable experience, she is now ready to continue progressing with her next rider and fulfil her considerable potential.

Bell has also participated in several university and industry research projects involving biomechanics, saddle fitting, nutrition, massage and rider analysis, where her sensible temperament and willingness made her an ideal participant. As part of these studies, she has been fitted with a wide range of specialist equipment and sensors that many horses would find unusual. Bell has consistently taken everything in her stride, standing quietly, accepting unfamiliar equipment without concern, and proving herself to be exceptionally sensible, adaptable and easy to work with.

Under saddle, Bell is genuine, straightforward and willing. She is ridden in a snaffle at all times, is responsive without being sharp, and is not strong, silly or complicated. She works in a soft contact with three balanced paces and is establishing a correct foundation on the flat. She has started lateral work, including leg yield and shoulder-in, and continues to improve with every session.

Over fences, Bell is brave, careful and honest. She is not bothered by fillers, takes new questions in her stride, and has shown a natural technique over a fence. Cross-country, she confidently tackles ditches, steps, water and a variety of solid fences with a willing attitude.

She hacks happily alone or in company and is good in traffic, including lorries, tractors, cars, cyclists and motorbikes. She is not spooky or reactive and genuinely enjoys her work.

On the ground, Bell is a pleasure to have around. She is easy to catch, groom, tack up, clip, shoe, load and travel. She has excellent stable manners and is polite, kind and straightforward to manage day-to-day.

Bell would suit a competent amateur, ambitious Riding Club member, Pony Club rider or grassroots eventer looking for a genuine young horse with an exceptional brain and all the ingredients to continue progressing in dressage, showjumping or eventing.

Recent results (June 2026):

Chocolate Chip Jerry

13hh | 7-Year-Old Traditional Cob Gelding Tadley, Basingstoke

Jerry is a lovely, heavyweight traditional cob looking for his next home. Standing at 13hh and 7 years old, he is a genuine family pony who enjoys schooling and off-road hacking, with the potential to make a fantastic Pony Club pony.

A kind, straightforward pony to handle and manage, Jerry is easy to do in all respects and has a willing attitude. He is currently fully shod but could easily go barefoot.

Jerry has previously been driven; however, due to being traffic shy, we feel he is best suited to a ridden home with access to off-road hacking rather than regular roadwork. He would make a great partner for someone looking for a fun, safe pony for schooling, hacking, pleasure rides, and family activities.

As Jerry continues his education and gains more mileage, his price will increase accordingly.

A genuine, honest pony with plenty to offer, looking for a loving and suitable home where he can continue to thrive and be enjoyed. Serious enquiries only.

A very handsome gelding aged 13, standing at 15H.

Has mostly been hacked around farm and countryside, alone and in company. Can ride and lead, and has been taken to arenas, pony camp and has had a go at cross country jumps and show jumping (not competitively). Loves his water play!

Relatively inexperienced in wider activities due to late backing, so needs a quiet knowledgeable home with lots of love and patience due to an anxious nature and requires a calm, confident rider, not a novice or beginner. Currently ridden by a 15 year old.

Good to handle and currently lives with a young mare. Good to groom, clip, fuss and cuddle but can be sensitive around his ears.

Would enjoy a quiet hacking life but open to new experiences, looking for a fun time. Comes with fully fitted tack.

Joey, a 16.2HH 2016 Thoroughbred Gelding standing at one of our BTT members livery yards.

Vettings and viewings most welcomed

Door to Door Transport Available Weekly

Vettings and viewings most welcomed

Door to Door Transport Available Weekly

Vettings and viewings most welcomed

* No vices
* No racing injuries
* No sarcoids
* Good, strong feet
* Excellent in traffic
* Easy to clip, shoe, and handle
* Straightforward, gentlemanly stable manners

By Fuerst Belissaro (Furstenball) out of a Hochadel mare.

Quality tall 4yo gelding who has been slowly and sympathetically started because of his size.

He has three ground covering paces and an easy going trainable nature. Forward going and responsive ride without being sharp.

Ready to go and start seeing the world - hacks out and done polework. Good for the farrier, to clip etc

Whilst he wouldn’t be for a novice due to his size and paces, he would be perfect for a competent amateur because of his exceptional temperament.

• 5th/13, 70cm One-Day Event (clear SJ & XC)

• 1st/5, 70cm Eventers Challenge (clear round, Sunshine Tour Championships Qualification)

• 2nd/7, 80cm Eventers Challenge (Sunshine Tour Championships Qualification)

• 4th/8, Preliminary Test 5 Dressage (62.14%)

• Preliminary Test 2 Dressage (65.22%)

• 4th, 80cm Showjumping (clear round)

• 5th, first ever 90cm Showjumping

A much-loved mare who is only for sale as I am relocating and focusing on my career. She deserves a home where she can continue her education and fulfil her obvious potential.

Up to date with vaccinations, worming, farrier and dentistry.

Extensive videos of Bell are available on YouTube, including flatwork, dressage, showjumping, cross-country, eventing, hacking, loading, handling and general day-to-day management.

The videos are organised with detailed timestamps in the description, allowing you to jump directly to the sections you wish to view.
