Glenbeigh Stud is a small, family-run stud focused on breeding and producing quality sport horses. Our mares are carefully chosen for temperament and performance, and we pair them with proven stallions to give foals the best chance of success in modern competition. We breed quality competition horses mainly for Showjumping. Our horses are reared at foot of the South Downs.

Many of our homebreds have gone on to great success, Warrior Queen (Warrior x Unbelievable Darco) represented GB at the WBFSH championships in Lanaken and jumped up to 1.45m. Diamond Warrior (Warrior x Caretino Glory) is regularly competing at 1.40m and has siblings competing in young horse classes. We have kind horses with great, trainable attitudes that are suitable for all disciplines. We have a horse for everyone so do not hesitate to enquire.

We have just backed her, she is hacking in company very confidently. Shes seen all types of traffic and farm animals and doesn’t bat an eye lid. Shes not spooky or in any way sharp. Easy and straight forward. Obviously she is green, if I hear ‘she is too green’ after a viewing I will explode. And no, she has not been in an arena

She has exceptional conformation, great feet, and THE BEST temperament. An old head on young shoulders, she is very laid back and easy to do.

Stunning 2022 KWPN gelding by Kallmar VDL x Douglas x Indoctro

This lovely young horse has a kind, intelligent temperament. He is a super stamp, with excellent conformation, athletic paces showing impressive hock action, and he is willing, neat and scopey at the jump.

His sire, Kallmar VDL ( Carrera VDL x Indorado x Guidam) needs no introduction having achieved great results with both James Billington and Jur Vrieling in top sport.

The damline is littered with 1.40m - 1.60m jumpes, most noteably the Grandam producing Kansas VDL who jumps 1.55m level with Pius Schwizer.

This lovely young horse has recently joined us from our team in Holland, and is ideal for anyone looking for a young one to produce through the age classes and beyond.

Cherry has been handled correctly since birth, groomed daily, feet picked out out. Fully vaccinated, regular farrier. Owned/bred by a Vet - open to all Vettings. Good with her bridle ready to start long reining now. Won many in Hand showing classes and was first in her Championship show. At the Championship she qualified for the evening performance and took it all in her stride Winning Potential Sports horse in a strong class.

She is a lovely kind filly with real sassy quality - exceptionally good paces. Her Dam is a Dr. Watson mare so fabulous dressage breeding with Sir Donnerhall and Weltmeyer lines.

The mare is awarded Gold at British Futurity Breeding, and is back competing likely will go right up the levels. Hoping to go Advanced with her in time. She has the mares three excellent gaits with exceptional activity of her hind leg.

She will make an incredible sports horse, jumps - has loose jumped a couple of times. She has her sires trademark Lostock Candyman's; golden temperament. His sire Lostock Huntsman was an intermediate eventer, HOYS Coloured Champion and did 14 seasons hunting. An incredibly tough/sound 3/4 TB, who has sired numerous eventers and show horses. His dam Wysteria Lane showed great style over a fence, whose pedigree carries a lot of show jumping blood.

She is very affectionate and a very fast learner she will be incredibly easy and rewarding to train and she has been to various County Shows and taken in the atmosphere behaved well and won her classes. She is real quality but not too big standing 15.3 at the moment, likely to finish around 16hh.

She is going to be a serious ridden prospect and will suit a keen rider with an active competition schedule. Looking forward to staying in touch with whoever buys her and following their progress. Only for sale as I can't keep them all and already have her sister, along with her Dam who I could not part with. Out of our first home bred mare who is now under saddle and proving very trainable. She is ~16hh (yet to reach her final height but she's nearly there) and can be seen with us. This dam line consistently offers superb temperaments and offspring who want to please both in training and socially! (we have several siblings of this dam, all with very similar characters).

Loads, leads, stables if required, is good for the farrier and vet (he didn't even flinch for the huge cannula needle for castration last autumn). In all honesty I think you could happily pop a saddle and bridle on him tomorrow and he wouldn't mind.
Loki is not spooky or reactive but I fully expect he will have the spark for competitive success and as such (and due to his age) he will only go to an experienced, competent and loving home.



A bit about Springline Stud; Springline Stud has developed from being a hobby, with our first foal in 2020, into a small breeding enterprise dedicated to developing unique bloodlines and producing youngstock with the ability to meet a variety of equestrian buyers’ needs. Our passion is eventing and we strive to breed a selection of foals ranging from those who have the potential to achieve at the higher levels in the sport and others bred to deliver ability, temperament and trainability for competitive amateur riders wishing to produce a youngster for themselves. We breed only a small selection of youngsters which allows each horse to have the care and relationship with humans that you would expect from a private home. Although bloodlines are useful, the development of temperament though early life experience is key for us to bring you your next best friend and give us the best chance of placing each youngster in its forever home as soon as they leave us.
