Bought as a mounted games pony and she has been the best thing I've ever bought. Her career has been fully devoted to mounted games until she came to us. She is just wonderful, she knows the games and knows what is expected. Stands 100% still on the start line, stands for the equipment, stands for a changeover, will trot for a vault or stand for a stirrup. The only race thats a no go is the balloon pop.

With us she has had a much more varied life, She's simply a wonderful kids pony with just enough shetland qualities to keep life fun, but never unsettling.

Shes done pony club camp, rallies, fancy dress, sponsored rides, and lots of mounted games both pony club and MGA.

Shes taken to jumping very well, I'd never claim shes a show jumper in any form but she will toddle round little poles and Cross poles all day long. She can still be green at fillers, she will stop once, but jump on the 2nd go, but once she's seen it once, you'll be good to go. She is a shetland and she has just enough of the breed that the child will have to ride and use leg encouragement.

She's got a forward going walk trot and canter which may feel fast at first but shes pretty much has just that one speed. Great in traffic and open feilds.

Because of his age and lack of experience he still gets his confidence from his rider, so he gets a little worried on solo hacks and traffic and can sometimes be a bit cheeky in the school. No rearing, bucking or bronking, can discuss further. I have no doubt with a few more miles on the clock he will outgrow this behaviour.

She has some of the best bloodlines for someone who would hope to breed with eventing in mind, her dam raced well both in Ireland and the UK and has some of the best bloodlines going back to Nijinsky so she has a fantastic pedigree on both sides with plenty of blood and quality. She is well put together and moves beautifully.

She has had a vet history that we had fully treated, she has been completely sound now for 3 years after having treatment. We are more than happy to disclose this fully with potential buyers.

She loads easily but does prefer to travel in a 3.5t without a partition in. I have also travelled her in a 7.5t without a partition, but use the 3.5t mostly now as she loads and travels so happily this way.

She is a truly lovely mare who is being very much wasted looking very pretty in the field currently. She is an easy mare to keep, having been stabled and kept by my mum who is 5’4 and in her late 60’s for a couple of years before being turned away again. She lives happily either in or out, she wintered all last winter in the awful rain and mud and was never a bother. She is a good doer and easy to keep.
