Elsie is one in a million who has so much class, quality and potential with the most amazing temperament to match. She is very well bred with 5 generations of pedigree recorded. She is a very unique gorgeous dun who really stands out from the crowd and catches the eye. She is an ideal size for teens coming off ponies as well as adults so would make a brilliant mother/ daughter share too. She is a very desirable type that will do lots of jobs. She has excellent conformation, is blemish free and has straight movement with very good feet (Nn for hoof wall). She is the perfect alrounder who excels across all disciplines with a real “can do” attitude, she is lovely now but has so much more to come with a very exciting future ahead of her.

Elsie has three super paces. She is starting to work correctly between leg and hand into a soft outline. She is nice and light in the contact and always ridden in a snaffle. She is a good medium speed who is nicely forward going with good transitions. She is nice and straight forward to ride with a good brain to work with. Although she is lovely now she is still a bit green in areas and would like a competent rider to continue producing her into the super star she is turning into. She is a nicely responsive ride so just needs a squeeze and not a pony club kick, so a rider with a bit of feel would be her perfect match. She is a good girl to ride and doesn’t have any ridden vices. She has such a lovely attitude to her work and is a quick learner who always puts a smile on her riders face. She has the potential to excel in dressage, she has been out to arena hires and is now ready to go to a competition and work her way through the levels.

Elsie loves her jumping and makes a lovely neat shape over a fence. She nicely takes you into a fence and is very honest and genuine to jump. She doesn’t get at all strong or fizzy, juts super easy and straight forward and wants to do the job. She is very bold and jumps all fillers and water trays first attempt confidently. She has been to several jumping arena hires and training clear rounds where she has shown lots of potential for all riding club competitions as well as pure BS. She is very easy to ride around a course of fences and has currently been jumping around 80cm with scope to go much higher. She is very good to ride at new places and has a very good attitude to her jumping. She is now ready to go out to clinics and competitions. She is equally as bold over xc jumps. She is very ridable and jumped everything asked of her in a sensible manner including water and ditches. She is a very straight forward ride and takes her rider into the fences nice and confidently. I can see her really excelling as an eventer too as she shows lots of potential at all 3 disciplines. She would make a super Badminton grass roots/ Cotesworld cup contender.

Elsie is lovely to hack both alone and in company. She is very good in traffic. She is superb in open spaces, just takes everything in her stride and goes along with a smile on her face. She is very mannerly and will canter happily in any order on an easy rein. She has been on pleasure rides which she loves and is so much fun. She would be very well suited to someone wanting to combine pleasure rides with riding club, or equally just one or the other. She has also hunted in Ireland with a teenage girl proving to be very polite and easy going.

Elsie has a superb kind friendly temperament. She is extremely polite and respectful of your space. She loves people and will make someone an amazing best friend as she is so interactive and forms a really strong bond with her person. She loves all the attention of being groomed and pampered. She is a good to handle in all ways. She lives in and out and is happy turned out next to or in with other horses, she is very quiet in the field and gets on well with all horses and ponies. Topper is one in a million who has so much quality and class combined with the most amazing genuine temperament. He is a very impressive horse who stands out from the crowd and catches the eye. He is a well-bred fully registered Irish draught with 5 generations of pedigree recorded. He is a very good stamp with plenty of bone and substance and a real leg in each corner. Ideal gent or ladies horse. He has excellent conformation and straight movement. He would excel in the show ring in hunter classes. Has shown at Equifest last year in the ridden hunter class where he came 3rd. He is the full package to excel across all riding disciplines which makes him the perfect alrounder. He has also hunted on several occasions last session with the Quorn and South Notts hunt making him an ideal hunter too.

Topper works well on the flat. He has three very good paces that are nicely balanced and comfortable. He is light and soft in the hand and works nicely up to the contact from between leg and hand. He works in a nice outline for a more competent rider and equally rides around with a level head carriage for a rider not interested in riding him into the contact. He is ridden in a snaffle for everything expect for hunting where he went in a 2 ring universal. He is on the steady side of medium to ride in the school where you need to use your leg to keep him going and push him up to the bridle. You haven't got to be a technical quiet rider to ride him, he will take a kick and a wobble. He isn't a novice ride though as he is big young horse so still needs producing further to reach his potential, but he has a lot to give and would go out and do a nice preliminary dressage test now with more to come.

Topper loves his jumping and makes a nice shape. He is nicely forward going into a fence and is very honest and genuine to jump. He jumps all fillers and water trays first attempt confidently. He is very ridable around a course of fences. He has currently jumped around 80cm courses at arena hires. He has also attended some riding club clinics which he has really enjoyed. He isn't always the most careful over coloured poles but he likes to have a go. He has also been xc schooling where he proved to be very genuine and jumped over a ditch and went straight through the water as well as jumping all the usually xc fences. He respects solid fences well. He jumped some big hedges and timbres when out hunting so does have the scope there.

Topper is lovely to hack out in company, he hasn't gone out alone yet as both myself and his owner are based on busy roads and with him only being young we have been taking him out with another horse. He is good in traffic. If a lorry comes past we turn him into a gateway so he can stands well and watches it pass with a little space. He is very sensible in open spaces and not at all sharp or silly. He will go in any order within a group where he is very mannerly and will canter happily in any order. He has attended some pleasure rides where he has always been very well behaved. He has also been to the beach where he loved cantering along the beach and having a splash in the sea. He would be very ideal for someone wanting a straight forward fun horse to take on pleasure rides. He would also be very much suited to a hunting home. He has been hunted on several occasions by a man and also by a competent teenage girl. He stands very well at the meet and goes along well in the field.

Topper has a friendly and kind temperament. He is lovely to have around and very easy to handle. He puts a smile on your face every day. He loves people and will make soone an amazing best friend. He is always good to catch and lead in. He loves all the attention of being groomed and pampered. He lives in and out and is happy be turned out next to or in with other horses. He is very sound and healthy and open to vettings. He does have a small sarcoid under his groin which has stayed the same for over a year and doesn't affect him. Cundlegreen Isabeau (‘Indie’) was sourced from a small Norfolk stud farm as a weanling and I have raised her since then with the intention of being my next event horse to go up the levels. Devastatingly due purely to my situation I simply can’t give her the time and development she deserves.

She has an impressive pedigree, 75 % blood and 25 % Welsh D. Sired by Universal (IRE) by supersire Dubawi. Indie’s dam was homebred by Indie’s breeder, who also owned and campaigned both dam’s parents. Cundlegreen Birthday Girl, ‘Becky’ evented to Intermediate and was also a successful Working Hunter show horse despite her small size, including 2nd RIHS WH 2007.

Indie herself showed very well in-hand as a youngster, despite minimal preparation as she lived out full time in a small herd – Gold British Breeding Futurity as a foal, Champion Light Horse Foal Norfolk County show 2021, 2nd Royal Bath and West yearling sports horse 2022, 2nd Wiltshire Spring show mixed 2 yo class 2023. She was allowed to grow and mature slowly and correctly while still being regularly handled.

Backed and ridden away easily last autumn and kept ticking over with some hacking in the winter. She has only been in ‘proper’ work since the start of April but is coming along incredibly well and is now ready to go out and do some arena hires/her first shows. Established in all 3 paces with a correct and easy natural outline, she is doing pole work and the very start of some lateral work, and will begin jumping under saddle soon if not moved on. She has both the brains and temperament that make her a true pleasure to ride and train, and will be an asset to a professional or experienced amateur, either for their own string or to begin competing and then move on. I truly believe she could go far in multiple spheres. Hacks well on small lanes and tracks in company and is happy to lead. More nervous hacking solo but has not done this much and improves every time.
