Very sadly looking for new home after being hopelessly outgrown.

Many wins both affiliated and unaffiliated. Qualified bronze league finals 24 and 25 without chasing points, stepping stones final, cats & pipes, Sussex mini major. jumping springboard and would easily jump winters.

Very fast against the clock, honest and turns on sixpence. Loves an atmosphere, done spooktacular, 2nd pyecombe mini major, the list goes on. A really fun pony with a super temperament. Loves xc, jumped water ditches etc.

Hacks out alone and in company. Good to load, farrier, catch etc. my daughter rides him back and forth to the field bareback with no headcolllar. They have an amazing bond but a massive growth spurt means she is just so tall on him now. Looking for another child to build a bond with and go and have some fun.

Sara is a super fun straightforward pony. She is brave and careful round a course, will jump off of any stride and is very forgiving. She isn’t spooky or silly and isn’t fazed by fillers. She is a forward pony and can get a little strong so needs a confident rider with soft hands to get the best out of her.

She hacks alone and in company, has been on the beach, is brave out XC, has been hunting, has attended pony club and jumped BS. She is a true fun all rounder pony with an endless amount of scope. She schools lovely and would do a lovely dressage test and is learning her flying changes.

She is good to clip, load, shoe etc and is a real pleasure to have on the yard. She has lived both in and out in a herd of mares and is happy either way.

Nervous of farrier but i have her trimmed every 6 weeks she just needs patience bare foot with really good hooves.

Had the dentist last month she was very well behaved no sedation required no further treatment required just light rasp.

Travelled twice by same haulier for me 1 short haul 1 long haul behaved well on her own both times needed a lead to load but walked on fine.

Bad points.

Nappy wont go forwards on a hack goes backwards turns for home..

I was sold this mare as suitable as a family ride for any member of the family from a very reputeable seller .

When i tried her she was calm and willing though quite green. Sadly i only rode her in the school big Mistake i realise now. Hindsight is marvelous.

Initially i boarded her at a riding school and she was good in the school again green but willing left field mates to ride alone in the school no issues we hadnt hacked out at that point it was winter weather was harsh and the school seemed perfect. I had no worries.

Then I moved and we are living very rural on my own land which should have been perfect.

Only i found she wont hack out alone or in company some days shes better than others but we never get far out the drive. I can ride her on the drive up down back and forth but she wont leave home i never get far before the napping starts and we end up just going back and forth on the same stretch of road and ive now no school to keep her working.

Give her time i was advised so i have a year of it ..walking out in hand and long reining shes perfectly happy follows or leads just fine put a saddle on and nope not going away. Saddle fits had all tack checked had her back checked no issues found

The more i try and fail the more she thinks she can get away with this.

Im 70 disabled and over horsed i need to find her an experiened home where she will be ridden on theres no malice in her just sheer stubborness.

I paid 6k for her last sept. Im not going to realise that now and im preared to drop to 4.5k to find her a good home shes too young and inexperienced for me and my granddaughter shes a lovely big cob who deserves a job.

Has a small possible sarcoid behind girth doesnt interfere with girth or boot vet unconcerned about it and it hasnt changed in the year ive had her hes reluctant to interfere with it.

We are located in Benbecula Western Isles so its a ferry journey from Skye. Mallaig or Oban I know this sounds off putting but honestly its a fabulous trip and shes worth seeing these big cobs go for way more than im asking for i just need a nice home for her. Im being as open and honest as i can as i dont want anyone else to be miss sold and the mare get passed on again and again. Any quedtions please do contact me.

Ryder is a 6-year-old Clydesdale cross gelding with a heart as big as his personality. Currently standing between 15.3hh and 16hh (to be confirmed), he is an eye-catching, solid stamp of a horse who turns heads wherever he goes.
Originally bought for a client, sadly due to unexpected health issues (a third hip operation), she will no longer be able to ride — which is a real shame, as Ryder would have been ideal. Since then, I've continued his education and the more I do with him, the more I believe he’s capable of turning his hoof to anything — he’d even look a picture in the show ring.

Training & Temperament

Ryder was backed at 4 years old but then turned away for 18 months. I’ve given him a full restart and he’s now 12 weeks back under saddle, taking everything in his stride.

Cruz was bought as a just backed 4 year old and slowly produced for showjumping. My personal circumstances led to Cruz being placed on loan in August 2024 and sadly due to continuing personal circumstances, the decision has been made to find him his new forever home. This is a very sad sale and only serious enquiries will be considered so the best home can be found for this lovely boy.

In September 2024, Cruz successfully completed his first BE Event on a day ticket and in 2025, he is registered and so far this year he has completed four events, quickly moving up the grassroots ranks to BE100.

Cruz is a lovely horse to be around, and he would be a great reliable partner for someone to develop further or just go out and start having fun on. Although Cruz is 11 years old, he is very low mileage due to his career starting late. He has a huge scopey jump and is careful in the show jumping arena. He could excel as a pure show jumper and jumps 1.20m with ease. He is brave and unphased by anything new, he is a fast learner and quick thinking on the XC course. His dressage record is consistent with his most recent BE100 score being 30, and he has all the potential to be an extremely reliable event horse and move up through the senior ranks.

Cruz is brave and always happy to have a go at things that are new to him with pricked ears and a happy disposition. He is simple and adjustable enough to ride (having been ridden by a 5’4 girl and then a 6’2 boy on loan).

Cruz is very easy to do on the ground, good to load, catch, shoe, hacks and travels quietly alone or in company and travels well in trailers and lorries. He has been stabled alone but he is happier stabled with other horses around. He is an absolute pleasure and a gentleman to handle at a competition and very easy for one person to manage. He is happy and relaxed staying overnight away from home alone or in company. Cruz does need sedating for clipping and teeth.

Roo is the sweetest gentlest and most trustworthy horse. I’ve backed him quietly and slowly and he’s blossomed. He will be able to do anything required as he's amenable and loves to please.
He is super scopey, bold yet not strong and gives the rider confidence.
