I simply don't have the time he deserves to do him justice between work and other commitments.

Successfully shown as a youngster affiliated and un-affiliated. Passport over stamped by BSPA. Slowly backed last year as a 4yo then turned away. Brought back into work late spring/early summer this year. But I am already struggling to find time to consistently work him.

He has basic walk/trot/canter in the school. Hacks alone and in company (although still requires confidence on his own)
Did a little bit of jumping last year showing real potential very green when it comes to jumping and haven't yet had time to revisit it this year.

I’ve had him for over 5 years, he really is the best. he was my first horse and he’s done everything you can imagine, including showjumping, eventing, cross country, hunting, dressage, fun rides.

Lovely big moving, well bred horse who has the potential to excel in any sphere, unfortunately I am now 64 and he is proving just to much for me now. If I was 20 years younger he would be a keeper for sure.

I purchased him in the autumn of last year as a unbroken 4yr old, and backed him myself. He had a short break over the winter to allow him to mature, and has been in work since.

He works nicely in the school and is poping a small course proving to be very carefull.

He has a few baby attitude moments which are easily delt with, but can put in a few exuberant bucks when faced with an excitable situation, nothing nasty just a young sharp horse.

He needs an experienced, younger, sympathetic rider who can take him forward onto his career path. Unfortunately, 60 years of riding have taken a toll on my body, and he his never going to be an older ladies horse sadly. He can pull faces in the stable, but there is no malice in him.

On the ground he is an absolute saint to deal with — easy in every way. Loads and travels perfectly, you wouldn’t even know he was there.

Miley is a fit and forward competition pony and is absolutely not suitable for a novice rider. He would be perfect for a competent jockey wanting a quality all-rounder and competitive pony to continue enjoying and progressing with.

I’ve had him for over 5 years, he really is the best. he was my first horse and he’s done everything you can imagine, including showjumping, eventing, cross country, hunting, dressage, fun rides.

He has amazing flatwork and lovely paces. i’m now just looking for someone who loves him just as much as i do, and is happy mainly hacking and school work, just because of age and other factors.

Currently he is in light work, hacking a few times a week and he is very happy. the right person for him is imperative and the most important as this sale is through no fault of his own, just due to work commitments it’s impossible to keep him. he loves hacking, hacks alone or in company and is good to do in all ways, lives out at the moment but is happy doing whatever, turned out alone or with company and is up to date on everything (and very tidy in the stable which is a win)

He is a forward going ride, and has quite bouncy and uphill movements (amazing flat work) but he is overall very safe (i’ve had family members learn to ride on him) and rarely spooks.

Lovely big moving, well bred horse who has the potential to excel in any sphere, unfortunately I am now 64 and he is proving just to much for me now. If I was 20 years younger he would be a keeper for sure.

I purchased him in the autumn of last year as a unbroken 4yr old, and backed him myself. He had a short break over the winter to allow him to mature, and has been in work since.

He works nicely in the school and is poping a small course proving to be very carefull.

He has a few baby attitude moments which are easily delt with, but can put in a few exuberant bucks when faced with an excitable situation, nothing nasty just a young sharp horse.

He needs an experienced, younger, sympathetic rider who can take him forward onto his career path. Unfortunately, 60 years of riding have taken a toll on my body, and he his never going to be an older ladies horse sadly. He can pull faces in the stable, but there is no malice in him.

Miller has the competitive nature and sporting ability to give him the potential to go as far as his jockey would like.

This pony does everything and anything asked of him, giving 110% with everything he does. There isn’t anything he wouldn’t be capable of doing, would excel in any discipline with the right rider. He is ready to have plenty of fun and continue to progress.

He has hunted as well as done jumping comps and arena hires. I’ve done plenty of groundwork, long reining with the dog jumping out on him and lungeing over raised trot poles. He is such a careful jumper, always tries his hardest and gets the jockey out of trouble on any stride.

On the flat he has 3 lovely paces, holds himself very nicely in the canter especially. Always happy to learn and engage with any exercise he is presented with.

He’s got good bone, is fit and well. Really happy boy on the ground, great to groom all over and easy to handle. Miller really is the sweetest chap, loves attention and fuss. He’s wonderful to load and catch, absolutely fine alone or in company hacking, all over the farm past tractors etc. All up to date with vacs, worming and shoes. I’ve clipped him and taken him out int the truck to on my own.

Miley is a true schoolmaster and an exceptional all-round competition pony. A fit, talented pony with plenty of experience and scope, he has a fantastic attitude and is a really fun pony for someone to go out and enjoy.

He has clean limbs, excellent conformation, moves straight and is true to type. Miley is scopey and completely unfazed by fillers, water trays and all the questions you put in front of him. He absolutely loves his job and excels in working hunter, as well as cross country, showjumping and eventing in previous homes.

With me Miley has mainly focused on working hunter and flat showing where he has consistently brought home fantastic results, previous owners competed him in showjumping and eventing, and he holds both a BS (96) and BE record, although I have not pursued these disciplines with him myself.

Miley schools beautifully on the flat and is a pleasure to ride. He is an easy ride around novice workers and has plenty of ability/rides well enough up to open classes with scope to spare and this is where he is most comfortable. But for the bigger qualifiers he does require an accurate rider to get the best from him.

He hacks alone and in company. He can become a little more switched on in groups, but is never strong and absolutely never bolts.

On the ground he is an absolute saint to deal with — easy in every way. Loads and travels perfectly, you wouldn’t even know he was there.

Miley is a fit and forward competition pony and is absolutely not suitable for a novice rider. He would be perfect for a competent jockey wanting a quality all-rounder and competitive pony to continue enjoying and progressing with.
