Johnson competed successfully at the highest level for several seasons before embarking on his international career.

He finished 9th at the Rio Olympics representing Holland. He was individual Bronze winner at the 2015 European Championships. He was also a member of the Dutch Bronze medal winning team at the 2014 World Equestrian Games. Johnson was overall Champion of the KWPN stallion show in 2005.

Johnson’s sire is the Grand Prix stallion Jazz. Johnson has at least 30 fully graded sons including the world-famous Bretton Woods, Jack Jones and Jack Sparrow. Dam Dora Sire - Stallion Del Piero who is a direct Donnerhall son. Donnerhall Is a world renowned Influential Stallion and his achievements including the legacy he has left as a stallion. He was especially known for his expressive passage, piaffe, and extended trot and his ability to produce true Grand Prix horses.Add into the mix that his dam Doro is also the dam of Approved Hanoverian Stallion Sini Soul {Rousseau Noir} who competed Internationally at Grand Prix with Emma Kanerva, The Grand Prix mare Bali Dancer,

This colts dam is a young mare retained for breeding due to her exceptional type, movement and temperament. She is by Richelshagen a 100 day tested stallion by another all time great dressage Sire Rubinstein! The legendary Rubinstein, is a breed line also highly sought after around the world for trainability and movement, siring numerous international Grand Prix dressage horses. Her dam was the foundation mare by the great Sunny Boy a stallion which brings the blood of Sandro Hit another legend stallion again known for producing the highest calibre of dressage horses.

Smokey Black, serious heavyweight gelding. 17/17.1hh now, but has not got a high wither and feels about 18hh when you're close to him.

This is one serious powerhouse of a Viking warrior's war horse! Looks like Thor should be riding him into Valhalla.

Floats like a butterfly with movement that makes you think he couldn’t possibly have the 10’’ of clean bone that he has. We jumped him for the first time today, and he pops 1.30 without having to make the slightest effort.

He is bold, brave, athletic, smooth-moving, handsome, and totally clean-limbed.

Raven’s father is the famous C1 Irish Draught stallion Corrindon Dancer, who won the Royal Dublin Show. I bred his mother, and she is ISH (Ballinvella) x Czech WB (Falko). Dam is the maternal half-sister to the dam of the multiple winning HW buckskin stallion Hallslake Nimrod (look him up), whom I also bred. The Ballinvella TB in the back breeding has given Raven athleticism and refinement, which, in such a huge and heavy horse, is just mind-blowing when you see him move. Genetically, I believe Raven is technically a Smoky Black as his mother is buckskin, so he has some 'dun' markings on his flank, but otherwise, when not sun bleached, he's very black.

Currently 4 years old and a raw blank canvas, having been with us from a foal. We haven’t ever even put a bridle on this boy yet. We have given him plenty of time to fill up his big frame, and mature. He has had his hooves looked after, been regularly wormed, and come in the barn for winters and lived out all summer in a herd. He is not clingy, is happy to be caught and moved away from friends, and stabled or transported without insecurity. He loads well in a trailer or lorry as he has been moved to different grazing between seasons. He can be rugged or left naked. He has no ailments or allergies and is vice-free, totally clean-limbed and straight-moving. He is kind, clever, and easy-going, naturally bold, and will be easy to break in.

What is his job going to be, and where would you find another one??

War Horse? Hunter? Show Horse? Dressage? Large person eventer? Battle reenactment horse? Jousting? Police horse? He genuinely could be absolutely anything.

We usually start our own horses undersaddle, but sometimes we find that buyers are looking to start from the begining themselves, so we are offering Raven raw initially, but we are also happy to get him backed for his purchasers if it is desired. If he is not sold during July, we will get him going, with a view to doing an hour or two of trail hunting over our fabulous, rugged terrain of Exmoor by Autumn. I honestly think he will be an absolute pleasure to get going and will be one hugely impressive horse under saddle.

He’s naturally very uphil and balanced with fantastic movement. From being a foal he has had the sweetest temprament and really straight forward to handle.

Has lived most of his life turned out coming in for regular handling ect. He’s just in from the field and has had a bridle/roller on a few times and been a star. He’s only just turned 3 this month so I don’t feel he’s ready to do anymore until later in the year when he’s matured abit more.
