The dam is by the 2001 British Warm Blood Society Champion stallion Rosenburg who is by the dressage sensation Rohdiamant, considered by many to be the best son of the legendary Rubinstein. Roulette's dam is a Swedish bred Oldenburg by Pik Trumpf, half sister to Pastiche, the dam of Donnersong. Her grandsire is the outstanding Celle State stallion Pik Konig who also sired the Dressage legend, Pik Bube.
