A horse with a heart of gold
Reduced to find a home as lacking stables going into winter
Flint approx 17.3 13yrs gelding with chin chin x goodtimes bloodlines
This horse is the most genuine chap I’ve ever ridden, he has the biggest heart and even though he’s a big horse, would never use that against you.
Jumped up to foxhunter in his younger years then went and enjoyed some arena eventing
Recently picked up his jumping career again proving to be consistent and mr reliable.
This horse will always jump from A to B , if you can see your shot - that’s cool and if not , he can! If your wrong, don’t worry about that either!
Not spooky , will jump any fence or tray from anywhere.
Recently placed at scope festival and qualified for 2 finals at arena uk just last week.
Jumped clear every day at western lawns prior
This horse is safe , enjoys his job and doesn’t get ‘ hot ‘ in big crowds
I have recently jumped him in the Friday night accumulater at arena uk with a huge atmosphere, being first in meant the crowd went mental and he loved it! He loved all the attention
Hacks alone and in company
Schools nicely on the flat, super balanced canter which is really adjustable.
Flint can be strong but isn’t at all sharp or naughty. Ridden by a petite lady
No stable vices
He does have mild stringhalt and can become stiff in the stable however we control this with plenty of turn out , walks out if he’s in a lot and a feed supplement. He has regular physio so I’d like him to be looked after like we have , he truely deserves it
He also feels a lot happier when he’s been in the Premier Equine International Ltd magnetic rug , he feels about 5yrs old after wearing that!
Farrier has no issues doing his feet either.
A wonderful horse who is a yard favourite , hacked and schooled by my girls at home
Everyone wants to look after and ride this
The whole yard will be sad to wave him goodbye but sadly I can’t keep them all through the winter and I would love to see him in a long term home who loves him as much as we do.
Open to an offer to see him settled into his new home.
I promise that he will put a smile on you’re face
Ideally don’t want him vetted as he will fail with the stringhalt anyways however if someone must vet him then it can be discussed
