He is not the finished article but is very willing, helpful and talented – he is extremely careful. Produced for eventing by top event rider and is a lovely balanced well schooled ride. 

He hunted two seasons in Ireland (including field mastering as a 4 yr old!!), and three seasons with the Beaufort. He is snaffle mouthed, very independent (has been used for trail laying as well as in the field for all three seasons – great out on his own and is good out on point). At just 5 years old he is schooling beautifully with three lovely correct paces (always commented on by the judges) Fully qualified for Areas and Regionals with all 7 qualifying scores at Prelim this year coming in his first 7 tests. The best thing I can say about him is that he's literally a pleasure to take out to a lesson or a competition. Travels quietly in both of my boxes either alone in a 3.5 or with other horses in the large wagon. Always stands quietly to be tacked up and requires very little working in and just gets on with his job. He has competed at many different venues both indoors and outdoors including Kelsall in the big indoor and Arena Uk in the outdoor with another horse nextdoor and he's never spooky or silly at judges/flower pots etc.

Lives out currently but during winter was just as happy in at night. Not needy in any way.

He has competed at many different venues both indoors and outdoors including Kelsall in the big indoor and Arena Uk in the outdoor with another horse nextdoor and he's never spooky or silly at judges/flower pots etc.

Lives out currently but during winter was just as happy in at night. Not needy in any way.

Someone is going to get a lovely young horse with an mature head on his shoulders who could turn into something really special. Open to any vet/x-rays etc. Never seen the vet in all the time I've had him.

• I'm looking for a horse to join our 2 other geldings for me to have fun on and to continue riding.

• Would have to be a gelding, age immaterial, but probably under 18.

I have ridden all my life, to include racing (p to p and on the flat), eventing, moderate dressage, SJ and even polo and polocrosse. But time has now caught up with me and I need a safe conveyance to keep me riding. I ride every day at the moment, but my special horse had to be put to sleep last week and I need to fill his shoes.



Whoever comes here to be with me would have wonderful private facilities, to include loads of off road riding, beautiful village scenery to admire. We have lots of old grassland grazing and huge stables, one of which is empty now.



He must load and travel alone, (I often go out alone) to join others hacking in the local forest. I take horses to the beach to enjoy Norfolk's lovely Holkham. My only problem is I don't have shed loads of money to buy my new best friend.
