This foal combines the top genes of both sire and dam. Sire Don’t Touch Tiji Hero (Diamant de Semilly x Chin Chin) competed internationally under Gudrun Patteet but truly made his mark as a top-level stallion. His damline has produced numerous 1.60m showjumpers, including Thinka’s Hero, Verdini D’Houtveld Z, Gracieux du Pachis, and Akarad Hero. His offspring also impress: sport horses such as Dourkan Hero Z (Christian Ahlmann) and Desiree DR Z (Samuel Hutton) are already performing at the highest international level.

On the dam’s side, we find For Pleasure, a legendary stallion who made his name worldwide with Marcus Ehning and produced countless international showjumpers. This damline has repeatedly proven its quality: With some 1.60 horses as Sheikh and further back in the line we find the influential 1.60m approved stallion Acord I, as well as multiple other successful international horses.

Dam Ginger WZ (by Andiamo), also available in this auction, competed at 1.20m level. Granddam Pepper H (Holland x Haarlem) jumped 1.35m courses and gave the approved stallion Ulano-H (1.50m level with Sjak van Hedel, NED) and Felix BC (1.45m level with Ty Simpson, USA).

So this lovely big gelding is 50% thoroughbred he is 6 years old and about 16:2 . We bought him from Ireland where he had done some riding club and cross country. I believe he is meant to have also done some hunting.

He is green for his age  so he wouldn’t be suitable to a novice but this goes without saying . He’s got a very good nature. He is very lovely in the stable.

He is nice to ride, he is easy to a fence and he is very genuine. 

He did his first British novice yesterday he was very genuine and honest . He is very good to hack.

He is very good to clip , he is fantastic to travel. Alone or in company. 

He is really good to load . He is a lovely horse who is going to make somebody very happy. But he needs somebody to give him time. And unfortunately, this is something we cannot do as we don’t have the time with the amount of horses we have.

He passed a full vetting when I bought him and he’s hoping to be vetted again . The price only reflects a quick sale to the right home. As this is a lovely horse. A real genuine person who deserves a loving home.

Sire is a Connemara and out of a thoroughbred mare this is what we were told

We brought Mickey over from Ireland early late 2024 where he was green but willing, we did loads of arena hires, XC and SJ schooling as well as BS on a ticket. All he turned his hoof to effortlessly, showing he’s brave and athletic. 

We sold him to a lovely family that continued to produce him on to the wonderful allrounder he is now. He’s now offered for sale due to daughter is now off travelling.

We think he would be a cracking junior event horse or a wonderful competitive amateurs horse, he loves to work and is a loved kind boy. Not for a complete novice due to age / mileage 

He is so brave, he will literally jump whatever you put in front of him

He’s very rideable and very trainable 

He’s amazing to hack out and has no vices. The difference in a year of this horse is wonderful to see and a testament to his super temperament 

He is an XC machine and just so much fun in all activities
