For Sale - 18 year old Welsh X dark bay gelding 142cm.

Placed 7th at HOYS in 2023, and qualified for Hickstead JC class in 2024, this sweet and sensitive chap can jump the moon and gives his all to his jockey.

Having been treated for ulcers, Marley is now back on form and has 49 Fox points still available enough to take a rider again to the Fox second rounds and the JC Hickstead qualifier classes.

Not a novice ride, he would suit a quiet, competent sympathetic rider.

Current jockey is now too tall for him, and has moved onto horses.

Super sweet in the stable, to lead and handle for a child, good for dentist, to load and for farrier. Comes with saddle bridle and full wardrobe.

Priced to sell at £25,000 …. mild cataracts, recently assessed by ophthalmologist and deemed to be barely impacting vision, if at all.

Thatchers Jim Beam - Smart 138cm New Forest gelding. Jim is a 12 year old flashy liver chestnut gelding.

He is fast, fun and super sweet to handle. He is very brave and agile show jumping with lots of scope. He will go off any stride and never says no. He enjoys going out to shows and will stand politely on a lorry or trailer between classes. He would be perfect to BS with a competitive child.

He is very bold XC and will tackle all fences, including ditches, water, skinnies and drops.

He’s been lightly hunted and was amazing . He was very well mannered, good with hounds and happy to stand and wait at the meet.

He has competed in unaffiliated showing classes and dressage competitions and has always either won or been placed. He has lovely flashy paces and would make a super working hunter.

He is good to hack on roads and open spaces and has seen all traffic and farm machinery. He’s been on fun / sponsored rides and really enjoyed himself.

He is excellent on the ground and has been handled by a child for everything, including clipping, loading, bathing, tacking up, turning out etc. He is very cuddly and loves attention.

He is up to date with shoes, vaccinations, teeth and back.

Jim is fit and ready to have a brilliant summer with his new person. He would be the perfect step up for a confident child looking for a competitive pony or for a teenager/small adult wanting to have fun.

Jim has been in the same home for nearly 4 years but is now hopelessly outgrown. A 10 star home is essential and finding the right match for him is the priority. Please, no novices! He is a sensitive boy and forward into a fence so needs a confident, quiet rider to get the best from him.
