Super eye catching with his white markings, Cosmo is a very exciting future prospect. He combines some of the most convincing stallions in his pedigree: Escamillo, Furstenball and Totilas. His dam is Dutch bred, with a super quick hind leg and with an international record at PSG over 73%. She is an outstanding mare with a super sweet temperament and has no doubt passed on her wonderful attributes to her son.

This boy has already shown he has a wonderful personality and 3 top paces. His canter is especially uphill and effortless. He will make an exciting future ridden prospect. I expect he may mature around 16.2hh.

Ynyslyns Orlando x Waveney x Classic Vision

Absolutely gorgeous palomino filly, inside and out! Lisa is the friendliest, bravest, cuddliest soul you could ever wish to meet. She cannot get enough of human company and will play and cuddle for hours, including lying down in your lap! She really does have the most wonderful temperament that you would struggle to find anywhere else, everyone is her best friend. As a result, you can make everything a game for her which makes her so trainable and willing to learn.

As well as an incredible temperament, Lisa is bred for sport and built to last. Lisa is a super stamp with a big frame to fill. She has a big shoulder, strong hind leg and a pretty head. Expected to mature around 15.3hh/16hh and will be an athletic model with enough bone and substance without being heavy or cobby.

Orlando also had 2 Elite graded youngstock in the Futurity last year including the top graded 4yo of the year and the top graded Native foal of the year. Orlando himself has competed in dressage, showjumping, eventing and has hunted, team chased and done working equitation.

Lisa's dam is an elegant, traditional Irish Sports Horse mare by the highly regarded Darley Thoroughbred stallion Waveney, popular among Irish Sport Horse breeders for providing valuable blood to sport horse, show jumping, and eventing breeding.
The blood of the sire perfectly compliments the Irish Draught on the dam side, by Classic Vision (Ginger Dick x Flagmount Diamond), a Grade A International Showjumper of outstanding quality with tremendous scope and prescence, matched by his intelligence and temperament. Classic Vision is also the maternal brother to 1.60m showjumper Midnight Call. All together this gives Lisa a mix of top quality Welsh D, Irish Draught and Thoroughbred lines.

We are able to offer longer term youngstock livery at a very affordable cost if necessary. We also have other youngsters available.

There is also the chance to flush an embryo from one of our competition mares (different terms apply).

Located in the beautiful North Yorkshire countryside Leake Connemaras offer Foal and Youngstock Livery with all basic handling taken care of so that you can be stress free about your youngster.

Youngsters are placed in small same sex and age groups with 24 hour turnout in summer in large grass fields and paddocks with secure fencing. In winter youngsters live in group barns with access to good quality haylage and youngstock balancer. Research shows that small herd living with adequate grazing, space and shelter maximises social, emotional and physical well being.

In addition to the above youngsters get the basic handling they need to form the foundations for later training such as bathing, grooming, sessions on the horse walker and horsebox loading. Our aim is to produce well rounded young horses and ponies that will excel in life, whether that be as someone's next olympic hopeful or family friend

Livery package includes haylage, youngstock balancer, bedding and farrier.
