Complete blank canvas for somebody to put their own stamp on.

She will go far in the right hands, would be a good one for eventing.

‘Can you see her’ aka Pearl is a beautiful 16.2hh big framed thoroughbred with good bone.

We picked her up in Nov 2024 after a tendon injury ended her promising race career, she was sound and ready to start her dressage career. Despite a promising start BD, 28 points from 5 outings scoring +70%, she picked up a tweak so we gave her the summer off as companion for young stock. Despite 2 attempts to bring her back into work over the winter, she’s not 100% sound and we don’t have the time or space to keep her.

Perhaps with 121 time and effort to rehab she could come good again, or with her breeding and temperament she’d make a lovely broodmare.

Home is far more important than money, although some contribution would be appreciated, she deserves a good life.

We’re looking for a forever home for our 16.1hh 6 year old gelding post racing. He’d be well suited to all disciplines due to his easy going mannerisms.

He’s polite to be around in all aspects, good to load, shoe, clip etc. He’s a very laid back horse without having the typical thoroughbred mindset.

Since retiring from the track he hasn’t done much retraining, however he will take anything in his stride that is asked of him.

He’d be perfect for a novice wanting to learn together, or even someone wanting to hack and have some fun with.

I am advertising him on behalf of my dad, please message the mobile number provided for him to answer any enquiries.

Porsche – quality that lives up to her name

A well put together, quality mare who has been trained and raced under the same ownership since a youngster, with references available to confirm her kind and genuine nature. Porsche is a lovely person to have around—easy to handle and kind enough for a competent teenager, yet with the talent and ability to progress up the levels in eventing or other disciplines.

She has run twice and has been nicely produced without being overdone. Now ready to move on and start her next career.

Porsche shows a very natural, athletic jump with a powerful hind end and plenty of scope. She has attended arena hires and is confidently jumping fillers, and has also been on farm rides where she has jumped everything asked cross country, including ditches, showing a brave and willing attitude.

Good in traffic, happily passing lorries without hesitation (videos available). She is green in the school but proving to be a quick learner and is improving with each ride as her education continues.

She has a very minor splint to the front leg, not visible to the eye and only felt, with no impact on her performance.

A lovely quality, honest blank canvas at a great age—ready for someone to put their own stamp on and produce further. A really exciting prospect for the future.

Celestial Horizon – 8yo Chunky TB Gelding (by Fastnet Rock)

A genuinely lovely, kind-natured Thoroughbred who stands out for all the right reasons. Celestial Horizon is one of the sweetest horses you’ll come across – easy, willing, and always trying to please. He takes everything new in his stride and has been straightforward throughout his retraining.

A pleasure to have on the yard – happily stands to be bathed loose (and thoroughly enjoys it!), good to handle, and has a fun, cheeky personality. During his racing career he was trusted enough to be hacked by the trainer’s children, which says a lot about his temperament. He has also hunted with his racing trainer, completing full days out.

He is impeccably mannered – doesn’t kick, bite, pull, shove or anything of the sort. He ran just two weeks ago and has already switched off from racing life, now keen and ready to learn his next job.

Hacks alone and in company
Done farm rides
Hunted – full days
Excellent in traffic
Not strong in any way
No vices or injuries
Easy, genuine ride

He has a very minor splint on the front he’s had his whole life – purely cosmetic and causes no issues, but worth noting he wouldn’t be a HOYS-level showing prospect.

Open to vetting. Delivery can be arranged.

A straightforward, kind horse who would be ideal for a teenager or amateur to continue producing and enjoy. Someone is going to have a lot of fun with this lovely gelding.

Henry — 16.2hh | 8-year-old Thoroughbred Bay GeldingHenry is a kind-natured gelding with plenty of personality who enjoys attention and aims to please. He is good to handle and has been introduced to a variety of activities including arena hires, showjumping competitions, cross-country schooling, hunter trials, and dressage.

I have taken things slowly with Henry, he needs consistent work as he can become spooky, particularly in the winter. Lack of time and consistency is the only reason for this difficult sale.

Henry has competed in dressage and has been placed numerous times with positive comments from judges. There is no reason he couldn’t excel in pure dressage. He enjoys jumping but takes confidence from his rider. He has also schooled cross-country, seen ditches and water, he would make a lovely eventing prospect. He was recently placed 4th in his last 80cm showjumping competition.

He hacks alone and in company and is good with traffic. He has also been used to give confidence to more nervous horses. Henry loads and travels well in both the trailer and wagon and will stand whilst another horse leaves.

Henry’s quirks are typical of a Thoroughbred. He can be excitable so is not a novice ride. He has been known to throw a buck in winter and can get excitable once arrived at an event, but settles once working. He would suit a confident, sympathetic rider and a quieter yard, please don’t enquire if your on a busy livery yard.

Henry has a splint on his front leg which has never caused issues. He passed a 3* vetting two years ago and is open to further vetting. Up to date with vaccinations, teeth, worming, physio, and saddler.

No dealers or novices. Knowledgeable, forever home sought where he is not going to be passed around, if I had more time and could be more consistent with him, he wouldn’t be going anywhere. Homes will be vetted and references required.

Comes with full wardrobe and bridle, saddle negotiable. Plenty of videos/pictures on request.

16.3hh TB Gelding

Beautiful “Ya By Hey By” (Harry) is a 8 year-old Thoroughbred gelding standing approximately 16.3hh. He is by the well-known sire Notnowcato, a Group 1 winner.

Harry is a loving , kind-natured horse who is now settled into life after racing last year and ready to continue his education. He is currently being ridden and is proving to be straightforward and willing.

He hacks out alone and in Company and is good to handle on the ground. He has a sweet temperament, very kind and enjoys attention. He would suit someone looking for a genuine horse to continue producing for general riding with further schooling. Harry like most ex -racers can be forward going, so will need a confident rider.

Harry is in good condition and has been well cared for and spoilt. Feeding and routine carefully managed. Up to date with Vacs and dentist. Good to shoe and box.

This is a genuine sad sale due to change in circumstances, and a 5*, competent rider home is very important. Open to any X-rays and vetting.

Stunning 7yo 16,1 Chestnut Mare – ROR / Event / Riding Club Prospect. By Ulysses x Penny Lane Forever

Ren is a beautiful 7-year-old chestnut mare, retired from racing in February 2024 and carefully retrained since. Having previously ridden her as a work rider, I brought her home to give her the time and education for a new career. We have been cross-country Schooling where she has been super brave and would be fun to team chase.

She is a quality type with exceptional movement, naturally balanced paces and the presence to really stand out. Ren would make a super RoR prospect, riding club horse, event type or all-rounder for someone looking to produce a talented mare.

Fantastic breeding – Ulysses lines
Beautiful, balanced paces
ROR / Event / Dressage prospect
Hacks happily alone or in company
Kind nature and enjoys her routine and ridden Work.

Unfortunately, due to lack of time she's looking for her Next partner. She is fit and ready to go.

A genuine, eye-catching mare with huge potential in the right hands.

16.2hh | 11yo | Mare | Allrounder / Riding Club Type

Rabbit is a genuine, forward-going mare who thrives in a varied lifestyle and enjoys having a job to do. A fun and capable allrounder for a confident rider.

She has attended shows, clinics, and XC hires, proving to be a bold and willing partner with a big, scopey jump.

Rabbit schools nicely on the flat and works well in an arena, but is happiest out and about. She is excellent to hack alone and in company, sensible in traffic, and takes everything in her stride.

Forward-going, so not suitable for novices, but genuine and rewarding in the right hands.
Lovely manners and easy to do. Lives out or stabled.

A smart, enjoyable horse ready for someone to have fun with.

Dream is a lovely Thoroughbred mare who has been patiently waiting for her forever home since arriving with us in October 2025 from an Irish horse charity. An ex-racer with a gentle heart, she is now ready to enjoy a calm, companion-only life.

She is sweet-natured and affectionate, enjoys grooming, and forms lovely bonds with her people. While she can feel a little anxious in new situations at first, Dream settles well with quiet, consistent handling and soon shows her kind, steady nature.

Dream lives out happily in a mixed herd and would be best suited to a home where she can continue living out. She isn’t a fan of traditional stabling, so an open barn or free access to shelter will suit her best.

Dream is looking for a peaceful, understanding home where she can truly relax and feel secure. She has been waiting a while for the right person – could that be you?

Honey
4yo Chestnut Thoroughbred Mare, absolute head turner!

Project, ready for someone to put their own stamp on.

A beautiful 4-year-old chestnut ex-racehorse mare with all the presence and “bling” to stand out wherever she goes.

Recently retired sound from the flat, she has been given time to let down and mature over the winter where she has come to me to put condition back on and is now back in work and showing a lovely, willing attitude under saddle.

She is green, as expected for her age, but incredibly straightforward and genuine. A naturally kind and easy ride, she is proving to be a very sweet, trainable young horse who just wants to please.

Her temperament is exceptional she is the sweetest mare with no malice whatsoever. She never pulls a face or lifts a leg and is a pleasure to handle in every way.

She has a lovely outlook on life and is taking everything in her stride. A genuine, kind young mare ready for someone to continue producing and put their own stamp on.

A super opportunity to acquire a quality, unspoilt horse with all the right attributes.

Serious enquiries only.

16.3, 7yo (8 in May), tb gelding looking for a competition home.

Milo has a fantastic personality and is an absolute gentleman to handle. Brilliant for the farrier and dentist, loads and travels well and is perfect to clip.

Prior to coming to me Milo had participated in all pc activities, dressage and popped round courses of 90/1m happily with all fillers.

He hacks alone but would require a competent rider to give him confidence. In company he is happy to lead or follow and does this on a daily basis. He is very good in traffic and is use to larger vehicles but given the choice he’d rather be in an arena competing.

Milo really comes to life in the arena. He loves to have a job and lights up when the poles come out. He will happily stand in the arena and watch other horses working round him.

He is forward going and responsive with a big trot and lovely canter but can also turn on a sixpence.

In large open spaces Milo can be sharp and has bucked. For this reason he will only be sold to a competent rider and one that wants to produce him further whilst giving him the confidence to meet his full potential.

Since being with me Milo has attended 2 Somerford RoR camps, farm rides, arena hires and RoR club nights where he has behaved impeccable. We have hacked out across moors, through woodlands and country roads

I bought Milo naively as a complete novice. He is my first horse and has introduced me to everything including poles, grids and small jumps. His ability far outweighs mine! I have been having weekly lessons on him and he has been fantastic but I just don’t feel I have the skills and or ability to give him what he needs.

No stable vices, lumps or bumps. He passed a 5*vetting in August 2025 but would welcome any vetting or vet check. He is extremely fit and in full time work.
Up to date with everything.

All questions will be answered honestly
No novices please. He needs to be allowed to reach his full potential with an experienced owner/rider

A lovely horse who always tries his best, he's been out unaffiliated eventing at 90cm all last season, improving every time.

He has a nice bold jump with plenty of scope and would make a lovely grassroots horse. Cecil loves hacking and will go first, last or alone and he's not fazed by traffic. He does thrive off a routine, however, he is safe enough to give him a few days easy and then get back on.

He would be an ideal mother/daughter share or a low level competition home.

Coco is a super fun little mare with so much ability and scope for someone to have loads of fun on.

She’s done lots of British Showjumping with her owners where she has jumped several DCs at Discovery and had lots more scope to jump bigger classes. Never stops and she is very careful, always trying her hardest. Snaffle mouthed and very easy to ride.

We think a lot of Coco and think she would make a super little event mare and a great contender for the ROR Eventing series. Shes been XC schooling and jumps anything, straight in the water and unphased by ditches and skinnies.

Coco has also been hunting proving to be very good, snaffle mouthed and easy. Stands like a rock at the meet and will jump any country. I’m sure she’d hunt hounds, whip in, field master or go in point as well as being very happy in the field.

At home Coco is lovely to have around. She doesn’t need working every day but enjoys the work she does, she’s easy and very trainable. She’ll happily hack out alone and in company. She’s in a small herd in the field but equally happy on her own too. Travels in a trailer or lorry.
She does wear a windsucking collar as she very occasionally windsucks. Never with the collar on.
